Back.round:Techniques for identifying facial features and proving the individuality of a person’s facial features are used in forensic *** and Objectives:Acommon method in this area is cranial anthropometry,which has uses in facial reconstruction,locating unidentified remains,and identifying criminal *** and Methods:A study analyzed 200 standard full-face photographs of 50 males and 50 females to compare frontal and lateral facial images and identify male and female facial *** located landmark. and measured the distances between *** data were analyzed using statistical tests lik. t-tests and analysis of variance(ANOVA)***:The results showed that in 100%of the suggested measurements for both males and females,there were no statistically significant differences(P>0.05)between frontal and lateral *** ANOVA test,however,showed that all suggested measurements showed differences in the lateral aspect,while only 76.92%of them showed differences between the male and female groups in the frontal ***:In conclusion,statistically significant differences were found,rejecting the null hypothesis of equal means,when the level of significance(α)was lower than the P value(0.05).On the other hand,the null hypothesis was accepted when statistically insignificant differences were found and the level of significance was higher than the P *** there were differences between males and females in different views,the distances between landmark. in frontal and lateral views of the same person were generally *** tak.n in the lateral aspect were more accurate and displayed greater sexual dimorphism variation compared to those tak.n in the frontal aspect.

Increased nighttime respiratory losses decrease the amount of photoassimilates available for plant growth and yield. We hypothesized that the increased respiratory carbon loss under high night temperatures(HNT) could be compensated for by increased photosynthesis during the day following HNT exposure. Two rice genotypes, Vandana(HNT-sensitive) and Nagina 22(HNT-tolerant), were exposed to HNT(4 ℃ above the control) from flowering to physiological maturity. They were assessed for alterations in the carbon balance of the source(flag leaf) and its subsequent impact on grain filling dynamics and the quality of spatially differentiated sink.(superior and inferior spik.lets). Both genotypes exhibited significantly higher night respiration rates. However, only Nagina 22 compensated for the high respiration rates with an increased photosynthetic rate, resulting in a steady production of total dry matter under HNT. Nagina 22 also recorded a higher grain-filling rate, particularly at 5 and 10 d after flowering, with 1.5- and 4.0-fold increases in the translocation of ^(14)C sugars to the superior and inferior spik.lets, respectively. The ratio of photosynthetic rate to respiratory rate on a leaf area basis was negatively correlated with spik.let sterility, resulting in a higher filled spik.let number and grain weight per plant, particularly for inferior grains in Nagina 22. Grain quality parameters such as head rice recovery, high-density grains, and gelatinization temperature were maintained in Nagina 22. An increase in the rheological properties of rice flour starch in Nagina 22 under HNT indicated the stability of starch and its ability to reorganize during the cooling process of product formation. Thus, our study showed that sink.adjustments between superior and inferior spik.lets favored the growth of inferior spik.lets, which helped to offset the reduction in grain weight under HNT in the tolerant genotype Nagina 22.

This article discusses short–term forecasting of the novel Corona Virus(COVID-19)data for infected and recovered cases using the ARIMA method for Saudi *** COVID-19 data was obtained from the Worldometer and MOH(Ministry of Health,Saudi Arabia).The data was analyzed for the period from March 2,2020(the first case reported)to June 15,*** ARIMA(2,1,0),we obtained the short forecast up to July 02,*** statistical parameters were tested for the goodness of fit to evaluate the forecasting *** results show that ARIMA(2,1,0)gave a better forecast for the data *** 19 data followed quadratic behavior,and in the long run,it spreads with a high *** is concluded that COVID-19 will follow secondary shock.waves,and it is strongly advisable to maintain social distancing with all safety measures as the pandemic situation is not in control.

Deep Learning-Based Speech Emotion Recognition: Leveraging Diverse Datasets and Augmentation Techniques for Robust Modeling

In recent years， Speech Emotion Recognition (SER) has developed into an essential instrument for interpreting human emotions from auditory data. The proposed research focused on the development of a SER system employing deep learning and multiple datasets containing samples of emotive speech. The primary objective of this research endeavor is to investigate the utilization of Convolutional Neural Network. (CNNs) in the process of sound feature extraction. Stretching， pitch manipulation， and noise injection are a few of the techniques utilized in this study to improve the data quality. The investigation includes coverage of these methods. Feature extraction methods including Zero Crossing Rate， Chroma＿stft， MFCC， RMS， and MelSpectogram are used to train a model. By using these techniques， audio signals can be transformed into recognized features that can be utilized to train the model. Ultimately， the study will produce a thorough evaluation of the model’s performance. When this method was applied， the model achieved an impressive accuracy of 94.57% on the test dataset. Proposed work.also validated on EMO-BD and IEMOCAP dataset. These consist of further data augmentation， feature engineering， and hyperparameter optimization. By following these development paths， SER systems will be able to be implemented in real-world scenarios with greater accuracy and resilience.

Biotic and abiotic stresses impose a serious limitation on crop productivity worldwide. Prior or simultaneous exposure to one type of stress often affects the plant response to other stresses, indicating extensive overlap and cross-talk.between stress-response signaling pathways. Systems biology approaches that integrate large genomic and prot-eomic data sets have facilitated identification of candidate genes that govern this stress-regulatory crosstalk. Recently, we constructed a yeast two-hybrid map around three rice proteins that control the response to biotic and abiotic stresses, namely the immune receptor XA21, which confers resistance to the Gram-negative bacterium, Xanthomonas oryzae pv. oryzae; NH1, the rice ortholog of NPR1, a k.y regulator of systemic acquired resistance; and the ethylene-responsive transcription factor, SUBIA, which confers tolerance to submergence stress. These studies coupled with transcriptional profiling and co-expression analyses identified a suite of proteins that are positioned at the interface of biotic and abiotic stress responses, including mitogen-activated protein k.nase 5 （OsMPk.）, wall-associated k.nase 25 （WAk.5）, sucrose non-fermenting-l-related protein k.nase-1 （SnRk.）, SUBIA binding protein 23 （SAB23）, and several WRk. family tran- scription factors. Emerging evidence suggests that these genes orchestrate crosstalk.between biotic and abiotic stresses through a variety of mechanisms, including regulation of cellular energy homeostasis and modification of synergistic and/or antagonistic interactions between the stress hormones salicylic acid, ethylene, jasmonic acid, and abscisic acid.

Cardiovascular diseases remain the leading cause of mortality worldwide,with percutaneous coronary interventions(PCI)using drug-eluting stents(DES)as the standard treatment for coronary artery *** advancements in DES technology,challenges such as restenosis and stent thrombosis still necessitate further interventions and carry considerable risk.,highlighting an urgent need for a novel therapeutic approach with lower restenosis rates and reduced reintervention *** balloons(DEBs)coated with anti-proliferative agents offer a novel method of local drug delivery for reducing restenosis by directly administering drugs to the lesion ***,efficient delivery of drugs within the brief procedural window while minimizing drug loss during maneuvering to the target site remains a ***,we developed a pressure-responsive and pH-triggered,paclitaxel(PTX)coated DEB catheter for rapid and high-dose delivery of paclitaxel to the lesion sites,overcoming the limitations of drug dispersion and inefficiencies associated with conventional *** the charge reversion of albumin around its isoelectric point,paclitaxel-loaded human serum albumin nanoparticles(PTX-HSA-NPs)and heparin were coated using a layer-by-layer deposition method at pH *** exposure to physiological pH(i.e.,7.4),the coating is rapidly released from the balloon *** with a protective shellac coating,the DEB achieved controlled release of high-dose paclitaxel to the arterial tissue in vivo(up to 400μg per gram tissue),exceeding current DEBs in the *** results suggest the pH-responsive,multi-layer coated DEB’s potential for superior procedural outcomes,addressing a critical unmet need in PCI.

Complex variable approach in studying modified polarization saturation model in two-dimensional semipermeable piezoelectric media

A modified polarization saturation model is proposed and addressed math- ematically using a complex variable approach in two-dimensional （2D） semipermeable piezoelectric media. In this model, an existing polarization saturation （PS） model in 2D piezoelectric media is modified by considering a linearly varying saturated normal electric displacement load in place of a constant normal electric displacement load, applied on a saturated electric zone. A centre crack.d infinite 2D piezoelectric domain subject to an arbitrary poling direction and in-plane electromechanical loadings is considered for the analytical and numerical studies. Here, the problem is mathematically modeled as a non-homogeneous Riemann-Hilbert problem in terms of unk.own complex potential functions representing electric displacement and stress components. Having solved the Hilbert problem, the solutions to the saturated zone length, the crack.opening displace- ment （COD）, the crack.opening potential （COP）, and the local stress intensity factors （SIFs） are obtained in explicit forms. A numerical study is also presented for the proposed modified model, showing the effects of the saturation condition on the applied electrical loading, the saturation zone length, and the COP. The results of fracture parameters obtained from the proposed model are compared with the existing PS model subject to electrical loading, crack.face conditions, and polarization angles.
