Stereoscopic agriculture,as an advanced method of agricultural production,poses new challenges for multi-task trajectory planning of unmanned aerial vehicles(UAVs).To address the need for UAVs to perform multi-task trajectory planning in stereoscopic agriculture,a multi-task trajectory planning model and algorithm(IEP-AO)that synthesizes flight safety and flight efficiency is *** on the requirements of stereoscopic agricultural geomorphological features and operational characteristics,the multi-task trajectory planning model is ensured by constructing targeted constraints at five aspects,including the path,slope,altitude,corner,energy and obstacle threat,to improve the effectiveness of the trajectory planning *** combined with the path optimization algorithm,an Aquila optimizer(IEP-AO)based on the interference-enhanced combination model is proposed,which can help UAVs to improve the trajectory search capability in complex operation space and large-scale operation tasks,and jump out of the locally optimal trajectory path region timely,to generate the optimal trajectory planning plan that can adapt to the diversity of the tasks and the flight ***,four simulated flights with different operation scales and different scene constraints were conducted under the constructed real 3Dimension scene,and the experimental results can show that the proposedmulti-task trajectory planning method canmeet themulti-task requirements in stereoscopic agriculture and improve the mission execution efficiency and agricultural production effect of UAV.

The extracellular vesicles show great potential as a noninvasive biomarker for the early detection of cancer. Hence, there is an urgent requirement to create biosensors that are time-saving, simple, and easily scalable in order to accomplish rapid, sensitive, and quantitative detection of extracellular vesicles. In this study, we present a self-propelled DNA walker powered by endonuclease *** CI, which enables the development of a “signal on” sensing platform for the rapid and highly sensitive detection of extracellular vesicles. The DNA motor employed tracks made of streptavidin magnetic beads, which consisted of substrate strands labeled with fluorescein and motor strands locked by aptamers. The aptamer recognition of the target protein on extracellular vesicles unlocked the motor strand, initiating the DNA motor process. After replacing the optimal buffer solution containing the endonuclease *** I, the motor strands autonomously moved along the streptavidin magnetic beads track, continuously releasing fluorescent molecules and producing detectable fluorescence signals. Under optimal conditions, the detection range was from 2×10～4particles/mL to 2×10～9particles/mL, with a detection limit of 2.9×10～3particles/mL,demonstrating excellent selectivity. This method has demonstrated good selectivity in different tumorderived extracellular vesicles and performs well in complex biological samples. The ability to effectively analyze surface proteins of extracellular vesicles in a short period of time gives our DNA walker a tremendous potential for developing simple and cost-effective clinical diagnostic devices.

Silk damping is well known in the study of cosmic microwave background(CMB)and accounts for suppression of the angular power spectrum of CMB on large angular *** this article,we study the effect of Silk damping on the scalar-induced gravitational waves(SIGWs).Resulting from the dissipation of cosmic fluid,the Silk damping notably suppresses the energy-density spectrum of SIGWs on scales comparable to a diffusion scale at the decoupling time of weakly-interacting *** effect offers a novel observable for probing the underlying particle interaction,especially for those mediated by heavy gauge bosons beyond the standard model of *** anticipate that pulsar timing arrays are sensitive to gauge bosons with mass∼10^(3)-10^(4)GeV,while space-and ground-based interferometers to those with mass∼10^(7)-10^(12)GeV,leading to essential comple-ments to on-going and future experiments of high-energy physics.

In the era of time-domain, multi-messenger astronomy, the detection of transient events on the high-energy electromagnetic sky has become more important than ever. The gravitational wave high-energy electromagnetic counterpart all-sky monitor（GECAM）is a dedicated mission to monitor gamma-ray transients, launched in December, 2020. A real-time on-board trigger and location software, using the traditional signal-to-noise ratio（SNR） method for blind search, is constrained to relatively bright signals due to the limitations in on-board computing resources and the need for real-time search. In this work, we developed a ground-based pipeline for GECAM to search for various transients, especially for weak bursts missed by on-board software. This pipeline includes both automatic and manual mode, offering options for blind search and targeted search. The targeted search is specifically designed to search for interesting weak bursts, such as gravitational wave-associated gamma-ray bursts（GRBs）. From the ground search of the data in the first year, GECAM has been triggered by 54 GRBs and other transients, including soft gamma-ray repeaters, X-ray binaries, solar flares, terrestrial gamma-ray flashes. We report the properties of each type of triggers, such as trigger time and light curves. With this search pipeline and assuming a soft Band spectrum, the GRB detection sensitivity of GECAM is increased to about 1.1 × 10-8erg cm-2s-1（10-1000 ke V, burst duration of 20 s）. These results demonstrate that the GECAM ground search system（both blind search and targeted search） is a versatile pipeline to recover true astrophysical signals which were too weak to be found in the on-board search.

Petrogenesis of rodingites along the northern margin of the North China Craton: Constraints from zirconology and whole-rock geochemistry

Rodingite is a metasomatic product formed from various rock types by aqueous fluids, providing a direct record of lithosphere-hydrosphere interactions and serving as a key carrier of surface water into Earth's deep interior（water content >1.5wt.%）. Determining the properties of metasomatic fluids is crucial for understanding the petrogenesis of rodingites. In this study,we conducted a detailed study of mineral inclusions, U-Pb ages, trace elements, and Hf-O isotopes of zircon, as well as wholerock geochemical and Sr-Nd-Hf isotopic data on rodingites and associated felsic alkaline veins/dikes along the northern margin of the North China Craton（NMNCC）, with aims to elucidate their formation ages, petrogenesis, and geodynamic settings. The results show that zircons from syenite and albite syenite veins/dikes exhibit clear oscillatory zoning, a wide range of Th/U ratios（0.0001–4.073）, low concentrations of rare-earth elements（REEs）, and low crystallization temperatures（<600°C）. These characteristics suggest that the zircons crystallized from fluids separated from late-stage melts during magma evolution. Consequently, the zircon U-Pb ages obtained through Secondary Ion Mass Spectrometry（SIMS） and Laser Ablation Inductively Coupled Plasma Mass Spectrometry（LA-ICPMS） analyses（389.1±3.5 to 390.2±1.6 Ma） record the timing of hydrothermal fluid activity. Zircons within the rodingites contain grandite, hematite, and aqueous fluid inclusions, indicating their formation during rodingitization, with an oxidizing, water-rich fluid acting as the metasomatic agent. SIMS and LA-ICPMS analyses of these zircons yielded U-Pb ages of 388.1±3.9 and 388.6±4.6 Ma, which register the formation ages of the rodingites. Both the syenite and albite syenite samples display high total alkali contents（9.9–13.9 wt.%）, consistent initial Sr isotopic ratios（0.7047–0.7051）,negative εNd（t）(-10.1 to-8.5) and εHf（t）(-13.9 to-13.7) values, and slightly elevated zircon δ18O values（6.20‰±0.18‰）compared to ma
