Poly(3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene) (PEDOT), heralded as the “king” of conducting polymers, is esteemed in bioelectronics for its mixed electronic and ionic conductivity, mechanical properties compatible with biological tissues, tunable healing ability and stability in diverse environments [1]. Based on additive manufacturing of three-dimensional structures,PEDOT realizes the implementation in the efficient production of flexible bioelectronics, the construction of intricate electrode-neural implantations, and the development of smart brain-computer-interfaces [2].

Objective： To construct sarvivin shRNA expression vector carting enhanced green fluorescent protein gene, transfect it into GBC-SDH cells via electroporation, and get GBC-SD cells which are stable expressing survivin shRNA. Methods： The siRNA sequence targeting survivin mRNA was synthesized and cloned into pEGFP-H1. The constructed plasmid and pEGFP-H1 were transfected into GBC-SI） cells respectively via liposome, and the transfecting effect was detected with Flow Cytometry. Then the transfected cells were selected with G418. Results： The recombinant plasmid was successfully constructed, named pEGFP-survivin. The gene transfection efficiencies in pEGFP-H1-transfected group and pEGFP-survivin- transfected group were the 80.29% ± 2.71% and 83.85% ±2.34%（P〉0.05）, which was successful to get the cells that are stable expressing shRNA, named GBC-SD/EGFP and GBC-SD/survivin. Conclusion： Survivin shRNA successfully and got GBC-SD cells which are stable expression vector was constructed expression shRNA.

Orthokeratology(OK) is widely used for effective myopia correction and control. However, the incomplete understanding of its biomechanical mechanisms makes OK lens fitting rely heavily on clinician judgment, complicating accurate predictions of treatment outcomes. In this paper, we performed clinical experiments and numerical analysis to study corneal deformation modes and long-term changes in central corneal thickness. Clinical experiments were conducted on 194 Chinese myopic patients under OK treatment for 3 months. Based on the experimental data, a patient-specific computational biomechanical model for OK was established and validated. Specifically, the anisotropic mechanical properties of the cornea were incorporated into the model to describe the significant difference between its shear modulus(29.5 kPa) and tensile modulus(768.4 kPa). Additionally, a viscohyperelastic material model with a prolonged corneal relaxation time of 5.6 h was developed to capture the long-term deformation response. The results show that corneal thickness reduction in OK is primarily due to out-of-plane shear deformation,influenced by the cornea's low shear resistance. Modeling the extended corneal relaxation time is crucial for predicting long-term biomechanical responses. The computational model effectively captures long-term changes in central corneal thickness, potentially improving OK lens fitting accuracy.

Photoelectrocatalytic coupling CO2and volatile organic compounds （VOCs） is a promising green strategy for the synergistic conversion of the two carbon-containing resources to *** catalytic efficiency is always at the mercy of chemical inertness of CO2and the competitive hydrogen evolution of ***,a modified g-C3N4/ZnAl-LDH Z-scheme heterojunction catalyst with dual reaction site was rationally designed and precisely *** Faraday efficiency of ethanol reached 68.67%with a corresponding formation rate of 227.3μmol *** revealed by in-situ characterizations and density functional theory calculations,CO2and HCHO were absorbed at Zn site and N site,***,*CO generated from CO2and HCHO was converted to*CH3O and*CHO on the dual-active-site *** detailed reaction mechanism experiments indicated that C–C coupling only occurred between*CO and*CH3O in electrocatalysis *** from the“*CO+*CH3O”path,another“*CO+*CHO”coupling path was also detected in photoelectrocatalytic *** selectivity of ethanol was significantly enhanced due to the synthesis of dual-site catalyst and the dual-path coupling path between CO2and HCHO simultaneously driven by light and electricity.

This study presents a novel method to fabricate metal-decorated,sulfur-doped layered double hydroxides （M/SLDH） through spontaneous redox and sulfurization *** developed Ag/SLDH and Pt/SLDH catalysts with abundant heterogeneous interfaces and hierarchical nanostructures demonstrated outstanding oxygen evolution reaction （OER） and hydrogen evolution reaction （HER） performance,achieving low overpotentials of 212 and 35 mV at 10 mA cm-2in 1 M KOH,*** both anode and cathode in water splitting,they required only 1.47 V to reach 10 mA cm-2and exhibited high structural robustness,maintaining stability at 1000 mA cm-2for 300 ***-situ Raman analysis revealed that the synergistic effects of metal nanoparticles and S doping significantly promote the transformation into the S-Co1-xFexOOH layer,which serves as the active phase for water ***,ultraviolet photoelectron spectroscopy （UPS） and density functional theory （DFT） analyses indicated that incorporating metal nanoparticles and S doping increase electron density near the Fermi level and reduce reaction energy barriers,thus enhancing intrinsic OER and HER *** study provides a scalable strategy for synthesizing high-performance electrocatalysts for water splitting,with promising potential for broader applications.

【目的】定位发掘优异的小麦叶片叶绿素含量相关位点,为小麦高抗及高光合育种提供分子基础。【方法】利用已构建的重组自交系群体的高密度遗传连锁图谱对小麦拔节期、抽穗期及灌浆期进行叶片叶绿素含量QTL定位。【结果】结果表明:2013-2014,2014-2015两个环境及3个时期下共检测到18个叶片叶绿素含量相关QTL位点。其中位于小麦染色体2D(Xcdo534-Xbcd1716)、4D(Xfba177-Xbcd1431)、6A(Xfbb170-Xmwg934)及6D(Xcdo534-Xbcd1716)4个区段上的叶绿素相关位点在两个环境中都被稳定检测到。位于染色体2D(Xbcd262-Xbcd102)、3D(Xbarc8-Xfba241与Xfbb147-Xgwm3)及6A(Xfbb170-Xmwg934)上4个区段上的叶绿素相关位点在抽穗期及灌浆期均被检测到。【结论】小麦中不同叶片的叶绿素含量受不同遗传机制调控。
