An electroencephalographic(EEG)signature of auditory hallucinations(AHs)is important for facilitating the diagnosis and treatment of AHs in *** recorded EEG from 25 schizophrenia patients with recurrent *** the period of AHs,EEG recordings exhibited significantly elevated beta2-band power in the temporal region,as compared to those recorded in the absence of AHs or during stimulation with verbal *** further generated methamphetamine-treated rhesus monkeys exhibiting psychosis-like behaviors,including repetitive sudden searching actions in the absence of external intrusion,suggesting the occurrence of *** EEG beta2-band power in the temporal region of these monkeys was enhanced immediately after methamphetamine treatment and positively correlated with the frequency of sudden searching ***,the enhancement of temporal beta2-band oscillations represents a signature for AHs in both patients and a monkey model of psychosis,and this monkey model can be used for developing closed-loop neuromodulation approaches for the treatment of refractory AHs in schizophrenia.

黄河流域生态补偿的时空格局、区域差异及分布动态演进

在区域协调发展与生态环境治理能力现代化建设的背景下,跨界流域空间协同治理得到了广泛关注,然而流域生态补偿面临犬牙交错的权责关系,横向生态补偿机制尚未健全.基于能值生态足迹模型测度2007~2021年黄河流域90个城市的生态补偿额度,并结合探索性空间数据分析、Dagum基尼系数、核密度估计与空间Markov链分析方法探究其时空格局、区域差异及分布动态演进特征.结果表明:①黄河流域生态补偿额度的时空格局差异明显,总体上自西北向东南梯度增加,高值区域集中在生态本底优越或经济发达的地区;②生态补偿存在显著的正向空间集聚现象,整体呈“北冷南热”的空间分布态势;③生态补偿总体差异有所扩大,超变密度是造成总体差异的主要来源;④生态补偿存在轻微的多级分化现象且“空间俱乐部趋同”特征明显,但随时长扩大,各城市生态补偿维持原有水平的概率有所下降,流动性渐趋增加.因此,加大不同领域生态补偿投入、强化区域间协同发展和发挥空间溢出效应是解决当前黄河流域生态补偿空间非均衡态势的重要途径.

Study on physical and mechanical properties of cement asphalt emulsified mortar under track slab

Purpose–During the construction process of the China Railway Track System(CRTS)I type filling layer,the nonwoven fabric bags have been used as grouting templates for cement asphalt(CA)emulsified *** porous structure of nonwoven fabrics endowed the templates with breathability and water *** standard requires that the volume expansion rate of CA mortar must be controlled within 1%–3%,which can generate expansion pressure to ensure that the cavities under track slabs are filled ***,the expansion pressure caused some of the water to seep out from the periphery of the filling bag,and it would affect the actual mix proportion of CA *** differences in physical and mechanical properties between the CA mortar under track slabs and the CA mortar formed in the laboratory were studied in this *** relevant results could provide important methods for the research of filling layer materials for CRTS I type and other types of ballastless tracks in ***/methodology/approach–During the inspection of filling layer,the samples of CA mortar from different working conditions and raw materials were taken by uncovering the track slabs and drilling *** physical and mechanical properties of CA mortar under the filling layer of the slab were systematically analyzed by testing the electrical flux,compressive strength and density of mortar in different parts of the filling ***–In this paper,the electric flux,the physical properties and mechanical properties of different parts of CA mortar under the track slab were *** results showed that the density,electric flux and compressive strength of CA mortar were affected by the composition of raw materials for dry powders and different parts of the filling *** addition,the electrical flux of CA mortar gradually decreased within 90 days’*** electrical flux of samples with the thickness of 54 mm was lower than 500 ***,the impermeability and durability of CA

OsLESV and OsESV1 promote transitory and storage starch biosynthesis to determine rice grain quality and yield

Transitory starch is an important carbon source in leaves,and its biosynthesis and metabolism are closely related to grain quality and *** molecular mechanisms controlling leaf transitory starch biosynthesis and degradation and their effects on rice(Oryza sativa)quality and yield remain ***,we show that OsLESV and OsESV1,the rice orthologs of AtLESV and AtESV1,are associated with transitory starch biosynthesis in *** total starch and amylose contents in leaves and endosperms are significantly reduced,and the final grain quality and yield are compromised in oslesv and osesv1 single and oslesv esv1 double ***,we found that OsLESV and OsESV1 bind to starch,and this binding depends on a highly conserved C-terminal tryptophan-rich region that acts as a starch-binding ***,OsLESV and OsESV1 also interact with the key enzymes of starch biosynthesis,granule-bound starch synthase I(GBSSI),GBSSII,and pyruvate orthophosphote dikiase(PPDKB),to maintain their protein stability and *** and OsESV1 also facilitate the targeting of GBSSI and GBSSII from plastid stroma to starch *** of GBSSI,GBSSII,and PPDKB can partly rescue the phenotypic defects of the oslesv and osesv1 ***,we demonstrate that OsLESV and OsESV1 play a key role in regulating the biosynthesis of both leaf transitory starch and endosperm storage starch in *** findings deepen our understanding of the molecular mechanisms underlying transitory starch biosynthesis in rice leaves and reveal how the transitory starch metabolism affects rice grain quality and yield,providing useful information for the genetic improvement of rice grain quality and yield.

The Gravitational wave high-energy Electromagnetic Counterpart All-sky Monitor(GECAM)mission is designed to monitor the Gamma-Ray Bursts(GRBs)associated with gravitational waves and other high-energy transient *** mission consists of two microsatellites which are planned to operate at the opposite sides of the *** GECAM satellite could detect and localize GRBs in about 8 keV-5 MeV with its 25 Gamma-Ray Detectors(GRDs).In this work,we report the in-flight energy calibration of GRDs using the characteristic gamma-ray lines in the background spectra,and show their performance evolution during the commissioning ***,a preliminary cross-calibration of energy response with Fermi GBM data is also presented,validating the energy response of GRDs.

The Gamma-ray Transient Monitor(GTM) is an all-sky monitor onboard the Distant Retrograde Orbit-A(DRO-A) satellite with the scientific objective of detecting gamma-ray transients ranging from 20 ke V to 1 MeV. The GTM was equipped with five Gamma-ray Transient Probe(GTP) detector modules utilizing a NaI(Tl) scintillator coupled with a SiPM array. To reduce the SiPM noise, GTP uses a dedicated dual-channel coincident readout design. In this work, we first studied the impact of different coincidence times on the detection efficiency and ultimately selected a 0.5 μs time coincidence window for offline data processing. To test the performance of the GTPs and validate the Monte-Carlo-simulated energy response, we conducted comprehensive ground calibration tests using the Hard X-ray Calibration Facility(HXCF) and radioactive sources, including the energy response, detection efficiency, spatial response, bias-voltage response, and temperature dependence. We extensively present the ground calibration results and validate the design and mass model of the GTP detector, thus providing the foundation for in-flight observations and scientific data analysis.
