In this paper, the online parameter identification problem of the mathematical model of an unmanned surface vehicle (USV) considering the characteristics of the actuator is studied. A data-driven mathematical model of motion is very meaningful to realize trajectory prediction and adaptive motion control of the USV. An interactive identification algorithm (ESO–MILS, extended state observer–multi-innovation least squares) based on ESO is proposed. The robustness of online identification is improved by expanding the state observer to estimate the current disturbance without making artificial assumptions. Specifically, the three-degree-of-freedom dynamic equation of the double propeller propulsion USV is constructed. A linear model for online identification is derived by parameterization. Based on the least square criterion function, it is proved that the interactive identification method with disturbance estimation can improve the identification accuracy from the perspective of mathematical expectation. The extended state observer is designed to estimate the unknown disturbance in the model. The online interactive update improves the disturbance immunity of the identification algorithm. Finally, the effectiveness of the interactive identification algorithm is verified by simulation experiment and real ship experiment.

Electric vehicles(EVs)have garnered significant attention as a vital driver of economic growth and environmental ***,ensuring the safety of high-energy batteries is now a top priority that cannot be overlooked during large-scale *** paper proposes an innovative active protection and cooling integrated battery module using smart materials,magneto-sensitive shear thickening fluid(MSTF),which is specifically designed to address safety threats posed by lithium-ion batteries(LIBs)exposed to harsh mechanical and environmental *** theoretical framework introduces a novel approach for harnessing the smoothed-particle hydrodynamics(SPH)methodology that incorporates the intricate interplay of non-Newtonian fluid behavior,capturing the fluid-structure coupling inherent to the *** approach is further advanced by adopting an enhanced Herschel-Bulkley(H-B)model to encapsulate the intricate rheology of the MSTF under the influence of the magnetorheological effect(MRE)and shear thickening(ST)*** simulation results show that in the case of cooling,the MSTF is an effective cooling medium for rapidly reducing the *** terms of mechanical abuse,the MSTF solidifies through actively applying the magnetic field during mechanical compression and impact within the battery module,resulting in 66%and 61.7%reductions in the maximum stress within the battery jellyroll,and 31.1%and 23%reductions in the reaction force,*** mechanism effectively lowers the risk of short-circuit *** groundbreaking concepts unveiled in this paper for active protection battery modules are anticipated to be a valuable technological breakthrough in the areas of EV safety and lightweight/integrated design.

Inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) is a chronic gastrointestinal disease with a high incidence. Treatment for IBD includes medications and diet， and common anti-inflammatory medications have limitations like drug resistance and serious adverse effects. Accumulating evidence has demonstrated that dietary flavonoids exhibit an alleviative effect on IBD by influencing gut microbiota. The microbiota-derived metabolites also regulate IBD and maintain intestinal homeostasis. In this review， we investigate the therapeutic effect of gut microbiota and metabolites on IBD by intestinal immune and intestinal barrier function. We demonstrate the underlying mechanism of dietary flavonoids as an anti-inflammatory molecule alleviating IBD by regulating gut microbiota， short chain fatty acid (SCFA)， bile acid (BA)， tryptophan (Trp) metabolism and lipopolysaccharides (LPS)-toll-like receptor 4 (TLR4) signaling pathway. Based on structural differences of flavonoids， we summarize the recent research progress on the role of different dietary flavonoids in alleviating IBD by gut microbiota and metabolites in animal and clinical trials. This review indicates that dietary flavonoids targeting gut microbiota and metabolites provide a promising strategy for the treatment of inflammation and novel insights into the management of IBD.

A machine learning(ML)-based random forest(RF)classification model algorithm was employed to investigate the main factors affecting the formation of the core-shell structure of BaTiO_(3)-based ceramics and their interpretability was analyzed by using Shapley additive explanations(SHAP).An F1-score changed from 0.8795 to 0.9310,accuracy from 0.8450 to 0.9070,precision from 0.8714 to 0.9000,recall from 0.8929 to 0.9643,and ROC/AUC value of 0.97±0.03 was achieved by the RF classification with the optimal set of features containing only 5 features,demonstrating the high accuracy of our model and its high *** the interpretability analysis of the model,it was found that the electronegativity,melting point,and sintering temperature of the dopant contribute highly to the formation of the core-shell structure,and based on these characteristics,specific ranges were delineated and twelve elements were finally obtained that met all the requirements,namely Si,Sc,Mn,Fe,Co,Ni,Pd,Er,Tm,Lu,Pa,and *** the process of exploring the structure of the core-shell,the doping elements can be effectively localized to be selected by choosing the range of features.

The local structure of the metal single-atom site is closely related to the catalytic activity of metal single-atom catalysts(SACs).However,constructing SACs with homogeneous metal active sites is a challenge due to the surface heterogeneity of the conventional ***,we prepared two Rh1/CeO_(2)SACs(0.5Rh1/r-CeO_(2)and 0.5Rh1/c-CeO_(2),respectively)using two shaped CeO_(2)(rod and cube)exposing different facets,i.e.,CeO_(2)(111)and CeO_(2)(100).In CO oxidation reaction,the T100 of 0.5Rh1/r-CeO_(2)SACs is 120°C,while the T100 of 0.5Rh1/c-CeO_(2)SACs is as high as 200°*** in-situ CO diffuse reflectance infrared Fourier transform spectroscopy(CO-DRIFTS),we found that the proximity between OH group and Rh single atom on the plane surface plays an important role in the catalytic activity of Rh1/CeO_(2)SAC system in CO *** Rh single atom trapped at the CeO_(2)(111)crystal surface forms the Rh1(OH)adjacent species,which is not found on the CeO_(2)(100)crystal surface at room ***,during CO oxidation,the OH group far from Rh single atom on the 0.5Rh1/c-CeO_(2)disappears and forms Rh1(OH)adjacent species when the temperature is above 150°*** formation of Rh1(OH)adjacentCO intermediate in the reaction is pivotal for the excellent catalytic activity,which explains the difference in the catalytic activity of Rh single atoms on two different CeO_(2)*** formed Rh1(OH)adjacent-O-Ce structure exhibits good stability in the reducing atmosphere,maintaining the Rh atomic dispersion after CO oxidation even when pre-reduced at high temperature of 500°*** functional theory(DFT)calculations validate the unique activity and reaction path of the intermediate Rh1(OH)adjacentCO species *** work demonstrates that the proximity between metal single atom and hydroxyl can determine the formation of active intermediates to affect the catalytic performances in catalysis.

N6-methyladenosine(m^(6)A)has been established as the most prevalent chemical modification in message RNA(mRNA),playing an essential role in determining the fate of RNA *** of m^(6)A has been revealed to lead to abnormal physiological conditions and cause various types of human *** studies have delineated the genetic regulatory maps for m^(6)A methylation by mapping the quantitative trait loci of m^(6)A(m^(6)A-QTLs),thereby building up the regulatory circuits linking genetic variants,m^(6)A,and human complex ***,we review the recent discoveries concerning the genetic regulatory maps of m^(6)A,describing the methodological and technical details of m^(6)A-QTL identification,and introducing the key findings of the cis-and trans-acting drivers of m^(6)*** further delve into the tissue-and ethnicity-specificity of m^(6)A-QTL,the association with other molecular phenotypes in light of genetic regulation,the regulators underlying m^(6)A genetics,and importantly,the functional roles of m^(6)A in mediating human complex ***,we discuss potential research avenues that can accelerate the translation of m^(6)A genetics studies toward the development of therapies for human genetic diseases.

Objective Sepsis is considered a major cause of health loss in children and had high mortality and ***,there is no reliable model for predicting the prognosis of pediatric patients with *** study aimed to analyze the clinical characteristics of sepsis in children and assess the risk factors associated with poor prognosis in pediatric sepsis patients to identify timely interventions and improve their *** This study analyzed the clinical indicators and laboratory results of septic patients hospitalized in the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit of Tongji Hospital,Tongji Medical College,Huazhong University of Science and Technology,China,from January 1,2019,to December 31,*** factors for sepsis were identified by logistic regression *** A total of 355 children with sepsis were enrolled,with 333 children(93.8%)in the good prognosis group,and 22 children(6.2%)in the poor prognosis *** them,there were 255 patients(71.8%)in the sepsis group,and 100 patients(28.2%)in the severe sepsis *** length of hospital stay in the poor prognosis group was longer than that in the good prognosis group(P0.05),and the platelet(PLT),albumin(ALB),and hemoglobin(Hb)levels were lower in the poor prognosis group(P<0.01).The IL-8 levels in the severe sepsis group were higher than those in the sepsis group(P<0.05).Multiple logistic regression analysis suggested that lower Hb levels,ALB levels,peak PLT counts,and higher IL-1βlevels were independent risk factors for poor prognosis in children with *** Lower Hb,ALB,and PLT counts and elevated IL-1βare independent risk factors for poor prognosis in children with sepsis.

Recurrent event data are commonly encountered in many scientific fields,including biomedical studies,clinical trials and epidemiological surveys,and many statistical methods have been proposed for their *** this paper,we consider to use a weighted composite endpoint of recurrent and terminal events,which is weighted by the severity of each event,to assess the overall effects of covariates on the two types of events.A flexible additive-multiplicative model incorporating both multiplicative and additive effects on the rate function is proposed to analyze such weighted composite event process,and more importantly,the dependence structure among the recurrent and terminal events is left *** the estimation,we construct the unbiased estimating equations by virtue of the inverse probability weighting technique,and the resulting estimators are shown to be consistent and asymptotically normal under some mild regularity *** evaluate the finite-sample performance of the proposed method via simulation studies and apply the proposed method to a set of real data arising from a bladder cancer study.

The aqueous zinc ion batteries(AZIBs)are thought as promising competitors for electrochemical energy storage,though their wide application is curbed by the uncontrollable dendrite growth and gas evolution side ***,to stabilize both zinc anodes and water molecules,we developed a modified electrolyte by adding a trace amount of N,N-diethylformanmide(DEF)into the ZnSO_(4)electrolyte for the first time in zinc ion *** effectiveness of DEF is predicted by the comparison of donor number and its preferential adsorption behavior on the zinc anode is further demonstrated by several spectroscopy characterizations,electrochemical methods,and molecular dynamics *** modified electrolyte with 5%*** content can ensure a stable cycling life longer than 3400 h of Zn‖Zn symmetric cells and an ultra-reversible Zn stripping/plating process with a high coulombic efficiency of 99.7%.The Zn‖VO_(2)full cell maintains a capacity retention of 83.5%and a 104 mA h g^(-1)mass capacity after *** work provides insights into the role of interfacial adsorption behavior and the donor number of additive molecules in designing low-content and effective aqueous electrolytes.

The number of patients with calcic aortic stenosis(AS)is 9.4 million according to 2019 Global Disease Burden estimates,which will continue to increase as the population ages.[1]For the treatment of symptomatic severe AS,transcatheter aortic valve replacement(TAVR)has evolved to be a well-established option across all risk spectra,with a rapid growth of procedures *** rise of TAVR initiates the revolution of the management of valvular heart diseases,from patient surveillance,the staging of disease,the use of multimodality imaging,the concept of the Heart Team,new designs and iterations of devices to technical innovations and the discovery of unmet clinical *** a consequence of the global adoption of TAVR,geographical differences in the epidemiology of AS and patient characteristics have also been further identi*** examination of the changing patient population,current applications and breakthroughs,and remaining challenges are crucial for the future of this ***,we discuss the temporal utilization of TAVR,the accumulation of evidence and progress of devices,the selection of patients,and some ongoing topics concerning the improvement of TAVR.
