背景与目的:新型抗人表皮生长因子受体2(HER-2)抗体偶联药物(ADC)为包括HER-2低表达在内的乳腺癌患者开辟了新的治疗选择。然而,目前HER-2低表达和HER-20表达乳腺癌之间的临床病理特征、分子特征及预后差异尚不明确。因此,本研究主要比较HER-2低表达和HER-20表达乳腺癌患者的生存预后、临床病理特征以及分子特征之间的差异,旨在进一步揭示HER-2低表达乳腺癌的分子特征及更精准地选择ADC药物获益人群。方法:回顾性分析中南大学湘雅医院2011年1月—2015年12月1245例经手术治疗的Ⅰ~Ⅲ期早期原发性浸润性乳腺癌患者资料。比较不同HER-2表达水平(0表达、低表达、过表达)患者临床病理特征的差异,分析患者的总生存(OS)和无病生存(DFS)的差异,筛选预后的独立影响因素。通过TCGA数据库分析比较HER-2低表达和HER-20表达乳腺癌患者的分子特征及免疫微环境差异。结果:1245例患者中,HER-20表达395例(31.73%)、HER-2低表达562例(45.14%),HER-2过表达288例(23.13%)。与HER-20表达患者相比,HER-2低表达患者淋巴结分期更高、激素受体(HR)阳性比例更高、腋窝淋巴结转移更多,Ki-67水平较低(均P0.05)。多因素Cox风险模型结果提示,年龄、腋窝淋巴结转移是乳腺癌患者OS的独立危险因素;年龄、ER状态、HER-2表达水平、腋窝淋巴结转移是乳腺癌患者DFS的独立危险因素(均P<0.05)。分子特征方面,HER-2低表达和HER-20表达在分子突变负荷方面无明显差异,但在免疫浸润方面有一定差异,HER-20表达乳腺癌的抗肿瘤免疫反应更为活跃。结论:HER-2低表达和HER-20表达乳腺癌的病理特征存在一定差异,但HER-2低表达和HER-20表达乳腺癌的预后结局相似;HER-2低表达乳腺癌的分子特征具有异质性,但与HER-20表达乳腺癌的分子特征不具有显著特异性。因此,本研究结果尚不支持将HER-2低表达作为新的乳腺癌分子分型。

The instability of extremely narrow keyholes is the main challenge in high-power laser *** this work,the spatial energy distribution and its influence on the stability of extremely narrow keyholes during ultra-high power laser welding are studied.A multiphase flow model that considers the vapor plume impact and the multiple scattering of laser radiation is built to simulate the topology and downstream wave flow on the keyhole *** keyhole fluctuation is due to excessive energy accumulation,which arises from the abnormal wrinkle structures that form on the front keyhole *** the periodic cutting phenomena on the keyhole opening and the hump accumulation effect on the solid-liquid interface help smooth the keyhole *** welding processes are obtained,producing fine,closed,and evenly distributed wrinkle structures,and the keyhole stability is correspondingly *** simulation results agree well with the experiment.

A dual-readout sensing platform based on two signal transduction channels can integrate the unique advantages of each sensing pattern,compensate for the deficiency in the adaptive capacity,and enable a more convincing performance in analytical ***,we introduce a responsive molecule dye,xylenol orange(XO),to combine with lanthanide terbium ions(Tb^(3+)).The resultant Tb^(3+)-XO complex exhibited tunable optical properties and was used as a novel colorimetric and luminometric dual-readout sensing platform for assaying the anthrax biomarker,dipicolinic acid(DPA).In the presence of Tb^(3+),the XO solution underwent a color change from yellow to magenta;however,upon adding DPA,the color changed back to yellow immediately,accompanied by the characteristic luminescence emission of Tb^(3+).Considering the strong affinity between DPA/XO and metal ions,the proposed sensing platform was further employed for the determination and differentiation of certain metal ions using linear discriminant *** convenient dual-readout sensing platform offers several notable features and significantly promotes the application and development of lanthanide-based materials.

Digital twins and the physical assets of electric power systems face the potential risk of data loss and monitoring failures owing to catastrophic events,causing surveillance and energy *** study aims to refine maintenance strategies for the monitoring of an electric power digital twin system post ***,the research delineates the physical electric power system along with its digital counterpart and post-disaster restoration ***,it delves into communication and data processing mechanisms,specifically focusing on central data processing(CDP),communication routers(CRs),and phasor measurement units(PMUs),to re-establish an equipment recovery model based on these data transmission ***,it introduces a mathematical optimization model designed to enhance the digital twin system’s post-disaster monitoring efficacy by employing the branch-and-bound method for its *** efficacy of the proposed model was corroborated by analyzing an IEEE-14 *** findings suggest that the proposed branch-and-bound algorithm significantly augments the observational capabilities of a power system with limited resources,thereby bolstering its stability and emergency response mechanisms.

该插画设计作品是基于十二生肖之“卯兔”形象而进行设计。设计既有中国传统文化的视觉元素,同时也融入了现代潮流元素。不仅具有古风韵味,同时还体现了现代的潮流趣味。在创作过程中,将设计扎根于十二生肖传统文化,对“卯兔”形象进行再设计。整体风格参考了中国传统剪纸的表现形式。并且,又运用了国画中白描的手法,突出了传统绘画线描的平面化效果。在视觉表现上,融入了红色的固有颜色,让古今两种文化进行碰撞、创新。在构图上,采用中心对称式结构,突出稳定而和谐的视觉平衡感。在画面中,采取中国传统颜色红色为画面总基调,少量绿色作为辅色进行搭配,产生画面空间感。图中均有传统的戏剧、醒狮、锦鲤以及牡丹等国潮古风元素,醒狮、锦鲤和牡丹花,分别传达着祝福、吉祥和如意。

针对航空薄壁件在加工中易变形、工件振动、耗时长的现状,提出了基于Unity3D的智能工厂MINI制造单元虚拟仿真平台的设计方案,解决了薄壁叶片在实际生产过程中效率低下,质量参差不齐的问题。通过智能工厂MINI制造单元的虚拟仿真验证结果表明,智能工厂MINI制造单元不仅能够完成航空薄壁件的批量加工,大大提高其生产效率,还能通过Unity3D的虚拟仿真技术,降低生产成本和潜在的风险,推动航空制造业向智能化方向发展。

Clearance at turning pair has a strong impact on the kinetic accuracy of linkage, but there is short of a generic model to analyze it so far. Clearance error, input error, and manufacturing tolerance of links are taken into consideration as the random variables synthetically. The kinematics and dynamics accuracy analysis models for planar linkages with multiple clearances at joints are built up as well. At last a typical planar linkage is selected for nurnerical illustration. These models stated in matrix resolve the relativity of output parameter errors of mechanism and therefore are of vital significance for the reliability analysis and synthesis of mechanism with clearances.

Understanding the behaviors of heat transfer and fluid flow in weld pool and their effects on the solidification microstructure are significant for performance improvement of laser *** paper develops a three-dimensional numerical model to understand the multi-physical processes such as heat transfer,melt convection and solidification behavior in full-penetration laser welding of thin 5083 aluminum *** parameters including temperature gradient G and solidification rate R,and their combined forms are evaluated to interpret solidification *** predicted weld dimensions and the microstructure morphology and scale agree well with *** indicate that heat conduction is the dominant mechanism of heat transfer in weld pool,and melt convection plays a critical role in microstructure *** mushy zone shape/size and solidification parameters can be modulated by changing process *** structures form because of the low G/R *** scale of dendritic structures can be reduced by increasing GR via decreasing heat *** columnar to equiaxed transition is predicted quantitatively via the process related G^3/*** findings illustrate how heat transfer and fluid flow affect the solidification parameters and hence the microstructure,and show how to improve microstructure by optimizing the process.

Computer-aided process planning(CAPP) is an essential component of computer integrated manufacturing(CIM) system. A good process plan can be obtained by optimizing two elements,namely,operation sequence and the machining parameters of machine,tool and tool access direction(TAD) for each operation. This paper proposes a novel optimization strategy for process planning that considers different dimensions of the problem in parallel. A multi-dimensional tabu search(MDTS) algorithm based on this strategy is developed to optimize the four dimensions of a process plan,namely,operation sequence(OperSeq),machine sequence(MacSeq),tool sequence(ToolSeq) and tool approach direction sequence(TADSeq),sequentially and iteratively. In order to improve its efficiency and stability,tabu search,which is incorporated into the proposed MDTS algorithm,is used to optimize each component of a process plan,and some neighbourhood strategies for different components are presented for this tabu search algorithm. The proposed MDTS algorithm is employed to test four parts with different numbers of operations taken from the literature and compared with the existing algorithms like genetic algorithm(GA),simulated annealing(SA),tabu search(TS) and particle swarm optimization(PSO) . Experimental results show that the developed algorithm outperforms these algorithms in terms of solution quality and efficiency.
