The Circular Electron Positron Collider(CEPC)is a large scientific project initiated and hosted by China,fostered through extensive collaboration with international *** complex comprises four accelerators:a 30 GeV Linac,a 1.1 GeV Damping Ring,a Booster capable of achieving energies up to 180 GeV,and a Collider operating at varying energy modes(Z,W,H,and tt).The Linac and Damping Ring are situated on the surface,while the subterranean Booster and Collider are housed in a 100 km circumference underground tunnel,strategically accommodating future expansion with provisions for a potential Super Proton Proton Collider(SPPC).The CEPC primarily serves as a Higgs *** its baseline design with synchrotron radiation(SR)power of 30 MW per beam,it can achieve a luminosity of 5×10^(34)cm^(-2)s^(-1)per interaction point(IP),resulting in an integrated luminosity of 13 ab^(-1)for two IPs over a decade,producing 2.6 million Higgs *** the SR power to 50 MW per beam expands the CEPC's capability to generate 4.3 million Higgs bosons,facilitating precise measurements of Higgs coupling at sub-percent levels,exceeding the precision expected from the HL-LHC by an order of *** Technical Design Report(TDR)follows the Preliminary Conceptual Design Report(Pre-CDR,2015)and the Conceptual Design Report(CDR,2018),comprehensively detailing the machine's layout,performance metrics,physical design and analysis,technical systems design,R&D and prototyping efforts,and associated civil engineering ***,it includes a cost estimate and a preliminary construction timeline,establishing a framework for forthcoming engineering design phase and site selection *** is anticipated to begin around 2027-2028,pending government approval,with an estimated duration of 8 *** commencement of experiments and data collection could potentially be initiated in the mid-2030s.

Benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) is highly prevalent among older men, impacting on their quality of life, sexual function, and genitourinary health, and has become an important global burden of disease. Transurethral plasmakinetic resection of prostate (TUPKP) is one of the foremost surgical procedures for the treatment of BPH. It has become well established in clinical practice with good efficacy and safety. In 2018, we issued the guideline “2018 Standard Edition”. However much new direct evidence has now emerged and this may change some of previous recommendations. The time is ripe to develop new evidence-based guidelines, so we formed a working group of clinical experts and methodologists. The steering group members posed 31 questions relevant to the management of TUPKP for BPH covering the following areas: questions relevant to the perioperative period (preoperative, intraoperative, and postoperative) of TUPKP in the treatment of BPH, postoperative complications and the level of surgeons’ surgical skill. We searched the literature for direct evidence on the management of TUPKP for BPH, and assessed its certainty generated recommendations using the grade criteria by the European Association of Urology. Recommendations were either strong or weak, or in the form of an ungraded consensus-based statement. Finally, we issued 36 statements. Among them, 23 carried strong recommendations, and 13 carried weak recommendations for the stated procedure. They covered questions relevant to the aforementioned three areas. The preoperative period for TUPKP in the treatment of BPH included indications and contraindications for TUPKP, precautions for preoperative preparation in patients with renal impairment and urinary tract infection due to urinary retention, and preoperative prophylactic use of antibiotics. 基于中心聚类法与微粒群(PSO)优化方法,提出一种径向基函数(RBF)网络的设计算法。算法采用中心聚类方法对输入样本数据进行聚类处理,自适应地确定RBF网络隐含层的初始参数;利用修正全局最优解计算方法的经典PSO算法优化RBF网络隐含层参数,进一步修正网络结构参数;输出层权值采用带遗忘因子的递推最小二乘算法在线更新。采用该方法建立炼铁过程中烧结矿成分与转鼓强度关系的预测模型,并用现场数据加以验证;实验结果表明该方法收敛速度快,所建立的模型具有较高的预测精度,可用于复杂非线性系统建模。

目的以注射用丹参多酚酸盐为例,探索中药注射剂临床应用的综合评价方法,为今后相关工作的开展和完善提供参考。方法通过文献检索和获取相关文献资料,从有效性、安全性、经济性、顺应性和标签信息等方面对注射用丹参多酚酸盐进行系统综合评价。结果除说明书适应证外,丹参多酚酸盐在心血管疾病、脑血管疾病等多种超说明书适应证中都存在具有一定质量的临床研究证据;在安全性、经济性方面的文献证据较为丰富。结论注射用丹参多酚酸盐在有效性、安全性及经济性等方面的临床研究证据较多,且具有一定的体系。但作为一个临床应用大品种,该药依然需要在一些方面做出更多的研究努力。
