A prescribed performance control scheme based on the three-inflection-point hyperbolic function and predefined time performance function is proposed to solve the trajectory tracking problem of the forward-tilting morphing aerospace vehicle with time-varying actuator *** accurately estimate the loss degree of actuator faults,an immersion and invariance observer based on the predefined time dynamic scale factor is designed to estimate and compensate it.A composite dynamic sliding mode surface is designed using a three-inflection-point hyperbolic function,and a novel three-inflection-point sliding mode control framework is *** convergent domain of the sliding manifold is adjusted by parameters,and the system error convergence is controllable.A transfer function is designed to eliminate the sensitivity of the three-inflection-point hyperbolic sliding mode to the unknown initial state,and combined with the barrier Lyapunov function,and the performance constraint of the system is *** global asymptotic stability of the system is demonstrated using a strict mathematical *** effectiveness and superiority of the proposed control scheme are proven by simulation experiments.

Idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis(IPF)is a progressive disease with unknown etiology and limited therapeutic *** of fibroblasts is a prominent feature of pulmonary *** we report that lncRNA DACH1(dachshund homolog 1)is downregulated in the lungs of IPF patients and in an experimental mouse model of lung ***1 knockout mice develop spontaneous pulmonary fibrosis,whereas overexpression of LncDACH1 attenuated TGF-β1-induced aberrant activation,collagen deposition and differentiation of mouse lung ***,forced expression of LncDACH1 not only prevented bleomycin(BLM)-induced lung fibrosis,but also reversed established lung fibrosis in a BLM ***,LncDACH1 binding to the serine/arginine-rich splicing factor 1(SRSF1)protein decreases its activity and inhibits the accumulation of *** expression of SRSF1 blocked the anti-fibrotic effect of LncDACH1 in lung ***,loss of LncDACH1 promoted proliferation,differentiation,and extracellular matrix(ECM)deposition in mouse lung fibroblasts,whereas such effects were abolished by silencing of *** addition,a conserved fragment of LncDACH1 alleviated hyperproliferation,ECM deposition and differentiation of MRC-5 cells driven by TGF-β***,LncDACH1 inhibits lung fibrosis by interacting with SRSF1 to suppress CTNNB1 accumulation,suggesting that LncDACH1 might be a potential therapeutic target for pulmonary fibrosis.

针对低纬高原甘蔗中后期灾害性真菌病害防控难题,在明确甘蔗中后期灾害性真菌病害种类及病原种类、地理分布、危害损失和灾害特性的基础上,提出利用“早期诊断预警、抗病品种、温水脱毒种苗、农艺调控、无人机飞防、生物制剂及复合高效配方药剂”等构建低纬高原甘蔗中后期灾害性真菌病害综合防控技术系统。同时,从病害流行动态精准监测技术、抗病基因挖掘与利用技术、抗病精准评价技术、生防制剂和复合高效药剂配方及施药技术和飞防施药技术等方面系统剖析了实现甘蔗中后期灾害性真菌病害综合防控系统构建的关键技术方法。2021~2022年该技术在低纬高原云南8个甘蔗主产州市累计推广应用32.3万hm^(2)(无人机飞防6.7万hm^(2)),共挽回甘蔗损失388万t,增加蔗糖49.7万t,新增销售额42.09亿元,新增利润13.24亿元,增税1.99亿元,经济、社会和生态效益显著,为低纬高原蔗糖业可持续高质量发展、减损增效提供了技术支撑,为边疆民族经济发展和农民增收及乡村振兴做出了重大贡献。

Investigation on Outbreak of Sesamia inferens and Smut in Cane-growing Regions of Yunnan Province

[Objectives]This study was conducted to clarify the outbreak and disaster characteristics of Sesamia inferens Walker and smut in cane-growing regions in the low-latitude plateau of Yunnan Province,where there is continuous high temperature and drought in spring and summer.[Methods]A systematic investigation and analysis was conducted on different varieties in different types of fields in 16 cane-growing regions with outbreak of *** and smut in Yunnan from 2019 to 2021.[Results]The outbreak of *** and smut in cane-growing regions in the low-latitude plateau of Yunnan Province resulted in an average percent of dry hearts in the range of 17.3%-56.3%,and as high as 84.0%in severe cases.70%thiamethoxam seed treatment dispersible powder and clothianidin or thiamethoxam fertilizer granules were ineffective against ***,while 10%monosultap·thiamethoxam or 10%clothianidin·monosultap granules had a significant control efficacy on *** average diseased plant rate ranged from 14.8%to 89.7%in susceptible varieties with smut,and was as high as 100%in severe *** 1,Yuetang 93-159,Yuetang 00-236,and Liucheng 05-136 had strong resistance,with an average diseased plant rate of 0-5.5%and the highest rate of 7.6%.*** and smut both broke out in cane-growing regions with an altitude below 1200 *** is recommended to pay attention to disease and pest monitoring in cane-growing regions with an altitude below 1200 m,and combine it with the management of new plants and ratoon plants to effectively prevent and control the first and second generation of ***-infested seedlings from March to *** is also recommended to strengthen the promotion and application of excellent disease-resistant varieties,so as to achieve a reasonable distribution of varieties and fundamentally control the outbreak and epidemic of sugarcane smut.[Conclusions]This study provides a basis for the effective prevention and control of catastrophic *** and smut caused

[Objectives]This study was conducted to screen high-efficiency formula pesticides and precise and efficient application techniques for the prevention and control of Sesamia inferens Walker and Ceratovacuna lanigera Zehntner.[Methods]Field efficacy trials were conducted using different combinations of 70%directed enhanced thiamethoxam seed treatment dispersible powder and 46%monosultap·Bacillus thuringiensis wettable powder.[Results]70%directed enhanced thiamethoxam ZF 450 g/hm^(2)+46%monosultap·*** WP 2250 g/hm^(2)had good control effects on both *** and ***,so it was an ideal high-efficiency formula pesticide for controlling sugarcane *** and *** January to May,combining with new plant or perennial root cultivation management,70%directed enhanced thiamethoxam ZF 450 g/hm^(2)can be evenly spread on sugarcane ditches and sugarcane stumps after being well mixed with fertilizers applied per hectare,and covered with soil in a timely manner,and during the peak incubation period of the first and second generation of *** eggs from March to May,46%monosultap·*** WP 2250 g/hm^(2)was sprayed to the leaf surface in the mixture with water 675 kg with an electric backpack or a motorized *** such a way,the control efficacy on dead heart seedlings could reach over 89.8%,and that on *** could reach 100%.Meanwhile,it could effectively and concurrently control thrips,and the increases in yield and sugar content could reach 29310 kg/hm^(2)and 5.9 percentage points,respectively.[Conclusions]The promotion and application of the formula pesticide could achieve precise application and control of sugarcane pests,and improvement of sugarcane quality and planting efficiency,and help promote green prevention and control of sugarcane diseases and pests and the sustained high-quality development of the sugar industry.

Aim: TanshinoneⅡA is an active ingredient extracted from the traditional Chinese medicine Salvia miltiorrhiza。It is unclear how TanshinoneⅡA exerts its effects in treatment of ischemic arrhythmias and reducing sudden cardiac death (SCD)。The purpose of this study is to reveal the mechanism of its action。Methods: Rat model of myocardial infarction (MI) was established by ligation of the left anterior descending (LAD) coronary artery。Tanshinone IIA or quinidine was administered daily for 3 months。Standard leadⅡof the surface electrocardiogram (ECG) was monitored。Whole-cell patch-clamp technique was used to measure inwardly rectifying potassium current (Iκ1) in isolated myocytes from rat hearts。The expression of Kir2.1 protein was analyzed by western blotting and miR-1 level was determined by real-time PCR。Results: TanshinoneⅡA decreased the incidence of arrhythmias and mortolity in MI rats。It restored obviously Iκ1 current density and expression of Kir2.1 protein that were inhibited in MI rat ventricular myocytes, while quinidine further inhibited Iκ1 /Kir2.1。Overexpression of miR-1 level induced by ischemia was downregulated in TanshinoneⅡA-treated rat hearts。On the contrary, application of quinidine to MI rats failed to reduce the heightened level of miR-1。Conclusion: Our findings confirmed that TanshinoneⅡA showed to prevent arrhythrnias, improve cardiac function and protect heart against sudden death in MI rats。The mechanism might attribute to its downregulation of miR-1 level and subsequent regulation of Kir2.1 protein level。

Brown rust is a main sugarcane disease in China, affecting stable development of sugarcane industry. Resistance breeding is an effective measure to control sugarcane rust, and looking for diverse sugarcane rust resistance alternative resources is another important way to improve rust resistance level. This article reviewed from the aspects of construction of sugarcane genetic map, research progress of rust resistance gene, development of rust resistance molecular markers, and research strategies of rust resistance gene, in order to provide scientific guidance and reference for rust resistance breeding.

Monitoring of sweat pH plays important roles in physiological health,nutritional balance,psychological stress,and sports ***,the combination of functional MOFs with phosphorescent material to acquire the real-time physiological information,as well as the application of dual mode anti-counterfeiting,has seldom been ***,we developed multifunctional gel films based on MOFs and phosphorescent dyes which responded to H+ions and the related mechanism was studied in *** exposure to H+,the composite gel film exhibited decreased fluorescent signal but enhanced room temperature phosphorescence(RTP),which could be utilized for sweat pH sensing through a ***,multifunctional gel films exhibited a potential application in information encryption and anti-counterfeiting by designing of stimulus responsive multiple *** research provided a new avenue for portable and non-invasive sweat pH monitoring methods while also offering insights into stimulus-responsive multifunctional materials.
