Copper nanoparticles（Cu NPs） have been synthesized by using laser ablation method,using deionized water as main solvent.The formation of Cu NPs is confirmed by UV-visible spectrophotometer（UV-Vis）,atomic force microscopy（AFM） and X-ray diffraction（XRD）.Cu NPs fabricated by laser ablation have diameter in the range from 14 to 55 nm.Structural analysis revealed the face-centered cubic（fcc） crystal structure of Cu NPs.The antibacterial activity of Cu NPs has been evaluated in vitro against strains of Escherichia coli（E.coli） and Staphylococcus aureus（5.aureus）.The fabricated Cu NPs show considerable antibacterial activity against both bacterial strains.The bacterial activity of Cu NPs was found to depend on the microbial species.

Gastroparesis refers to abnormal gastric motility characterized by delayed gastric emptying in the absence of mechanical obstruction. The most common etiologies include diabetes, post-surgical and idiopathic. The most common symptoms are nausea, vomiting and epigastric pain. Gastroparesis is estimated to affect 4% of the population and symptomatology may range from little effect on daily activity to severe disability and frequent hospitalizations. The gold standard of diagnosis is solid meal gastric scintigraphy. Treatment is multimodal and includes dietary modification, prokinetic and anti-emetic medications, and surgical interventions. New advances in drug therapy, and gastric electrical stimulation techniques have been introduced and might provide new hope to patients with refractory gastroparesis. In this comprehensive review, we discuss gastroparesis with emphasis on the latest developments; from the perspective of the practicing clinician.

We investigate generalized chaplygin gas for warm inflationary scenario in the context of locally rotationally symmetric Bianchi type I universe model.We assume two different cases of dissipative coefficient,i.e.,constant as well as function of scalar field.We construct dynamical equations as well as a relationship between scalar and radiation energy densities under slow-roll approximation.We also derive slow-roll parameters,scalar and tensor power spectra,scalar spectral index,tensor to scalar ratio for analyzing inflationary background during high dissipative regime.We also use the WMAP7 data for the discussion of our parameters.

The promising solar irradiated photocatalyst by pairing of bismuth oxide quantum dots(BQDs)doped TiO_(2)with nitrogen doped graphene oxide(NGO)nanocomposite(NGO/BQDs-TiO_(2))was fabricated.It was used for degradation of organic pollutants like 2,4-dichlorophenol(2,4-DCP)and stable dyes,i.e.Rhodamine B and Congo Red.X-ray diffraction(XRD)profile of NGO showed reduction in oxygenic functional groups and restoring of graphitic crystal structure.The characteristic diffraction peaks of TiO_(2)and its composites showed crystalline anatase TiO_(2).Morphological images represent spherical shaped TiO_(2)evenly covered with BQDs spread on NGO sheet.The surface linkages of NO-O-Ti,C-O-Ti,Bi-O-Ti and vibrational modes are observed by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR)and Raman studies.BQDs and NGO modified TiO_(2)results into red shifting in visible region as studied in diffused reflectance spectroscopy(DRS).NGO and BQDs in TiO_(2)are linked with defect centers which reduced the recombination of free charge carriers by quenching of photoluminescence(PL)intensities.X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS)shows that no peak related to C-O in NGO/BQDs-TiO_(2)is observed.This indicated that doping of nitrogen into GO has reduced some oxygen functional groups.Nitrogen functionalities in NGO and photosensitizing effect of BQDs in ternary composite have improved photocatalytic activity against organic pollutants.Intermediate byproducts during photo degradation process of 2,4-DCP were studied through high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC).Study of radical scavengers indicated that O_(2)^(·-) has significant role for degradation of 2,4-DCP.Our investigations propose that fabricated nanohybrid architecture has potential for degradation of environmental pollutions.

We discuss the warm inflation in the presence of standard scalar field model and modified Chaplygin gas in brane-world scenario. We consider weak and strong dissipative regimes with generalized dissipative coefficient. We extract various inflationary parameters. For example, we analyze the behavior of different ratios(ratio of dissipative co-efficient and Hubble parameter Γ/3H, ratio of temperature and Hubble parameter T/H, scalar-to-tensor ratio r) with respect to spectral index ns for the weak and strong dissipative regimes through parametric plotting. It is found that T/H and Γ/3H satisfied the required conditions in both dissipative regimes. It is also noted that the spectral index(ns)attain the range n_s = 0.96_(-0.10)^(+0.10). It is remarked here that our results are consistence with observational data WMAP7,WMAP9, and recent Planck data.

In this paper,we explore static spherically symmetric charged wormhole solutions in extended teleparallel gravity taking power-law f(T) models.We consider noncommutative geometry under Lorentzian distribution.In order to obtain matter components,we develop field equations using effective energy-momentum tensor for non-diagonal tetrad.We explore solutions by considering various viable power-law f(T) models,which also include teleparallel gravity case.The violation of energy conditions obtain by exotic matter to form wormhole solutions in teleparallel case while,physical acceptable wormhole solutions exist for charged noncommutative wormhole solutions for some cases of power-law models.The effective energy-momentum tensor and charge are responsible for the violation of the energy conditions.Also,we check the equilibrium condition for these solutions.The equilibrium condition meets for the teleparallel case and some power-law solutions while remaining solutions are either in less equilibrium or in disequilibrium situation.

Well crystalline manganese oxide(Mn_(3)O_(4))nanoparticles anchored on gamma alumina(γ-Al_(2)O_(3))have been successfully tailored via a proficient and cost effective chemical process as an efficient material for photo catalysis.XRD indicated the composite formation ofγ-Al_(2)O_(3) and hausmannite structure of Mn_(3)O_(4).SEM and TEM revealed that hetero structure of Mn_(3)O_(4)/γ-Al_(2)O_(3) exhibits an amalgam of aggregated nanoparticles and nanorods.XPS demonstrated the chemical states of binary nanocomposite.The band gap tuning has been performed withγ-Al_(2)O_(3) nanoparticles by assimilating hausmannite Mn_(3)O_(4) particles into flower like microstructure of Al_(2)O_(3).The photoluminescence spectra affirmed the enhancement in charge separation in Mn_(3)O_(4)/γ-Al_(2)O_(3) binary hybrid photocatalyst.The band gap becomes narrow with the increase in concentrations of Mn_(3)O_(4).The narrowing of band gap is concorded with crystalline domains of primary aggregated particles.To elucidate the mechanism of the photocatalytic activity linear sweep voltammetry was performed.The results showed that Mn_(3)O_(4)/γ-Al_(2)O_(3) nanocomposite revealed the enhancement in current density as compared to pureγ-Al_(2)O_(3) which confirmed the electron transfer from Mn_(3)O_(4) toγ-Al_(2)O_(3) through the interfacial potential gradient in conduction bands.The optimum concentration of 6.0%Mn_(3)O_(4)/γ-Al_(2)O_(3) for hybrid structure showed an excellent photocatalytic activity under visible light due to narrow band gap energy.High degree distribution of Mn_(3)O_(4) nano architects overlying onγ-Al_(2)O_(3) induces a significant synergic effect betweenγ-Al_(2)O_(3) and hausmannite phase of manganese oxide(Mn_(3)O_(4)).This strong interfacial contact betweenγ-Al_(2)O_(3) and Mn_(3)O_(4) endures the quick transfer of photo generated charge carriers across interface.

The multiwalled carbon nanotubes thin-film-based electrode was fabricated by electrophoretic deposition and modified with copper （Cu） nanoparticles to fabricate Cu/CNTs nanocomposite sensor for nonenzymatic glucose detection. The expensive glassy carbon electrode was replaced by fluorine-doped tin oxide glass containing CNTs film to confine the Cu nanoparticles growth by electrodeposition through cyclic voltammetry （CV）. The ultraviolet visible and X-ray diffraction analysis revealed the successful deposition of Cu nanoparticles on the CNTs-modified electrode. The atomic force microscopy images confirrqed the morphology of electrodeposited Cu on CNTs film as uniformly dispersed particles. The electrocatalytic activity of electrode to the glucose oxidation was investigated in alkaline medium by CV and amperometric measurements. The fabricated sensor exhibited a fast response time of less than 5 s and the sensitivity of 314 μA rnM^-1 cm^-2 with linear concentration range （0.02-3.0 mM） having detection limit 10.0 μM. Due to simple preparation of sensor, Cu/CNTs nanocomposite electrodes are a suitable candidate for reliable determination of glucose with good stability.

We study matter accretion onto Einstein-aether black holes by adopting the Hamiltonian approach.The general solution of accretion is discussed using the isothermal equation of state.Different types of fluids are considered,including ultra-relativistic,ultra-stiff,sub-relativistic,and radiation fluids,and the accretion process onto Einstein-aether black holes is analyzed.The behavior of the fluid flow and the existence of critical points is investigated for Einstein-aether black holes.We further discuss the general expression and behavior of polytropic fluid onto Einstein-aether black holes.The most important feature of this work is the investigation of the mass accretion rate of the above-mentioned fluids and the comparison of our findings with the Schwarzschild black hole,which generates particular signatures.Moreover,the maximum mass accretion rate occurs near the Killing and universal horizons,and the minimum accretion rate lies between them.
