新能源汽车推广政策能否有效促进企业的绿色技术创新对我国实现绿色低碳转型具有重要的战略意义。本文以2009—2020年中国汽车制造业A股上市公司数据为样本,采用双重差分模型考察了新能源汽车推广政策的实施对企业绿色技术创新的影响及作用机制。研究发现:推广政策诱发了企业的绿色技术创新行为,但更偏向于实质性绿色技术创新。推广政策通过缓解融资约束激发企业绿色技术创新;同时,投资者的乐观情绪可以强化融资约束在推广政策与企业绿色技术创新间的中介作用,而企业社会责任的履行只能加强推广政策对融资约束的缓解作用。此外,推广政策对企业绿色技术创新的促进作用在非国有企业、具有高研发投入的企业和地处高市场化环境下的企业中更显著。本文从投资者情绪和企业社会责任的调节视角,为中国新能源汽车推广政策提升企业绿色技术创新的作用机制提供了新的文献和经验证据,也为政府精准施策及企业有效开展绿色技术创新提供借鉴。

目的探究阿司匹林联合硫酸氢氯吡格雷口服治疗脑梗死的有效性。方法240例脑梗死患者,参考双盲法原则分为观察组和对照组,各120例。对照组患者采取阿司匹林口服治疗,观察组患者采取阿司匹林联合硫酸氢氯吡格雷口服治疗。对比两组治疗效果、活化部分凝血酶原时间、凝血酶原时间、凝血酶时间、纤维蛋白原、血小板聚集率、美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)评分及Barthel指数、不良反应发生率。结果观察组、对照组临床总有效率分别为98.33%、85.00%,观察组临床治疗总有效率较对照组更高(P0.05);治疗2、4周后,两组血小板聚集率均明显下降,且观察组血小板聚集率(33.22±4.47)%、(37.13±4.26)%较对照组的(40.78±4.75)%、(43.67±4.39)%更低(P0.05);治疗后,两组NIHSS评分均下降,Barthel指数均上升,且NIHSS评分(10.23±1.04)分、Barthel指数(72.53±5.46)分较对照组的(17.72±1.28)、(60.78±4.35)分更优(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组、对照组不良反应发生率分别为3.33%、14.17%,观察组不良反应发生率较对照组低(P<0.05)。结论针对脑梗死患者采取阿司匹林联合硫酸氢氯吡格雷口服治疗能够显著增强临床疗效,降低血小板聚集率,改善患者凝血指标、神经功能及日常活动能力,并有效减少不良反应发生。

To improve the total throughput of the uplink orthogonal frequency division multiple access system,a low complexity hybrid power distribution（HPD） combined with subcarrier allocation scheme is *** the fairness mechanism for the subcarrier,the inter-cell interference is first analyzed to calculate the capacity of the *** user selects the subcarrier with the largest channel *** on the above subcarrier allocation scheme,a new kind of HPD scheme is proposed,which adopts the waterfilling-power-distributed scheme and the equal-power-distributed scheme in the cell-boundary and the cellcenter,*** results show that compared with the waterfilling-power-distributed scheme in the whole cell,the proposed HPD scheme decreases the system complexity significantly,meanwhile its capacity is 2% higher than that of the equal-powerdistributed scheme over the same subcarrier allocation.

Abalones reveal unique taste after processing,mainly because of their abundant free amino acids(FAAs)and *** are nutrition components that can contribute to the unique ***,which factor(s)is responsible for the accumulation of FAAs still need further *** analyze the production of FAAs,we studied the variation of FAAs during 7 days of storage at 4℃.The content of taste-active amino acids,including Asp,Glu,Ser,and Gly increased by 1.7-fold,2.0-fold,3.0-fold,and 8.4-fold,*** relative activity of cathepsin L and aminopeptidase(AP)increased significantly during the cold storage *** identify AP in abalone and its function in mediating the production of FAAs,an aminopeptidase with wide substrate specificity was then extracted and purified from abalone muscle to *** AP with a molecular mass of 100 kDa exhibited its maximum activity at 30℃,pH 7.5,and was further confirmed by *** specifically inhibited the activity of AP,and metalloproteinase inhibitors EDTA,EGTA and 1,10-phenanthroline also suppressed its activity to different *** on its highest activity to substrate Leu-MCA and its peptide sequences,the purified enzyme was identified as leucine aminopeptidase(LAP).Our present study indicated the essential role of AP for FAAs accumulation during cold storage of abalone.

目的探讨置管溶栓术结合支架植入对急性下肢深静脉血栓(DVT)患者血流畅通和血栓后综合征的影响。方法选取104例急性下肢DVT患者,随机均分为联合组(置管溶栓术+支架置入)和溶栓组(置管溶栓术)。比较两组治疗前后静脉畅通率、下肢周径差、血液流变学指标,以及血栓后综合征(PTS)、并发症情况。结果联合组静脉畅通率高于溶栓组(P0.05)。随访2年,联合组发生PTS程度低于溶栓组(P0.05)。结论置管溶栓术结合支架置入能更有效地再通急性下肢DVT患者静脉,降低PTS发生。

Toxicity of perfluorononanoic acid and perfluorooctane sulfonate to Daphnia magna

In order to study toxicological effects of perfluorononanoic acid （PFNA）, perfluorooctane sulfonate （PFOS）, and their mixtures （PFNA/ PFOS） on Daphnia magna （D. magna）, a suite of comprehensive toxicity tests were conducted, including a 48-h acute toxicity test, a 21-day chronic test, a feeding experiment, and a biomarker assay. D. magna were exposed to aqueous solutions of PFNA and PFOS （alone and in combination） at concentrations ranging from 0.008 to 5 mg/L. The survival, growth, and reproduction of D. magna were monitored over a 21- day life cycle. The biomarkers, including acetylcholinesterase （ACHE）, superoxide dismutase （SOD）, and catalase （CAT） activities, were determined after seven days of exposure. PFOS was more toxic than PFNA based on the results of the acute toxicity test. Perfluorinated compounds （PFCs） inhibited both growth and reproduction of D. magna during the testing period. The ingestion rates and the biomarkers, including ACHE, SOD, and CAT activities, were significantly inhibited by PFCs in most cases. Moreover, the combined effects related to the growth and reproduction showed the antagonistic effects of PFCs.
