Background:The cellular tumor protein p53(TP53)is a tumor suppressor gene that is frequently mutated in human *** various cancer types,the very aggressive high-grade serous ovarian carcinoma(HGSOC)exhibits the high-est prevalence of TP53 mutations,present in>96%of *** intensive efforts to reactivate p53,no clinical drug has been approved to rescue p53 *** this study,our primary objective was to administer in vitro-transcribed(IVT)wild-type(WT)p53-mRNA to HGSOC cell lines,primary cells,and ortho-topic mouse models,with the aim of exploring its impact on inhibiting tumor growth and dissemination,both in vitro and in ***:To restore the activity of p53,WT p53 was exogenously expressed in HGSOC cell lines using a mammalian vector ***,IVT WT p53 mRNA was delivered into different HGSOC model systems(primary cells and patient-derived organoids)using liposomes and studied for proliferation,cell cycle progression,apoptosis,colony formation,and chromosomal *** alterations induced by p53 mRNA were analyzed using RNA sequencing in OVCAR-8 and primary HGSOC cells,followed by ingenuity path-way *** vivo effects on tumor growth and metastasis were studied using orthotopic xenografts and metastatic intraperitoneal mouse ***:Reactivation of the TP53 tumor suppressor gene was explored in differ-ent HGSOC model systems using newly designed IVT mRNA-based *** introduction of WT p53 mRNA triggered dose-dependent apoptosis,cell cycle arrest,and potent long-lasting inhibition of HGSOC cell *** analysis of OVCAR-8 cells upon mRNA-based p53 reactivation revealed significant alterations in gene expression related to p53 signaling,such as apoptosis,cell cycle regulation,and DNA *** p53 function concurrently reduces chromosomal instability within the HGSOC cells,under-scoring its crucial contribution in safeguarding genomic integrity by moderating the baselin

Synthesis and stability evaluation of hierarchical silicoaluminophosphates with different structural frameworks in the methanol to olefins process

Silicoaluminophosphates （SAPOs） with different pore structures were synthesized through the implementation of polyethylene glycol （PEG） as a mesopores impregnation agent. Using PEGs with different molecular weights （MWs） and concentrations in the synthesis precursor, several samples were synthesized and characterized. Applying a PEG capping agent to the precursors led to the formation of tuned mesopores within the microporous matrix of the SAPO. The effects of the PEG molecular weight and PEG/Al molar ratio were investigated to maximize the efficiency of the catalyst in the methanol-to-olefin （MTO） process. Using PEG with a MW of 6000 resulted in the formation of both Zeolite Rho and chabazite structural frameworks （i.e., DNL-6 and SAPO-34）. Pure SAPO-34 samples were successfully prepared using PEG with a MW of 4000. Our results showed that the PEG concentrations affect the porosity and acidity of the synthesized materials. Furthermore, the SAPO-34 sample synthesized with PEG （MW of 4000） and a PEG/Al molar ratio of 0.0125 showed a superior catalytic stability in the MTO reaction owing to the tuned bi-modal porosity and tailored acidity pattern. Finally, through reactivation experiments, it was found that the catalyst is stable even after several regeneration cycles.

Circulating levels of advanced glycation end products in females with polycystic ovary syndrome:a meta-analysis

Polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS)is a common endocrine disorder characterized by a hormonal imbalance that affects females of reproductive *** association between advanced glycation end products(AGEs)and PCOS has attracted considerable attention in recent years,highlighting the potential of AGEs as biomarkers for this *** the present systematic review and meta-analysis,we aimed to examine the association between AGEs and PCOS,evaluate their potential as biomarkers,and improve our understanding of the pathophysiology of PCOS and its associated metabolic complications.A literature search was performed using various databases from January 2000 to March 2023 to identify relevant studies investigating the association between AGEs and *** effect estimates were calculated using standardized mean differences(SMD)with 95%confidence intervals(CIs).Sub-group and meta-regression analyses were performed to examine potential sources of *** meta-analysis included six studies with a total of 623 *** results revealed a significant increase in circulating AGE levels in females with PCOS compared to healthy females(SMD=2.35;95%CI:1.10-3.60;P<0.001).Significant heterogeneity was observed between the studies(I2=96.37%;P<0.001),indicating the presence of several factors influencing the ***-group analyses based on body mass index,age,and homeostatic model assessment for insulin resistance indicated differential effects of AGEs on specific *** systematic review and meta-analysis support the association between elevated AGE levels and PCOS,thereby suggesting the potential role of AGEs as biomarkers in PCOS.

Contribution of tuned liquid column gas dampers to the performance of offshore wind turbines under wind, wave, and seismic excitations

The main intention of the present study is to reduce wind, wave, and seismic induced vibrations of jacket- type offshore wind turbines （JOWTs） through a newly developed vibration absorber, called tuned liquid column gas damper （TLCGD）. Using a Simulink-based model, an analytical model is developed to simulate global behavior of JOWTs under different dynamic excitations. The study is followed by a parametric study to explore efficiency of the TLCGD in terms of nacelle acceleration reduction under wind, wave, and earthquake loads. Study results indicate that optimum frequency of the TLCGD is rather insensitive to excitation type. In addition, while the gain in vibration control from TLCGDs with higher mass ratios is generally more pronounced, heavy TLCGDs are more sensitive to their tuned frequency such that ill-regulated TLCGD with high mass ratio can lead to destructive results. It is revealed that a well regulated TLCGD has noticeable contribution to the dynamic response of the JOWT under any excitation.

Effect of ultrasonic irradiation on rheological properties of asphaltenic crude oils

In this work, the rheological changes of several crude oil samples exposed to ultrasonic waves for different time intervals in addition to the effect of temperature on viscosity behavior of heavy crude oils were investigated using a series of steady shear flow and oscillatory tests. The colloidal structural evolutions of flocs in oil samples were illustrated by analysis of the size distribution of flocculated asphaltene particles （confocal microscopy tests）. The rheological investigations indicate that the ultrasonic irradiation dissolved heavy components in crude oil. After ultrasonic treatment, the Kouh-e-Mond crude oil was found to be pseudoplastic. In addition, confocal microscopy confirms that there was an optimum duration for ultrasonic irradiation, at which the viscosity and flocculation rate of asphaltenic crude oils reduced to the minimum values. The optimum was found to be approximately 40 min for the Kouh-e-Mond crude oil. Experimental results illustrate that the ultrasonic irradiation could disaggregate heavy colloid components in crude oil, and breakdown of asphaltene molecules would only occur in a specific time interval of irradiation. Also according to the temperature sweep test, the oil temperature rise caused by ultrasonic irradiation was not the main reason for theological changes of the crude oil and this alteration may be due to physical and chemical phenomena induced by sonication in crude oil.

Effects of L-carnitine on treatment outcomes of COVID-19 patients hospitalized in intensive care units:A double-blind randomized clinical trial

Objective:To assess the effects of L-carnitine on the outcomes of patients with moderate to severe coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19)in intensive care unit(ICU).Methods:This double-blind clinical trial was carried out in 2022-2023.64 Patients with COVID-19 were selected from Amiralmomenin and Khansari hospitals in Arak,*** were randomly assigned to the control and the L-carnitine treatment group via block *** blood gases,disease severity,and levels of D-dimer,lactate dehydrogenase,ferritin,and C-reactive protein were daily assessed during the seven days of the intervention,and the length of ICU stay,the need for endotracheal intubation,and mortality rate were ***:There were significant differences in length of ICU stay,the need for endotracheal intubation,and levels of D-dimer,lactate dehydrogenase,ferritin,APACHE栻score,and C-reactive protein between the two groups(P0.05).Conclusions:L-carnitine can improve outcomes of patients with ***,it can be used as an adjuvant therapy for these patients.

为了预测复杂孔隙结构中毛管压力主导下两相流排驱过程中的流体分布,从仿真多孔介质和岩石CT图像中抽取子样本,并采用孔隙形态模拟器(PMS)生成流体分布,以创建多样化的数据集,将距离图及像素大小、界面张力、接触角、压力作为输入参数,通过改造、训练、评估卷积神经网络(CNN)、递归神经网络(RNN)和视觉转换器(ViT),优选用于预测流体分布的模型。模拟分析表明,常用的卷积和递归神经网络在捕捉流体连通性方面存在不足。基于ViT构建了一个高维视觉转换器(HD-ViT),该转换器先忽略孔隙的空间位置仅根据其大小进行排驱,再在后处理步骤中追加流体连通要求,这种方法允许在任何坐标方向预设出入口,并使用不同尺寸和不同分辨率的图像进行渗流状态推断。通过在砂岩和碳酸盐岩大图像上验证,并与微流控驱替测试的实验结果比较,证实了HD-ViT模型的有效性、精确性和速度优势,且在捕捉孔隙尺度三维流动方面存在较大的潜力。

New approach to solving master equations of density operator for the Jaynes Cummings model with cavity damping

By introducing thermo-entangled state representation Ⅰη〉, which can map master equations of density operator in quantum statistics as state-vector evolution equations, and using ＂dissipative interaction picture＂ we solve the master equation of Jaynes-Cummings model with cavity damping. In addition we derive the Wigner function for density operator when the atom is initially in the up state Ⅰ↑〉 and the cavity mode is in coherent state.

This article presents a connection between fuzzy preordered structures and hyperstructures. Firstly, we introduce the notion of fuzzy preordered semigroup and then, we construct a semihypergroup associated with it, giving some properties of the associated hyperstructure. Secondly, we define the notion of fuzzy preordered ring in order to construct a fuzzy hyperring.
