The large reserves ofoil are disposed in zones of permafrost in shelf and continental fields. In Europe the subarctic and arctic tundra are abundant only in Nenetsky autonomous area and in the north-east of the republic of Komi. Oil and gas production activity has threatened richest biological resources and health of the population of the region. A singularity of petroliferous fields of the north of Russia is the existence of the thick strata of permafrost. On top of them different heat-insulating overlying layers （snow, biogenic covers） reside. State and dynamics of permafrost cause progressing dangerous exogenic geoecological processes, which are exhibited completely. State of permafrost is instituted by exchange of heat in near-surface strata of a geological section. During the development of oil fields there is a disturbance of a temperature schedule of permafrost. For estimation of technical attack the analytical computational method of influence of the different factors on value of annual heat exchange and prediction of geocryological conditions is proposed. It is shown, that such dangerous phenomena as degradation of permafrost and thermokarst would develop in the first place, which would cause the destruction of natural ecosystems.

Since most of the central regions of the European part of Russia are considered selenium and iodine deficient, the assessment of modern real consumption of chlorine, bromine, iodine and selenium by population of these regions with different diets is an important constituent part of medical monitoring. In this paper, a brief analysis of the impact of these elements on the human body is given. A number of consumed foodstuffs in different food rations (diets) were assessed. Six selected basic food rations, which most fully reflect the specific features of nutrition in the Russian Federation, were chosen. The analysis of the concentration of chlorine, bromine, iodine and selenium in a wide range of food and agricultural products was carried out. The daily intake of these elements in the human body from the selected diets was calculated. A comparison of the real income of chlorine, bromine, iodine and selenium in the human body with a physiologically needed intake was performed. It is proposed to use the coefficient of Kr, which is the ratio of actual intake of the element in the human body to physiologically needed intake. Based on this analysis assessed insufficient or excess supply of chlorine, bromine, iodine and selenium in the human body with these diets in the central regions of the European part of Russia was evaluated.

In the development of the composite gas separation membranes for post-combustion CO_2 capture, little attention is focused on the optimization of the membrane supports, which satisfy the conditions of this technology. The primary requirements to the membrane supports are concerned with their high CO_2 permeance. In this work, the membrane supports with desired characteristics were developed as high-permeance gas separation thin film composite(TFC) membranes with the thin defect-free layer from the crosslinked highly permeable polymer, poly[1-(trimethylsilyl)-1-propyne](PTMSP). This layer is insoluble in chloroform and can be used as a gutter layer for the further deposition of the CO_2-selective materials from the organic solvents. Crosslinking of PTMSP was performed using polyethyleneimine(PEI) and poly(ethyleneglycol) diglycidyl ether(PEGDGE) as crosslinking agents. Optimal concentrations of PEI in PTMSP and PEGDGE in methanol were selected in order to diminish the undesirable effect on the final membrane gas transport characteristics. The conditions of the kiss-coating technique for the deposition of the thin defect-free PTMSP-based layer, namely, composition of the casting solution and the speed of movement of the porous commercial microfiltration-grade support, were optimized. The procedure of post-treatment with alcohols and alcohol solutions was shown to be crucial for the improvement of gas permeance of the membranes with the crosslinked PTMSP layer having thickness ranging within 1-2.5 μm. The claimed membranes showed the following characteristics: CO_2 permeance is equal to 50—54 m^3(STP)/(m^2 h bar)(18,500—20,000 GPU), ideal CO_2/N_2 selectivity is 3.6-3.7, and their selective layers are insoluble in chloroform. Thus, the developed highpermeance TFC membranes are considered as a promising supports for further modification by enhanced CO_2 selective layer formation.

液滴撞击固体表面是自然界的常见现象,研究超疏水表面的液滴撞击对其润湿性的影响,对于超疏水性材料的潜在应用具有重要的科学意义。采用3、10、20 min氧等离子体处理(OPT)和1 min八氟环丁烷等离子体聚合沉积(PPD)的等离子体方法改性聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)表面,获得具有不同尺寸和间距的微/纳米锥的超疏水PTFE表面,研究射频等离子体改性PTFE表面的液滴静态接触角、滚动角及液滴撞击动力学行为,分析在不同个数液滴撞击后PTFE表面的润湿性和液滴撞击行为变化,确定PTFE表面液滴撞击起电效应的影响机制。结果表明:通过1~9个液滴撞击后,PTFE表面的静态接触角随撞击液滴数量增加而减小,导致静态接触角低于150°;液滴滚动角随撞击液滴数量增加而增大,造成液滴滚动角高于10°。撞击液滴的接触时间随撞击液滴数量增加而增大,回弹系数随撞击液滴数量增加而减小。随撞击液滴数量增加,回弹液滴的正电荷和PTFE表面的负电压增大,PTFE表面的负电荷对液滴产生强吸引作用,导致低粘附超疏水性被破坏。3 min OPT和1 min PPD改性PTFE表面的纳米锥间距小,密度大,表面负电荷量增加明显,造成PTFE表面的疏水性降低的程度最显著。研究结果可为改善超疏水稳定性的表面织构设计提供理论依据。

The experimental results and numerical modeling of penetration process of fluoropolymer projectiles in aluminum-based targets are presented. Analysis of mathematical models for interaction of elastoplastic projectile and target without taking additional energy released during interaction of fluoropolymer and aluminum into consideration is carried out. Energy fraction which is spent effectively on the increase in cavity volume is determined. The experimental and calculated results of penetration by combined and inert projectiles are compared.

The structure and properties of coatings based on WC-Co alloys containing additives of 1% - 5% aluminium oxide and 2.5% - 4.5% carbon were investigated. The coatings had a nanocrystalline structure. Depending on the duration and frequency of the discharge pulses, the ratio between WC and W2C in the coatings was different. The additives in the hard alloy allowed us increase the microhardness and wear resistance of the coatings by a factor of 2 - 3 in comparison to coatings created using a conventional WC-10%Co alloy.

The analysis of experimental data demonstrates that platelets and neutrophils are involved in the no-reflow phenomenon,also known as microvascular obstruction(MvO).However,studies performed in the isolated perfused hearts subjected to ischemia/reperfusion(I/R)do not suggest the involvement of microembolization and microthrombi in this *** intracoronary administration of alteplase has been found to have no effect on the occurrence of MvO in patients with acute myocardial ***,the major events preceding the appearance of MvO in coronary arteries are independent of microthrombi,platelets,and *** cells appear to be the target where ischemia can disrupt the endothelium-dependent vasodilation of coronary ***,reperfusion triggers more pronounced damage,possibly mediated by *** and intra-myocardial hemorrhage contribute to the adverse post-infarction myocardial ***,pharmacological agents used to treat MvO should prevent endothelial injury and induce relaxation of smooth *** conditioning protocols have been shown to prevent MvO,with L-type Ca2+channel blockers appearing the most effective in treating MvO.

Estimation of Mercury Intake from Consumption of Fish and Seafood in Russia

Data on the mercury concentration in freshwater and marine fish and seafood on the territory of Russia are presented. The level and pattern of the fish and seafood consumption in various regions of Russia are found from the analysis of open statistics. Regions with the maximum and minimum consumption of fish products are established. Mercury intake from these products in a human organism is calculated. It is shown that at the current level and pattern of the diet in Russia fish cannot be a source of high mercury concentrations in a human organism.
