Analysis of molecular mechanisms that lead to the development of various types of tumors is essential for biology and medicine,because it may help to find new therapeutic opportunities for cancer treatment and cure including personalized treatment *** of the pathways known to be important for the development of neoplastic diseases and pathological processes is the Hedgehog signaling pathway that normally controls human embryonic *** accumulation of various types of biological data,including interactions between proteins,regulation of genes transcription,proteomics,and metabolomics experiments results,allows the application of computational analysis of these big data for identification of key molecular mechanisms of certain diseases and pathologies and promising therapeutic *** aim of this study is to develop a computational approach for revealing associations between human proteins and genes interacting with the Hedgehog pathway components,as well as for identifying their roles in the development of various types of *** automatically collect sets of abstract texts from the NCBI PubMed bibliographic *** recognition of the Hedgehog pathway proteins and genes and neoplastic diseases we use a dictionary-based named entity recognition approach,while for all other proteins and genes machine learning method is *** association extraction,we develop a set of semantic *** complete the results of the text analysis with the gene set enrichment *** identified key pathways that may influence the Hedgehog pathway and their roles in tumor development are then verified using the information in the literature.

热固性环氧树脂因具有优异的导热性能与绝缘性能在电工装备领域得到广泛应用,由于其具有稳定的三维网络结构和不溶性,回收再利用存在挑战性。本文将不同质量分数的氮化硼(BN)加入到环氧(EP)/4-甲基六氢苯酐降解体系中,制备出高导热、高绝缘、可降解型BN/EP复合材料,并对BN/EP复合材料的导热性能、介电性能以及可降解性能进行研究。结果表明:以2,4,6-三(二甲氨基甲基)苯酚作为催化剂,在乙二醇作用下该BN/EP复合材料可在200℃下实现常压降解。BN质量分数为15%的BN/EP复合材料热导率为0.335 W/(m·K),比纯EP树脂提高了34%;交流电气强度为101.7 kV/mm,比纯EP树脂提高了13%。BN/EP复合材料可经酯交换降解得到EP降解产物(EDP),与EDP复合后,BN/EP复合材料的导热性能和电气强度基本保持不变。

Problematic social media use(PSMU)is a behavioral addiction,a specific form of problematic Internet use associated with the uncontrolled use of social *** is typical mostly for modern adolescents and young adults,which are the first generations fully grown up in the era of total digitalization of *** modern biopsychosocial model of the formation of behavioral addictions,postulating the impact of a large number of biological,psychological,and social factors on addictive behavior formation,may be quite applicable to *** this narrative review,we discussed neurobiological risk factors for Internet addiction with a focus on current evidence on the association between PSMU and structural/functional characteristics of the brain and autonomic nervous system,neurochemical correlations,and genetic features.A review of the literature shows that the vast majority of the mentioned neurobiological studies were focused on computer games addiction and generalized Internet addiction(without taking into account the consumed content).Even though a certain number of neuroimaging studies have been conducted for PSMU,there is practically no research on neuropeptide and genetic associations for PSMU to *** fact points to the extremely high relevance of such studies.

It is known that injection of carbon dioxide into the petroleum reservoir(CO_(2) flooding) is one of the effective methods for enhanced oil recovery. CO_(2) flooding may be complicated by formation of CO_(2) hydrate plugs. It makes topical investigation of CO_(2) hydrate formation in the system gaseous CO_(2)-oil-water. In this work, the growth rates of carbon dioxide hydrate films at the water-oil as well as the water-gas interface are studied in the pressure range of 2.30-3.04 MPa and at temperatures between -5.4 and 5.0℃. It is found that the growth rate for the water-oil interface is 3.5 times lower than that for the water-gas interface with carbon dioxide. It is hypothesised that the observed decrease in the growth rate is related to the mechanical resistance of the oil components adsorbed on the interface to the growth of the hydrate film. The growth rate of the film has been shown to depend on the experimental procedure,most likely due to the different initial concentrations of carbon dioxide in the aqueous solutions.

Abiotic stress tolerance has been weakened during the domestication of all major staple *** salinity is a major environmental constraint that impacts over half of the world population;however,given the increasing reliance on irrigation and the lack of available freshwater,agriculture in the 21st century will increasingly become ***,global food security is critically dependent on the ability of plant breeders to create high-yielding staple crop varieties that will incorporate salinity tolerance traits and ac-count for future climate ***,we have argued that the current agricultural practices and reliance on crops that exclude salt from uptake is counterproductive and environmentally unsustainable,and thus called for a need for a major shift in a breeding paradigm to incorporate some halophytic traits that were present in wild relatives but were lost in modern crops during *** this review,we provide a comprehensive physiological and molecular analysis of the key traits conferring crop halophy-tism,such as vacuolar Na+sequestration,ROS desensitization,succulence,metabolic photosynthetic switch,and salt deposition in trichomes,and discuss the strategies for incorporating them into elite germ-plasm,to address a pressing issue of boosting plant salinity tolerance.

Since the Little Ice Age and as a consequence of climate warming,many recently deglaciated forefields have become and will continue to evolve into large ice-debris complexes exposed to periglacial processes and *** transitional processes have significant implications for geomorphologic shaping and water supply for the downstream communities,especially in arid regions,but our understanding of their evolutionary processes and their potential geomorphic and hydrological impacts is stil limited.A landform transition from partly debris-covered glaciers to ice-rich permafrost debris undergoing slow viscous creep was revealed in the Aerzailaikunai Valley in the eastern Tianshan Mountains in China based on the results of in-situ observations and measurements(boreholes,ground temperature monitoring,electrical resistivity tomography surveys,and continuous global positioning system measurements,among others).The internal structure of ice-tll mixture contains pure ice layers,supersaturated frozen sands with ice lenses,and ice-bearing blocks with maximum volumetric contents of heterogeneous ice at 35%-60%.Beneath an 1.5-m-thick active layer,permafrost reached far into the underlying bedrock with the mean annual ground temperature of-2.1℃ at the depth of 20 *** higher surface velocities(with an accumulative displacement of 65 mm from October 2019 to May 2020)and extremely high electrical resistivity(several million Ω m)of the debris-covered glacier margin were in sharp contrast to those of the progressively stabilizing ground surface(up to 16 mm)and the lower zones with relatively smaler electrical resistivity(several thousand Ω m).Combined with the borehole stratigraphy(higher rock content),monitored ground temperatures(permafrost environment),lower electrical resistance(ice-rich moraine),and continuous global positioning system results(viscous creeping),this study documents a transition from glacial to periglacial conditions,materials and processes characteristic

INTRODUCTION Anthropogenic activities and associated factors such as climate change and habitat destruction are causing the ongoing sixth mass extinction on Earth,which is a major characteristic of the ***,these factors pose the most serious environmental threat to the existence of civilization because it is *** than 500 species of mammals were found to be on the brink of extinction and likely to be lost within 20 years(Ceballos et al.2020).One example is the common hamster Cricetus cricetus(Linnaeus,1758).In 2020,this species was classified as Critically Endangered across its global range by the IUCN Red List(Banaszek et al.2020).The protection status of the common hamster was elevated by 4 levels at once—from Least Concern to Critically *** the causes behind the dramatic decline of the species are not fully understood,one may suppose it stems from the negative impact of habitat degradation and even climate change(Banaszek et al.2020).
