0.29Pb(In_(1/2)Nb_(1/2))O_(3)-0.45Pb(Mg_(1/3)Nb_(2/3))O_(3)-0.26PbTiO_(3)single crystals have been studied using tripleaxis based elastic and inelastic neutron *** diffuse scattering reveals the presence of polar nano-regions(PNR's)in this system,which emerge at the Burns temperature(TB~630 K)and then grow continuously in population and correlation size down to 100 *** 300 K,characteristic“butterfly”and ellipsoid shaped diffuse scattering patterns are observed in the HK0 scattering *** poling along the[110]direction produces a marked asymmetry in the diffuse scattering patterns,with the parallel-to-the-field components enhanced while the perpendicular-to-the-field components *** low-energy phonon branches along the[100]and[110]directions have been *** significantly,the PNR-acoustic phonon coupling is confirmed for the[110]transverse acoustic(TA)phonons polarized along the[1-10]real space direction and the[100]TA *** coupling appears to be anisotropic and correlated with the PNRs'distribution,and also affected by the relative length scales of the PNRs and phonon wave *** well-known“waterfall”phenomenon is observed on the[100]and[110]transverse optical(TO)branches,near the zone *** optical phonons exhibit a lowest-energy,zone center soft TO mode,whose squared energy increases linearly with decreasing temperature below TB.

Uniqueness of philosophical knowledge is connected with display of existential character of the answer to philosophical problems, therefore knowledge in the form of philosophizing is always ＂finding of the reality in a situation in which at any moment there is a person.＂ While philosophizing a person defines oneself by means of the realization. Philosophizing is something through what a person becomes what he/she is, while getting implicated with the reality. The philosophical way of life can be carried out in two ways： either alone as a way of meditation, or together with people as a way of communication. When I carry out thoughtful reflection as a self-reflection, transcendental reflection, and full understanding of the present moment in my life appears peace of mind （despite concern of life）, trust （despite all horrors and misfortunes）, ability to make decisions （despite fluctuations of passions）, reliability and fidelity （despite temptations of this world）. Philosophical thoughts are not the guide to action, but a condition of intelligent life： Life becomes impregnated with thought.

According to the classification presented by Lehmann BD(2016),triple-negative breast cancer(TNBC)is a heterogeneous group of malignant tumors with four specific subtypes:basal-like(subtype 1 and subtype 2),mesenchymal,and luminal androgen receptor(LAR)*** basal-like subtypes of carcinomas predominate in this group,accounting for up to 80%of all *** the significantly lower proportions of mesenchymal and LAR variants in the group of breast carcinomas with a TNBC profile,such tumors are characterized by aggressive biological *** this end,the LAR subtype is of particular interest,since the literature on such tumors presents different and even contradictory data concerning the disease course and *** review is devoted to the analysis of the relevant literature,reflecting the main results of studies on the molecular properties and clinical features of the disease course of LAR-type TNBC carcinomas.

A pilot study has been made of the simultaneous DC potential and total slow electrical activity changes during modeling various metabolic and functional states of the human brain. The multi-electrode DCEEG recordings have been performed during the hyperventilation (frequent deep one-minute long breathing motions) and the hypoventilation (voluntary breath holding). It has been shown that the ischemic state occurring in hyperventilation is accompanied by the negative shift of DC potential and increase in the EEG rhythms amplitude. A distention of brain vessels during hypoventilation (voluntary breath-hold) and an improvement of blood supply and thus improvement of vital and functional state of neurons gave rise to an increase in the EEG rhythm amplitude too, though against a background of a positive DC-potential shift. Obtained results are considered with context the generation of the qualitatively different functional states of brain cells during hyper- and hypoventilation which is reflected in their resting potential and activity. The conducted study show the prospects for DCEEG and the method we used for DCEEG data processing to understand the character of functional and metabolic changes in the nervous tissue.

An Efficient Numerical Method for Calculation of Elastic and Thermo-Elastic Fields in a Homogeneous Medium with Several Heterogeneous Inclusions

The work is devoted to calculation of static elastic and thermo-elastic fields in a homogeneous medium with a finite number of isolated heterogeneous inclusions. Firstly, the problem is reduced to the solution of inte-gral equations for strain and stress fields in the medium with inclusions. Then, Gaussian approximating func-tions are used for discretization of these equations. For such functions, the elements of the matrix of the dis-cretized problem are calculated in explicit analytical forms. The method is mesh free, and only the coordi-nates of the approximating nodes are the geometrical information required in the method. If such nodes compose a regular grid, the matrix of the discretized problem obtains the Toeplitz properties. By the calcula-tion of matrix-vector products with such matrices, the Fast Fourier Transform technique may be used. The latter accelerates essentially the process of the iterative solution of the disretized problem. The results of calculations of elastic fields in 3D-medium with an isolated spherical heterogeneous inclusion are compared with exact solutions. Examples of the calculation of elastic and thermo-elastic fields in the medium with several inclusions are presented.

BACKGROUND The majority of published data report the results of biomechanical tests of various design pedicle screw *** clinical relevance and relative contribution of screw design to instrumentation stability have been insufficiently *** To estimate the contribution of screw design to rate of pedicle screw loosening in patients with degenerative diseases of the lumbar *** This study is a prospective evaluation of 175 patients with degenerative diseases and instability of the lumbar spine *** underwent spinal instrumentation employing pedicle screws with posterior only or transforaminal interbody ***-up was for 18 *** with signs of pedicle screw loosening on computed tomography were registered;logistic regression analysis was used to identify the factors that influenced the rate of *** Parameters included in the analysis were screw geometry,type of thread,external and internal screw diameter and helical pitch,bone density in Hounsfield units,number of levels fused,instrumentation without anterior support,laminectomy,and unilateral and bilateral total facet joint *** rate of screw loosening decreased with the increment in outer diameter,decrease in core diameter and helical *** rate of screw loosening correlated positively with the number of fused levels and decreasing bone *** facet joint removal significantly favored pedicle screw *** influence of other factors was *** Screw parameters had a significant impact on the loosening rate along with bone quality characteristics,the number of levels fused and the extensiveness of *** significance of the influence of screw parameters was comparable to those of patient-and surgery-related *** screw loosening was influenced by helical pitch,inner and outer diameter,but screw geometry and thread type were insignificant factors.

The synthesis of nanopowders of terbia compounds with scandia, yttria, and lutetia was carried out using a self-propagating high-temperature synthesis method involving a mixture of nitrates of metals and glycine as a precursor. The nanopowder phase transformations were investigated using X-ray diffraction analysis. It was found that lutetia has a negligible effect on the phase formation in terbia. On the other hand, yttrium and scandium ions significantly suppressed crystallization. The densification kinetics of nanopowders of the Tb_2O_3 compounds and the microstructure of ceramics after microwave sintering were studied using dilatometry and scanning electron microscopy. The introduction of scandia, yttria, or lutetia contributed to the intensification of the densification of the terbia ceramics when heated in a microwave field. Near full-density materials of terbia solid solutions with lutetia and yttria were obtained at about 1600–1640 ℃. The ceramics of scandia–terbia compounds contained the second phase, which causes light scattering.

Objective:This study aimed to develop expert fuzzy logic model to assist physicians in the prediction of postoperative complications of prostatic hyperplasia before ***:A method for classification of surgical risks was *** effect of rotation of the current–voltage characteristics at biologically active points(acupuncture points)was used for the formation of classifier *** effect determined reversible and non-reversible changes in electrical resistance at acupuncture points with periodic exposure to a sawtooth probe ***,the developed method was tested on the prediction of the success of surgical treatment of benign prostatic ***:Input descriptors were obtained from collected data including current-voltage characteristics of 5 acupuncture points and composed of 27 arrays feeding in the *** maximum diagnostic sensitivity of the classifier for the success of a surgical operation in the control sample was 88%and for testing data set prediction accuracy was 97%.Conclusion:The use of tuples of current-voltage characteristic descriptors of acupuncture points in the classifiers could be used to predict the success of surgical treatment with satisfactory *** model can be a valuable tool to support physicians’diagnosis.

Fe Nanoclusters on the Ge（001） Surface Studied by Scanning Tunneling Microscopy, Density Functional Theory Calculations and X-Ray Magnetic Circular Dichroism

The growth of Fe nanoclusters oN the Ge（001） surface has been studied using low-temperature scanning tunneling microscopy （STM） and density functional theory （DFT） calculations. STM results indicate that Fe nucleates on the Ge（001） surface, forming well-ordered nanoclusters of uniform size. Depending on the preparation conditions, two types of nanoclusters were observed having either four or sixteen Fe atoms within a nanocluster. The results were confirmed by DFT calculations. Annealing the nanoclusters at 420 K leads to the formation of nanorow structures, due to cluster mobility at such temperature. The Fe nanoclusters and nanorow structures formed on the Ge（001） surface show a superparamagnetic behaviour as measured by X-ray magnetic circular dichroism.
