The Russian Far East is a region between China and the Russian Arctic with a diverse climatological,geophysical,oceanic,and economical *** southern region is located in the Far East monsoon sector,while the northern parts are affected by the Arctic Ocean and cold air masses penetrating far to the *** economic activities and traffic connected to the China Belt and Road Initiative together with climate change are placing an increased pressure upon the Russian Far East *** is an urgent need to improve the capacity to measure the atmospheric and environmental pollution and analyze their sources and to quantify the relative roles of local and transported pollution emissions in the *** the paper,we characterize the current environmental and socio-economical landscape of the Russian Far East and summarize the future climate scenarios and identify the key regional research *** discuss the research infrastructure concept,which is needed to answer the identified research *** integrated observations,filling in the critical observational gap at the Northern Eurasian context,are required to provide state-of-the-art observations and enable follow-up procedures that support local,regional,and global decision making in the environmental context.

The distribution of relative angles between the intermediate mass fragments has been measured and analyzed for thermal multifragmentation in p + Au collisions at 2.1, 3.6 and 8.1 Gev. The analysis has been done on an event by event basis. The multibody Coulomb trajectory calculations of all charged particles have been performed starting with the initial break-up conditions given by the combined model with the revised intranuclear cascade (INC) followed by the statistical multifragmentation model. The measured correlation function was compared with the calculated one to find the actual time scale of the intermediate mass fragment (IMF) emission. It found transition from sequential evaporation for p(2.1 Gev) + Au to simultaneous multibody decay of a hot and expanded nuclear system in case of p(8.1 Gev) + Au.

Equipment has been designed and created for experimental simulation of space environment conditions of Geostationary orbit of the Earth. The following conditions are supported in the vacuum chamber having volume of 1.2 cubic meters: vacuum 10-5 Torr. (1.3 × 10-3 Pa), electron beam with energy up to 8 Mev, temperatures from -150°C to +150°C and solar ultraviolet radiation. The peculiarity of this equipment is the possibility of analyzing complex simultaneous influence of mentioned above 4 factors on the sample and in-situ direct measurement of sample parameters under irradiation which provides almost real conditions. Silicon single crystals used in space environment were tested in the vacuum chamber and new results were received having scientific and applied interest. It was shown, particularly, that the electro-conductivity of silicon samples has higher value at in-situ condition than ex-situ after irradiation.
