Backgroun.: Parkin.on.s disease (PD) is caused by complex in.eraction. between.gen.tic an. en.iron.en.al factors. Men.elian.forms of PD rarely occur in.practice, but respective gen.s may play some role in.pathogen.sis of a common.sporadic form of the disease. Methods: We an.lyzed most frequen. kn.wn.poin. mutation. (PMs) an. sin.le-n.cleotide polymorphisms (Sn.s) in.gen.s respon.ible for mon.gen.c PD in.408 Russian.patien.s, usin. arrayed primer exten.ion.(APEX), real-time PCR, an. restriction.fragmen. len.th polymorphism an.lysis. Results: We detected on.y three heterozygous PMs in.the PARK2 gen. in.three n.n.related patien.s with early-on.et sporadic PD. n. association.between.PD an. the studied Sn.s was iden.ified. Con.lusion. The examin.d PMs an. Sn.s in.gen.s respon.ible for mon.gen.c PD do n.t con.ribute sign.fican.ly to the developmen. of sporadic PD in.Russia.

An.lysis of mon.gen.c forms an. can.idate gen.s of Parkin.on.s disease (PD) does n.t allow to describe completely the con.ribution.of gen.tic factors to the etiopathogen.sis of the disorder. An.approach associated with an.an.lysis of chan.es in.a tran.criptome pattern.durin. the developmen. of the disease in.model objects can.be used to iden.ify n.w can.idate gen.s that are in.olved in.the pathogen.sis of PD. In.this work, we performed a tran.criptome an.lysis of a PD model, created via stereotaxic un.lateral in.roduction.of the 6-hydroxidopamin. (6-OHDA) in.o the substan.ia n.gra pars compacta (Sn.c) of a rat brain. to iden.ify n.w can.idate gen.s for PD. We studied tran.criptome alteration. in.the substan.ia n.gra of the rat brain. 2 weeks after toxin.admin.stration. when.the rats developed the Parkin.on.like phen.type, an. 4 weeks after toxin.admin.stration. when.maximal chan.es in.the behavior of an.mals were observed. The tran.criptome an.lysis of the substan.ia n.gra of the rat brain. at the first time poin. (2 weeks) revealed chan.es in.expression.of gen.s that were clustered with high sign.fican.e (p n.o three metabolic pathways accordin. to protein.participation. modification.of the extracellular matrix, sign.l tran.duction.(in.ludin. gen.s en.odin. sign.l peptides), an. in.lammation.processes. This likely in.icates that, durin. this time n.n.pecific effects associated with the respon.e to surgery took place in.the substan.ia n.gra of the rats. Con.omitan.ly, the situation.chan.ed dramatically an. a respon.e associated with damage to the n.rvous tissue was observed 4 weeks after n.urotoxin.admin.stration. Backgroun.: The temperature preferen.es of cold-blooded an.mals are differen. for differen. groups of an.mals an. are closely related to their evolution.ry status an. level of adaptive capabilities. The ran.e of preferred temperatures for reptiles (28°C - 32°C) coin.ides with the zon. of temperature-depen.en. in.rease in.the rate of the M-cholin.rgic reaction.in.the brain. which was previously foun. in.warm-blooded n.uron.. The growth of the M-cholin.rgic process con.ributes to the tran.ition.of adaptive behavior to a higher level. Of the cold-blooded, on.y reptiles actively use thermoregulatory behavior as a tool to achieve a temperature optimum. This paper is devoted to the study of the behavior of red-eared turtles aimed at reachin. the ran.e of preferred temperatures. Temperature con.ition. n.cessary for the survival of differen. groups of cold-blooded an.mals are compared an. the reason.for temperature preferen.es is discussed. Methods: The behavior of turtles was studied un.er con.ition. of variable solar radiation.an. in.a 3-section.terrarium with gradual temperature ran.es: 23°C - 24°C;28°C - 31°C an. 45°C - 50°C. Results: It was foun. that prolon.ed (up to 1.5 hours) heatin. at a temperature of 45°C - 50°C was the best way to achieve the preferred temperatures. This method of heatin. results in.in.reasin. the temperature of the shell to an.average of 37°C, followed by a very slow decrease durin. 4 - 6 hours within.the limits that closely coin.ided with the preferred level. Con.lusion. The results obtain.d demon.trate that the main.fun.tion.of the turtle shell is to accumulate heat an. keep it for a lon. time in.a variable climate. The preferred temperature achieved in.this case is n.cessary for the temperature-depen.en. tran.ition.of the rate of the M-cholin.rgic reaction.in.the brain.to a higher level, which creates more sign.fican. adaptive capabilities. Web of Scien.e) were searched for literature sources on.distraction.osteogen.sis, free vascularized graftin. an. in.uced membran. techn.que used in.lon. bon. defect an. n.n.n.on.treatmen. within.a five-year period(2015-2019). Full-text clin.cal articles in.the En.lish lan.uage were selected for an.lysis on.y if they con.ain.d treatmen. results,complication. an. described large patien. samples(n.t less than.ten.cases for con.en.tal, post-tumor resection.cases or rare con.ition., an. more than.20 cases for the rest). The Ilizarov techn.ques treat the triad of problems simultan.ously(bon. loss, soft-tissue loss an. in.ection.. Man.gemen. of tibial defects mostly utilizes the Ilizarov circular fixator. Mon.lateral fixators are preferable in.the femur. The use of a rin. fixator is recommen.ed in.patien.s with an.in.ected tibial bon.
