The triggering receptor expressed on myeloid cells-1(TREM-1)is a receptor expressed on innate immune *** promoting the amplification of inflammatory signals that are initially triggered by Toll-like receptors(TLRs),TREM-1 has been characterized as a major player in the pathophysiology of acute and chronic inflammatory diseases,such as septic shock,myocardial infarction,atherosclerosis,and inflammatory bowel ***,the molecular events leading to the activation of TREM-1 in innate immune cells remain ***,we show that TREM-1 is activated by multimerization and that the levels of intracellular Ca 2+release,reactive oxygen species,and cytokine production correlate with the degree of TREM-1 ***-1 activation on primary human monocytes by LPS required a two-step process consisting of upregulation followed by clustering of TREM-1 at the cell surface,in contrast to primary human neutrophils,where LPS induced a rapid cell membrane reorganization of TREM-1,which confirmed that TREM-1 is regulated differently in primary human neutrophils and *** addition,we show that the ectodomain of TREM-1 is able to homooligomerize in a concentration-dependent manner,which suggests that the clustering of TREM-1 on the membrane promotes its *** further show that the adapter protein DAP12 stabilizes TREM-1 surface expression and ***-1 multimerization at the cell surface is also mediated by its endogenous ligand,a conclusion supported by the ability of the TREM-1 inhibitor LR12 to limit TREM-1 *** results provide evidence for ligand-induced,receptor-mediated dimerization of ***,our findings uncover the mechanisms necessary for TREM-1 activation in monocytes and neutrophils.

The use of non-noble nickel-based catalysts for low temperature CO methanation has been a challenge in recent ***,MgAl layered double oxides sample with high dispersion synthesized by a facile N-(2-Hydroxyethyl)ethylenediaminetriacetic acid assisted wetness impregnation approach,demonstrates much superior catalytic activity and exceptional stability for CO methanation in comparison with the classical Ni/MgAl-LDO catalyst prepared by the ordinary wetness impregnation *** results showed that N-(2-Hydroxyethyl)ethylenediaminetriacetic acid played a positive role in the dispersion of Ni,as well as Ni-support ***-dispersed Ni particles with a size of about 5 nm were formed in the presence of N-(2-Hydroxyethyl)ethylenediaminetriacetic *** to the Ni/MgAl-LDO prepared by conventional impregnation method,the NH-Ni/MgAl-LDO exhibited superior catalytic performance,especially excellent thermal *** NH-Ni30/MgAl-LDO catalyst was found to keep a 70%CO conversion even at 160◦C which demonstrates its good low temperature *** the in situ FTIR observations,this good performance at low temperatures may be linked to the delocalization of electrons around CO caused by surface hydroxyl groups.

西冲钼矿是大别成矿带东段近年新发现的斑岩型钼-多金属矿床,其矿床学和矿床地球化学研究少见报导。该研究成果丰富了我国斑岩-矽卡岩型钼钨-多金属矿床研究成果,同时对指导区域找矿具有一定意义。本文在详细的野外地质调研基础上,对大别成矿带西冲钼矿区出露的主要岩石单元、矿化和蚀变特征、细粒花岗岩的岩石学、岩石化学和成岩年代学进行了系统的研究。结果表明,矿区出露的主要侵入岩单元由老至新依次为:石英二长岩、细粒花岗岩(130.8±1.1Ma)及双峰式脉岩组合(131.9±1.4Ma和131.3±1.6Ma),其均为燕山期岩浆活动产物,产于华北与扬子陆块拼合后的陆内环境。矿化类型以脉状、网脉状和浸染状为主,为一斑岩型钼-多金属矿床。矿区蚀变发育,包括黑云母-磁铁矿化、钾长石化、硅化、石英-绢云母化、石英-绿帘石化、绿泥石-碳酸盐化和泥化,且空间上具有一定的分带规律。矿区已知矿化、蚀变及Cu-Mo化探异常的空间展布与细粒花岗岩关系密切,且细粒花岗岩中具有高的Mo含量,表明该矿床的形成主要与细粒花岗岩有关。岩石化学结果表明,细粒花岗岩属过铝质-准铝质、高钾钙碱性-钾玄质过渡岩石,锆石U-Pb年龄与双峰式脉岩的在误差范围内一致,表明其均形成于大别造山带大规模伸展背景。

西准噶尔萨吾尔地区地处新疆阿勒泰地区吉木乃县及塔城地区和丰县。酸性侵入岩在区内较发育,其研究对于准噶尔地区后碰撞构造-岩浆演化时限的厘定具有重要的意义。塔斯特岩体是萨吾尔地区重要的复式花岗岩体,与区内铜、金矿化关系密切。塔斯特岩体锆石 LA—ICPMS 年龄为337±4Ma(1σ),形成于早石炭世。结合已有的地球化学特征研究,这一年龄显示西准噶尔地区在早石炭世已处于后碰撞环境。本文获得的塔斯特岩体成岩年龄是目前在准噶尔地区获得的最老的后碰撞花岗岩锆石 U—Pb 年龄之一,为准噶尔地区后碰撞构造-岩浆演化时限的厘定提供了新的证据。

Dear Editor,Infertility affects about 48.5 million couples worldwide,and a male disorder is estimated to be a causative or contributing factor in 20%-50%of cases.^1 Notably,increasing data support the view that obese men are at higher risk of fertility disorders.^2 As is known,obesity is defined by an excess of white adipose tissue,currently recognized as being able to secrete many endocrinologically active molecules called adipokines.

Planning and Profit Sharing in Overlay WiFi and LTE Systems toward 5G Networks

With the increasing demand for data traffic and with the massive foreseen deployment of the Internet of Things (IoT), higher data rates and capacity are required in mobile networks. While Heterogeneous Networks (HetNets) are under study toward 5G technology, Wireless Fidelity (WiFi) Access Points (APs) are considered a potential layer within those multiple Radio Access Technologies (RATs). For this purpose, we have proposed in this paper a novel WiFi dimensioning method, to offload data traffic from Long Term Evolution (LTE) to WiFi, by transferring the LTE energy consuming heavy users, to the WiFi network. First, we have calculated the remaining available capacity of the WiFi network based on the estimated load of each WiFi physical channel using the overlapping characteristic of the channels. Then, we were able through this dimensioning method, to calculate the minimum needed number of WiFi APs that ensure the same or better throughput for the LTE transferred users. By this method, we have ensured additional capacity in the LTE network with minimum investment cost in the WiFi network. Finally, we have estimated the profit sharing between LTE and WiFi by considering data bundles subscription revenues and the infrastructure capital and operational costs. We have calculated for each network the profit share using a coalition game theory Shapley value that pinpoints the benefit of the cooperation using the proposed dimensioning method.
