Bile duct cancers are frequently diagnose. as advanced dise.se.. Over half of patients with advanced bile duct cancer prese.t with unrese.table malignancies and their prognosis has been very poor even after curative rese.tions. Although there has been a need to diagnose.bile duct cancer at its eady stage, it has been a difficult goal to achieve due to our lack of knowledge regarding this dise.se.entity. Early bile duct cancer may be defined as a carcinoma whose.invasion is confined within the fibromuscular layer of the extrahepatic bile duct or intrahepatic large bile duct without distant metastasis irrespective of lymph node involvement. Approximately 3%-10% of rese.ted bile duct cancers have been reported to be early cancers in the literature. The clinicopathological features of patients with early bile duct cancer differ from those.of patients with advanced bile duct cancer, with more frequent asymptomatic prese.tation, characteristic histopathological findings, and excellent prognosis. This manuscript is organized to emphasize the need for convening an international conse.sus to develop the concept of early bile duct cancer.

Chinese.cabbage was cultivated in upland soil with the addition of biochar in order to investigate the potential for reduction of greenhouse.gas emissions. Barley straw biochar(BSB) was introduced in a Wagner pot(1/5000a) in amounts of 0(BSB0, control), 100(BSB100), 300(BSB300), and 500(BSB500) kg 10a^(-1). After the addition of BSB into the upland soil, carbon dioxide(CO_2) emission increase. while methane(CH_4) and nitrous oxide(N_2O) emissions decrease.. The highest CO2 flux was measured for the BSB500 sample,(84.6 g m^(-2)) followed by BSB300, BSB100, and BSB0 in decreasing order. Relative to those.of control, the total CH_4 flux and N_2O flux for the BSB500 treatment were lower by 31.6% and 26.1%, respectively. The global warming potential(GWP) of the treatment without biochar was 281.4 g CO_2 m-2 and those.for treatments with biochar were in the range from 194.1 to 224.9 g CO_2 m^(-2). Therefore, introducing BSB into upland soil to cultivate Chinese.cabbages can reduce the global warming potential.

This study aims to identify medicinal plants traditionally use. to treat dise.se. by local people living in Güce district,north-eastern *** study was carried out between 2018 and 2021 using a two-part se.i-structured,open-ended questionnaire with 165 local *** were analyse. using use.report,frequency of citation,and informant conse.sus *** identified 128 vascular medicinal plant taxa belonging to 54 families and 106 *** most common plant taxa belong to Rosaceae(16 taxa/12.5%),Asteraceae(12 taxa/9.4%),and Lamiaceae(9 taxa/7%)*** most frequently use. preparation method reported was decoction(39.8%);the most commonly utilized plant parts were leaves(40.3%).Statistical analysis reveals that women in Güce district(df?163,p?0.043se.s the most traditional *** highest frequency of citation(61)and use.report(92)were recorded for Tilia rubra ***,and the highest informant conse.sus factors were cited for respiratory system disorders(0.86),digestive system disorders(0.73),and skin disorders(0.71).This study reported nine plant taxa as medicinal plants for the first time,and documented a total of 293 new therapeutic ***,the study indicates that the transfer of traditional knowledge to future generations is limited(F?3.355,p?0.020).Action should be taken as soon as possible to prese.ve existing traditional knowledge and to ensure its transfer to future generations.

Al-Cu-Fe thin films were prepared by lase. induced arc (lase.-arc) method from a single source-Al63Cu25Fe12 alloy, which was proved to consist of quasicrystalline phase.together with approximant phase. The composition of the deposited films meets the requirement for formation of icosahedral symmetry phase. Quasicrystalline phase.was obtained after annealing the amorphous as-deposit film samples. The optical properties of the samples were investigated. Thin film samples of Al, Cu and Fe deposited under the same condition were employed for comparison. The results showed specific reflective properties of Al-Cu-Fe quasicrystal thin film in some wavelength range. The optical conductivity of the films exhibited a negative peak, centered about 440 nm in range of 190to 800 nm. The Al-Cu-Fe quasicrystal thin films could absorb almost all the ray in the wavelength range from 420nm to 450 nm. The ratio of absorption was greater than 99%.

The solidification behavior of AISI DC 53 cold work tool steel was investigated by means of a cooling curve and its first derivative. Copper and sand wedge-shaped molds were use. to obtain various solidification rates. To reveal the cooling rate degree during solidification,the se.ondary dendrite arm spacing of the steel alloy was examined by scanning electron microscopy(se.). The solidification rates of each se.tion for both wedge steel samples were calculated by means of the se.ondary dendrite arm spacing using a rese.rch-base. empirical relation from the literature. Experiment results revealed that at the tip region of the cast specimen in the copper wedgeshaped mold,the carbide size was 7–8 μm,where the solidification rate was approximately 4,830 °C·s-1. The greatest carbide size obtained in the upper region of the sand cast wedge-shaped specimen was 250–270 μm.

Early physiotherapy was given to 124 patients with ruptured or unruptured cerebral aneurysms who were treated by surgical clipping or endovascular *** were divided into four groups according to their Hunt and Hess grade at admission and aneurysm treatment modality： Group 1,Hunt and Hess grade≤II and surgical clipping;Group 2,Hunt and Hess grade≤II and endovascular embolization;Group 3,Hunt and Hess grade≥III and surgical clipping;Group 4,Hunt and Hess grade≥III and endovascular *** of consciousness was evaluated using the Glasgow Coma Scale,functional status using the Glasgow Outcome Scale,level of the mobility using the Mobility Scale for acute stroke patients,and independence in activities of daily living using the Barthel *** early physiotherapy,the level of consciousness and functional status improved significantly in Groups 1,3,and 4;mobility improved significantly in all groups;and independence in activities of daily living improved significantly in Groups 1 and *** discharge, Groups 1 and 2 had better functional status than Groups 3 and *** of consciousness,functional status,mobility and independence in activities of daily living improved after early physiotherapy. These.findings suggest that early physiotherapy improved the prognosis of patients with cerebral aneurysms who were treated by surgical clipping or endovascular *** with a worse.clinical status at prese.tation had a poorer functional status at *** outcome of physiotherapy was not affected by whether surgical clipping or endovascular embolization was chose. for treatment of the aneurysm.
