While hypoxic signaling has been shown to play a role in many cellular processes,its role in metabolism-linked extracellular matrix(ECM)organization and downstream processes of cell fate after musculoskeletal injury remains to be ***(HO)is a debilitating condition where abnormal bone formation occurs within extra-skeletal *** andhypoxia-inducible factor 1α(HIF-1α)activation have been shown to promote ***,the underlying molecular mechanisms bywhich the HIF-1αpathway in mesenchymal progenitor cells(MPCs)contributes to pathologic bone formation remain to ***,we used a proven mouse injury-induced HO model to investigate the role of HIF-1αon aberrant cell ***-cell RNA sequencing(scRNA-seq)and spatial transcriptomics analyses of the HO site,we found that collagen ECM organizationis the most highly up-regulated biological process in *** mesenchymal cell-specific deletion of Hif1α(Hoxa11-CreER^(T2);Hif1a^(fl/fl))significantly mitigated HO in ***-seq analysis of these Hoxa11-CreER^(T2);Hif1a^(fl/fl)mice identified the PLOD2/LOXpathway for collagen cross-linking as downstream of the HIF-1αregulation of ***,our scRNA-seq data and mechanisticstudies further uncovered that glucose metabolism in MPCs is most highly impacted by HIF-1α*** a translational aspect,a pan-LOX inhibitor significantly decreased HO.A newly screened compound revealed that the inhibition of PLOD2 activity in MPCssignificantly decreased osteogenic differentiation and glycolytic *** suggests that the HIF-1α/PLOD2/LOX axis linked tometabolism regulates HO-forming MPC *** results suggest that the HIF-1α/PLOD2/LOX pathway represents a promisingstrategy to mitigate HO formation.

Electrical conductivity(EC)of soil-water extracts is commonly used to assess soil ***,its conversion to the EC of saturated soil paste extracts(ECe),the standard measure of soil salinity,is currently required for practical *** many regression models can be used to obtain ECe from the EC of soil-water extracts,the application of a site-specific model to different sites is not straightforward due to confounding soil factors such as soil *** study was conducted to develop a universal regression model to estimate a conversion factor(CF)for predicting EC_(e) from EC of soil-water extracts at a 1:5 ratio(EC_(1:5)),by employing a site-specific soil texture(i.e.,sand content).A regression model,CF=8.9105e^(0.0106sand)/1.2984(r^(2)=0.97,Psed on the results of coastal saline soil surveys(n=173)and laboratory experiments using artificial saline soils with different textures(n=6,sand content=10%-65%)and salinity levels(n=7,salinity=1-24 dS m^(-1)).Model performance was validated using an independent dataset and demonstrated that EC_(e) prediction using the developed model is more suitable for highly saline soils than for low saline *** feasibility of the regression model should be tested at other *** soil factors affecting EC conversion factor also need to be explored to revise and improve the model through further studies.

Association of a Tobacco-specific Nitrosamine Carcinogen with Urinary Cotinine,Urinary Sodium Excretion,and Total Energy Intake in Adolescents and Children

This study investigated the association of a tobacco-specific nitrosamine carcinogen,4-(methylnitrosamino)-1-(3-pyridy1)-I-butanol(NNAL)with urinary cotinine(uCot),urinary sodium(uNa)excretion,systolic blood pressure(sBP),and total energy intake in adolescents and children in relation to the subjects'age.A total of 790 subjects aged 6-19 years were ***,uCot,corrected NNAL(cNNAL),the NNAL/uCot ratio,uNa,sBP,and nutrient intake were measured.A strong association between uCot and cNNAL was observed in children who were 11 years of age(r=0.881,Pse without elevated *** was significantly higher in subjects with increased uNa excretion than in those without increased uNa *** was positively correlated with uNa(r=0.183,Pse without elevated NNAL/uCot ratios(1729.0 kcal/day vs.1911.0 kcal/day,P=0.008).The relationship between NNAL and uCot varied according to the subjects'*** seems to play a role in decreasing sBP by enhancing uNa *** nutrient intake may contribute to endogenous formation of NNAL in non-smoking adolescents and children.

为研究冷藏/冷冻车辆用10 kW制冷机组不同参数对性能的影响,本文采用实验和模拟方法分析了制冷循环系统的制冷能力、COP和压力性能,并通过分别改变制冷剂充注量、过热度和制冷剂种类对其进行了实验和模拟研究。结果表明:随着制冷剂充注量和过热度的变化,制冷机组的制冷能力和COP表现出不同的趋势。模拟值和实验值的制冷能力和COP误差分别为6.4%和8.5%,所有结果均在10%以内。与制冷剂充注量相比,制冷机组的性能变化更多地依赖于过热度的变化。在制冷循环过热度为4℃、制冷剂充注量为7.4 kg时,制冷机组的制冷能力和COP最佳。通过数值模拟分析了应用于制冷循环系统的制冷剂R449A,比采用R404A的系统COP高约4%。确认了制冷剂R449A可以替代R404A使用。

BACKGROUND Aortic intramural hematoma(IMH) associated with aortic branch tear and intramurally located pseudoaneurysm after blunt trauma has not been ***,we report a case of progressive type A aortic IMH associated with a pseudoaneurysm arising from the injured proximal renal artery after blunt *** SUMMARY During logging operations,a 66-year-old man experienced blunt force trauma after being injured by a fallen *** arrived at our trauma center with a left flank pain *** tomography(CT) revealed a pseudoaneurysm arising from the proximal renal artery(localized within the aortic media) and Stanford type A IMH.A covered stent was deployed along the left main renal artery,bridging the pseudoaneurysm and covering the parent artery,successfully excluding the pseudoaneurysm as confirmed using ***,although the degree of the pseudoaneurysm decreased,follow-up CT revealed remnant pseudoaneurysm,likely caused by an ***,a covered stent was additionally installed through the previously deployed covered *** exclusion of the pseudoaneurysm was confirmed using final *** the 7-mo follow-up CT scan,the IMH and pseudoaneurysm completely disappeared with no evidence of stent-related *** Endovascular treatment such as stent-graft placement can be an effective and safe treatment for traumatic renal artery injury.

在健康中国与体育强国的双重背景下,学校体育成为中小学生身心健康全面发展中的重要一环。健美操能够提升学生身心素质,有助于提高中小学生文化课学习效率。当前健美操运动未能在中小学得到广泛推广,主要表现在推广力度不够、师资力量不足、设施和器材不完善,以及缺乏有效的评估和激励机制等。其根本原因在于对中小学推广健美操的重要价值与意义缺乏深层次的认识和理解。因此,本文通过分析我国中小学健美操的发展现状及存在问题,以期能够促进健美操运动的推广和普及,更好地提高学生的身体素质、促进学生的心理健康、培养学生的团队合作精神。

Time-domain channel estimator based on cyclic correlationfor OFDM systems with guard interval

Channel impulse response （CIR） can be estimated on the basis of cyclic correlation in time-domain for orthogonal frequency division multiplexing （OFDM） systems, This article proposes a generalized channel estimation method to reduce the estimation error by taking the average of different CIRs. Channel impulse responses are derived according to the different starting points of cyclic correlation. In addition, an effective CIR length estimation algorithm is also presented. The whole proposed methods are more effective to OFDM systems, especialiy to those with longer cyclic prefix. The analysis and the simulation results verify that the mean square error performance is 4-5 dB better than the conventional schemes under the same conditions.
