Background Cognitive-behavioural theories of panic disorder posit that panic attacks arise from a positive feedback loop between arousal-related bodily sensations and perceived *** a recently develope computational model formalising these theories of pani attacks,it was observed that the response to a simulate perturbation to arousal provided a strong indicator of vulnerability to panic attacks and panic *** this/review,we evaluate whether this observation is borne o in the empirical literature that has examined responses biological challenge(eg,C02 inhalation)and their relatio to subsequent panic attacks and panic *** We searched PubMed,Web of Science and PsycINFO using keywords denoting provocation agents(eg,sodium lactate)and procedures(eg,infusion)combined with keywords relevant to panic disorder(eg,panic).Articles were eligible if they used response to a biologic challenge paradigm to prospectively predict panic attac or panic *** We identified four eligible *** effect sizes suggest that there is biological challenge response a moderate prospective association with subsequent pani attacks,but no prospective relationship with panic disorde Conclusions These findings provide support for the prediction derived from cognitive-behavioural theories an some preliminary evidence that response to a biological challenge may have clinical utility as a marker of vulnerab to panic attacks pending further research and developme Trial registration number 135908.

1. Overview The 3rd ANtarctic Gravity Wave Instrument Network （ANGWIN） science workshop was held on 12-14 April 2016 in Cambridge, UK. ANGWIN is a highly successful grassroots program that was started in 2011 （in the Cornish English dialect ANGWIN means ＂the white＂）. Although ini- tially focused on the Antarctic, we now aim to develop collaborations in both polar regions.

Research from multiple domains has provided insights into how neighborhood design can be improved to have a more favorable effect on physical activity, a concept known as walkability. The relevant research findings/hypotheses have been integrated into a Walkability Framework, which organizes the design elements into nine walkability categories. The purpose of this study was to test whether this conceptual framework can be used as a model to measure the interactions between the built environment and physical activity. We explored correlations between the walkability categories and physical activity reported through a survey of residents of Tucson, Arizona （n=486）. The results include significant correlations between the walkability categories and physical activity as well as between the walkabi[ity categories and the two motivations for walking （recreation and transportation）. To our knowledge, this is the first study that reports links between wa[kability and walking for recreation. Additionally, the use of the Walkability Framework allowed us to identify the walkability categories most strongly correlated with the two motivations for walking. The results of this study support the use of the Walkability Framework as a model to measure the built environment in relation to its ability to promote physical activity.

Prevailing city design in many countries has created sedentary societies that depend on automobile use. Consequently, architects, urban designers, and land planners have developed new urban design theories, which have been incorporated into the Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design for Neighborhood Development （LEED-ND） certification system. The LEED- ND includes design elements that improve human well-being by facilitating walking and biking, a concept known as walkability. Despite these positive developments, relevant research findings from other fields of study have not been fully integrated into the LEED-ND. According to Zuniga-Teran （2015）, relevant walkability research findings from multiple disciplines were organized into a walkability framework （WF） that organizes design elements related to physical activity into nine categories, namely, connectivity, land use, density, traffic safety, surveil- lance, parking, experience, greenspace, and community. In this study, we analyze walkability in the LEED-ND through the lens of the nine WF categories. Through quantitative and qualitative analyses, we identify gaps and strengths in the LEED-ND and propose potential enhancements to this certification system that reflects what is known about enhancing walkability more comprehensively through neighborhood design analysis. This work seeks to facilitate the translation of research into practice, which can ultimately lead to more active and healthier societies.

Spinal cord injury （SCI） elicits a robust inflammatory response that is a hallmark of the secondary injury mechanisms. Neuroinflammation is orchestrated initially by the response of resident astrocytes and microglia to injury, which subsequently facilitates the recruitment of peripheral immune cells into the SCI lesion （orr and Gensel, 2018）. This inflammatory response contributes to cell death and tissue degeneration through the production of pro-inflammatory cytokines and chemokines, free radicals and proteolytic enzymes. However, neuroinflammatory cells also play beneficial regulatory role in repair mechanisms after SCI by adopting a reparative and wound healing phenotype （orr and Gensel, 2018; Tran et al., 2018）. Hence, understanding the underlying mechanisms by which immune cells are reg- ulated within the microenvironment of injury would aid in harnessing the reparative potential of inflammation following SCI.

The keen interest in fuel cells and metal-air batteries stimulates a great deal of research on the development of a cost-efficient and high-performance catalyst as an alternative to traditional Pt to boost the sluggish oxygen reduction reaction(orr)at the ***,we report a facile and scalable strategy for the large-scale preparation of a free-standing and flexible porous atomically dispersed Fe-N-doped carbon microtube(FeSAC/PCMT)*** from its unique structure that greatly facilitates the catalytic kinetics,mass transport,and electron transfer,our FeSAC/PCMT electrode exhibits excellent performance with an orr potential of 0.942 V at^(-3) mA cm^(-2).When the FeSAC/PCMT sponge was directly used as an oxygen electrode for liquid-state and flexible solid-state zinc-air batteries,high peak power densities of 183.1 and 58.0 mW cm^(-2) were respectively achieved,better than its powdery counterpart and commercial Pt/C *** and theoretical investigation results demonstrate that such ultrahigh orr performance can be attributed to atomically dispersed Fe-N_(5) species in FeSAC/*** study presents a cost-effective and scalable strategy for the fabrication of highly efficient and flexible oxygen electrodes,provides a significant new insight into the catalytic mechanisms,and helps to realize significant advances in energy devices.

The Fe–N–C material is a promising non-noblemetal electrocatalyst for oxygen reduction reaction(orr).Further improvement on the orr activity is highly desired in order to replace Pt/C in acidic ***,we developed a new-type of single-atom Fe–N–C electrocatalyst,in which Fe–Nxactive sites were modified by P *** half-wave potential of the optimized material reached 0.858 V,which is 23 mV higher than that of the pristine one in a 0.1 mol L-1 HClO4 *** functional theory(DFT)calculations revealed that P-doping can reduce the thermodynamic overpotential of the rate determining step and consequently improve the orr activity.

中国肢端和黏膜黑色素瘤的发病率较高,但治疗选择有限,晚期黑色素瘤患者的生存率普遍较低。对Ib期KEYNOTE-151研究的初步分析显示,帕博利珠单抗在作为二线药物治疗中国晚期黑色素瘤患者中,表现出了良好的耐受性和优异的临床抗肿瘤活性。本研究分析了3年随访的研究数据,纳入一线治疗后进展的不可切除的III/IV期中国黑色素瘤患者,给予帕博利珠单抗2 mg/kg治疗,每3周1次,最长使用35剂。主要终点为安全性和客观缓解率(objective response rate,orr);次要终点包括疗效维持时间(duration of response,DOR)、无进展生存期(progression-free survival,PFS)和总生存期(overall survival,OS)。根据RECIST v1.1标准,采用独立中心盲法评估患者疗效。此外,根据黑色素瘤亚型,以及BRAF突变状态和PD-L1表达状态(仅肢端黑色素瘤)进行亚组分析。本研究共纳入103例患者,中位随访时间[从首次用药到数据截止时间(2020年7月13日)]为44.6个月[四分位距(interquartile range,IQR):39.1–46.2]。85.4%的患者发生了任一级别的治疗相关不良事件(treatment-related adverse events,TRAEs),12.6%的患者发生了3/4级的TRAEs,无5级TRAE发生。3例患者因TRAEs(免疫相关肝炎、肺炎和关节炎)停药。免疫相关AEs和输液反应发生比例为34.0%(3/4级,2.9%)。orr为17.6%(95%CI:10.8–26.4;1例完全缓解/17例部分缓解),中位DOR为13.8个月(范围:2.7–37.4+)。中位PFS为2.8个月(95%CI:2.7–3.5),36个月的PFS率为5.0%。中位OS为13.2个月(95%CI:10.4–16.5),36个月的OS率为22.3%。肢端黑色素瘤中位OS为14.8个月,非肢端皮肤黑色素瘤为13.5个月,黏膜黑色素瘤为7.4个月。在肢端黑色素瘤亚组中,程序性死亡配体-1(programmed death ligand-1,PD-L1)阳性的中位OS为22.8个月,PD-L1阴性的中位OS为8.4个月,BRAF野生型的中位OS为18.5个月,BRAF突变型的中位OS为5.8个月。综上,本研究对3年随访数据分析结果表明,帕博利珠单抗作为二线治疗在中国晚期黑色素瘤患者中的安全性可控,且达到了具有临床意义的抗肿瘤活性,使部分患者获得持久缓解。亚组分析表明PD-L1阳性和BRAF野生型的肢端黑色素瘤患者从该治疗中获益较大,但由于亚组样本量较小,该研究结论仍需进一步验证。
