While we eagerly anticipate SMILE’s(Solar wind Magnetosphere Ionosphere Link Explorer)unprecedented X-ray observations of the Earth’s magnetosheath and the initiation of a new era of magnetospheric research,it seems appropriate to look ahead to the abilities of the next generation of astrophysics *** these,the Line Emission Mapper(LEM),a large aperture micro-calorimeter based mission,is currently planned to be able to observe the magnetosheath at high spectral resolution(~2 eV).With a field of view of~30′,LEM will allow higher spatial resolution and higher cadence measurement of the motion of a very small portion of the magnetopause over relatively short periods of time(multiple hours),complementing SMILE’s global ***’s strength is its spectral *** will be able to measure the abundance of a broad range of elements and ionization states,many of which are inaccessible to current in situ instruments,and will be able to separate the emission from the magnetosheath from the emission from the cosmic X-ray background using the difference in their relative velocities.

Background: SARS-CoV-2 has circulated worldwide with dramatic consequences. In Chad, we have no data reported of variants. The aim of this study was to identify the SARS-CoV-2 variants that circulated during the epidemic from 2020 to 2021. Methods: This is a cross-sectional, descriptive study carried out between 2020 and 2021. Samples from patients with suspected COVId-19 were tested in five laboratories in N’djamena. One hundred quality samples of the positives were sequenced in Kinshasa using Oxford nanopore technologies minion and the Protocol Midnight SARS-CoV2. data were processed using Excel version 16 software. Results: Of the 100 samples sequenced, 77 (77%) produced sequences, 23 (23%) did not. The genomic profiles were wild-type Wuhan and minor mutations (19A, 19B (A), 20A (B.1, B.2), 20B (AV.1), 20d (B.1.1.1 /C.36), 20C), variant of concern Alpha (20I), variant of concern delta (21A/J), variant of interest Eta (21d), variant of concern Omicron (21K) and unclassified variant under surveillance (B.1.640). Of these variants, the maximums were detected in patients aged 26 - 35 with 30.26% and 25.26% in 36 - 45. However, 24.67% were in travelers and 75.32% in residents, 35.06% in those vaccinated against COVId-19 and 62.33% in non-vaccinates. The estimated case-fatality rate was 2.44% (107/4374). Conclusion: This work has provided preliminary data on COVId-19 and SARS-CoV-2 variants circulating during the 2020-2021 epidemics in Chad.

This article presents an efficient approach to classify a set of corn kernels in contact,which may contain good,or defective kernels along with *** proposed approach consists of two stages,the first one is a next-generation segmentation network,trained by using a set of synthesized images that is applied to divide the given image into a set of individual *** ad-hoc lightweight CNN architecture is then proposed to classify each instance into one of three categories(ie good,defective,and impurities).The segmentation network is trained using a strategy that avoids the time-consuming and human-error-prone task of manual data *** the classification stage,the proposed ad-hoc network is designed with only a few sets of layers to result in a lightweight architecture capable of being used in integrated *** results and comparisons with previous approaches showing both the improvement in accuracy and the reduction in time are ***,the segmentation and classification approach proposed can be easily adapted for use with other cereal types.

Exogenous enzymes as alternatives to feed antibiotics in poultry has become an emerging research area with the emergence of antibiotic *** objective was to evaluate the effects of diet medication(antibiotics)andβ-glucanase(BGase)on digesta solubleβ-glucan depolymerization,carbohydrate fermentation,and performance of coccidiosis-vaccinated broiler chickens fed wheat-based diets.A total of 1,782 broilers were raised on litter floor pens,and each treatment was assigned to 1 pen in each of the9 *** 3 dietary treatments were based on wheat as the sole grain(control,control+medication and control+0.1%BGase),and the birds were fed the respective treatments ad libitum from 0 to 33 *** were arranged in a randomized complete block design and analyzed as a one-way ***-glucanase reduced the peak molecular weight,weight average molecular weight(Mw)and maximum molecular weight for the smallest 10%β-glucan molecules(MW-10%)in ileal digesta at d 11and 33,whereas diet medication reduced Mw and MW-10%at d 33 compared to the control(Pd medication reduced the ileal viscosity at d 11 compared to the control(P=0.010).Ileal propionic acid concentration at d 11 and caecal total SCFA,acetic,and butyric acid concentrations at d 33 were lower in the BGase-supplemented diet than in the control(Pdded diet had higher duodenal p H compared to the control at d 33(P=0.026).The effect of medication on carbohydrate fermentation was *** medication increased weight gain after d 11,whereas BGase increased the gain for the total trial period compared to the control(Pd intake was not affected by the dietary *** and BGase improved feed efficiency after d 11 compared to the control(Pdiet medication was larger than BGase,considering weight gain and feed efficiency after d 11(Pdiet medication and BGase depolymerized high molecular weight ileal solubleβ-g

Marine Isotope Stages(MIS) 9 has been proposed as an analog for the present warm period. However, detailed studies of this geological time period are rare in loess-paleosol sequence. In the Chinese Loess Plateau(CLP), the corresponding stratum is the third paleosol layer(S3). Here, we report the terrestrial reconstruction of climatic fluctuations during MIS 9 by analyzing the paleo-climate indexes of S3 with high sampling density. Our results showed that:(1) during the period of MIS 9, the main climatic sub-cycle was 29 ka;(2) MIS 9 could be divided into five sections, MIS 9a, 9b, 9c, 9d, and 9e. Among them, MIS 9a, 9c, and 9e were warm stages, while MIS 9b and 9d were cool intervals;and 3) There were also three swift warm-wet events and one cool-dry event, which occurred around 332 –331, 324–323, 311–310, and 331–329 ka BP, respectively. The overall trend of paleo-climate fluctuation correlated approximately with SPECMAP, LR04 stack and Iberian margin deep-sea cores. This study suggested that the paleosol records in the southern margin of the CLP have global significance and contain more detailed climatic signals than marine deposits.

The development of artificial intelligence(AI)and smart home technologies has driven the need for speech recognition-based *** demand stems from the quest for more intuitive and natural interaction between users and smart devices in their *** recognition allows users to control devices and perform everyday actions through spoken commands,eliminating the need for physical interfaces or touch screens and enabling specific tasks such as turning on or off the light,heating,or lowering the *** purpose of this study is to develop a speech-based classification model for recognizing human actions in the smart *** seeks to demonstrate the effectiveness and feasibility of using machine learning techniques in predicting categories,subcategories,and actions from sentences.A dataset labeled with relevant information about categories,subcategories,and actions related to human actions in the smart home is *** methodology uses machine learning techniques implemented in Python,extracting features using CountVectorizer to convert sentences into numerical *** results show that the classification model is able to accurately predict categories,subcategories,and actions based on sentences,with 82.99%accuracy for category,76.19%accuracy for subcategory,and 90.28%accuracy for *** study concludes that using machine learning techniques is effective for recognizing and classifying human actions in the smart home,supporting its feasibility in various scenarios and opening new possibilities for advanced natural language processing systems in the field of AI and smart homes.
