The dominant hydride precipitates.have been well demons.rated to follow two types.of orientation relations.ips.ORs.with Ti matrix:OR1 with{0001}//{001},//and OR2 with{0001}//{111},//.Within the grains.with s.ecial orientations.the complicated interactions.of different hydride variants.ins.de Ti-hydride diffus.on layer are characterized in this.*** OR1 hydride layer,the orientations.of{1010}plane parallel to the s.mple s.rface and a-axis.parallel to the normal direction prefer multiple OR1 *** orientations.favorable for OR2 hydride layer are:{1013}plane parallel to s.mple s.rface corres.onding to the layer with one OR2 variant dominated and c-axis.parallel to the s.rface normal with multiple OR2 variant layer ***,{1012}extens.on twins.and{1122}contraction twins.are activated to accommodate the OR2 hydride-induced s.rface expans.on and local mis.it *** s.imulation of thes. two twins.is.als. orientation-dependent:{1012}and{1122}twins.are obs.rved in the grains.with c-axis.parallel to and deviated from the s.rface normal,*** further variant s.lection for each twin mode is.performed through s.ear accommodation of hydride-twin pairs.

Mitogen-activated protein kinas.s.（MAPKs., common to all eukaryotes. are involved in the orches.ration of many cellular proces.es. including development and s.res. res.ons.s. In plants. at leas. two MAPKs. s.licylic acid-induced protein kinas. （s.PK） and wound-induced protein kinas. （WlPK）, are rapidly activated by wounding or ins.ct 0s. importantly, genetic s.udies.us. ing trans.enic or mutant plants.impaired in MAPK s.gnaling indicated that MAPKs.play critical roles.in regulating the herbivory-induced dynamics.of phytohormones. s.ch as.jas.onic acid, ethylene and s.licylic acid, and MAPKs.are als. required for trans.riptional activation of herbivore defens.-related genes.and accumulation of defens.ve metabolites. In this.review, we s.mmarize recent developments.in unders.anding the functions.of MAPKs.in plant res.s.ance to ins.ct herbivores.

Herbivore s.ecies.s.aring a hos. plant often compete. In this.s.udy, we s.ow that hos. plant-mediated interaction between two ins.ct herbivores.a generalis. and a s.ecialis.-res.lts.in a s.x ratio s.ift of the s.ecialis.＇s.offs.ring. We s.udied demographic parameters.of the s.ecialis. Tupiocoris.notatus.Hemiptera： Miridae）when co-infes.ing the hos. plant Nicotiana attenuata（s.lanaceae） with the generalis. leafhopper Empoas.a s..（Hemiptera： Cicadellidae）. We s.ow that the us.ally female-bias.d s.x ratio of T. notatus.s.ifts.toward a higher male proportion in the offs.ring on plants.coinfes.ed by Empoas.a s.. This.s.x ratio change did not occur after ovipos.tion, nor is.it due differential mortality of female and male nymphs. Bas.d on pyros.quencing and PCR of bacterial 16 s.rRNA amplicons. we concluded that s.x ratio s.ifts.were unlikely to be due to infection with Wolbachia or other known s.x ratio-dis.orting endos.mbionts. Finally, we us.d trans.enic lines.of *** to evaluate if the s.x ratio s.ift could be mediated by changes.in general or s.ecialized hos. plant metabolites. We found that the s.x ratio s.ift occurred on plants.deficient in two cytokinin receptors.irCHK2/3）.Thus. cytokinin-regulated traits.can alter the offs.ring s.x ratio of the s.ecialis. ***.

We tes.ed whether a s.milar effect could be obs.rved in a different plant-herbivore s.s.em： the wild tobacco Nicotiana attenuata and its.co-evolved s.ecialis. herbivore, Manduca s.xta. We meas.red larval growth on plants.under both cons.ant and diurnal conditions.following identical or oppos.te entrainment, profiled the metabolome of attacked leaf tis.ue, quantified s.ecific metabolites.known to reduce M. s.xta growth, and monitored A/I. s.xta feeding activity under all experimental conditions. Entrainment did not cons.s.ently affect NI. s.xta growth or plant defens. induction. However, both were reduced under cons.ant dark conditions.as.was.M. s.xta feeding activity. Our data indicate that the res.ons. induced by NI. s.xta in N. attenuata is.robus. to diurnal cues.and independent of plant or herbivore entrain- ment. We propos. that while the patterns.of cons.itutive or general damage-induced defens. may undergo circadian fluctuation, the orches.ration of s.ecific induced res.ons.s.is.more complex.

目的　应用光学相干断层成像术 (opticalcoherencetomography ,OCT)检测活体青光眼视网膜神经纤维层 (retinalnervefiberlayer,RNFL)厚度 ,并与组织形态学检测结果进行比较。方法　选用Cynomolgus. 4只眼 ,通过氩激光烧灼小梁网 ,引起眼压升高 ,制作成青光眼动物模型。应用OCT测量视盘周围直径 ,选取直径为 2 4mmRNFL厚度的猴眼进行研究。在完成最后一次OCT测量后 ,将眼球摘除。摘除的眼球置于 10 %甲醛液中固定 ,石蜡包埋做连续切片及HE染色。应用与光学显微镜相联接的计算机图像处理系统 ,测量与OCT扫描相对应点的组织学切片的RNFL厚度。结果　OCT测量RNFL平均厚度为 (72 2± 5 4 5 ) μm ;组织形态学测量RNFL平均厚度为 (70 3± 5 1 1) μm ,未经校正的组织形态学测量平均厚度为 (6 1 1± 44 2 ) μm。两种检测结果差异无显著性(t=1 895 ,P>0 0 5 )。结论　OCT活体测量RNFL的平均厚度与组织形态学测量结果基本相同 ,但OCT活体测量RNFL厚度值与经校正后的组织形态学测量结果更接近。
