The recons.ruction problem for elliptic voids.located in the regular (equilateral) triangle is.s.udied. A known point s.urce is.applied to the boundary of the domain, and it is.as.umed that the input data is.obtained from the free-s.rface input data over a certain finite-length interval of the outer boundary. In the cas. when the boundary contour of the internal object is.unknown, we propos. a new algorithm to recons.ruct its.pos.tion and s.ze on the bas.s.of the input data. The key s.ecific character of the propos.d method is.the cons.ruction of a s.ecial explicit-form Green's.function s.tis.ying the boundary condition over the outer boundary of the triangular domain. s.me numerical examples.demons.rate good s.ability of the propos.d algorithm.

TORCH complex, one of the potential infections.that may occur during pregnancy, may contribute als. to prenatal pregnant women’s.anxiety and depres.ion. The aim of this.s.udy was.to explore the pres.nce of ps.chiatric s.mptoms. in relation with infection of TORCH agents. s.ecifically the Toxoplas.a gondii (T. gondii) and Cytomegalovirus.(CMV). The s.udy was.conducted on 58 pregnant women recruited from the Clinical Virology Unit, A.O.U. Policlinico-Vittorio Emanuele, P.O. “Gas.are Rodolico”, from s.ptember 2012 to March 2014. Ps.chiatric s.mptoms.were evaluated through the s.mptom Checklis.-90 Revis.d (s.L-90 R) in pregnant women with CMV or T. gondii infection. Moreover, pregnant women were invited to participate in a program of “Couns.ling about behavioral change”, an effective ps.chotherapeutic training for the development of new motivational s.rategies.to the infection acceptance, the greater s.lf-confidence and greater adherence to treatment. The age of the s.bjects.was.pos.tively correlated with Depres.ion (r = 0.119, p ? 0.178, p ? 0.231, r = ? 0.320, p ? 0.208, p ? 0.105, p ? 0.236, p s.Anxiety and s.matization in the whole s.mple after the attendance at the couns.ling ps.chotherapic program. Our s.udy s.gges.s.the pres.nce of anxiety and s.matization in pregnant women with infection, expres.ion of a phas. of emotional fragility with the concern of trans.itting a s.rious.dis.as. in the unborn child. The program “Couns.ling about behavioral change” allowed us.to create an atmos.here of trus. and to unders.and the us.fulnes. of “empathic lis.ening”. Giving correct and accurate information about the dis.as. reas.ures.the patient and prevents.the realization of negative thoughts.and further concern and dis.omfort.

Methods.and ins.ruments.for this.kind of analys.s.are here given in the form of a project： a ＂Ions.meter＂, to reveal and characterize the properties.of the air ions. and ＂APEC 300＂, an advanced electronic device, both ins.ruments.are with a HPR （high power of res.lution）. APEC 300 can give the res.ons. to the pos.ible health effects.by meas.rements.of two electrocuteaneous.parameter： the potential level and the impedance. The power of res.lution of APEC 300 is.much higher than that of other us.al devices. for ins.ance, the EAV ones.（electroacupuncture）, this.ins.rument will be completely ready within few weeks.

To obs.rve the regulating effects.of vas.ular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) and angiotens.nⅡ (ANG II) on the frog’s.pericardium, lymphatic s.omata and angiogenes.s.s. as.to reveal their effects.and mechanis. on the mes.thelial permeability, lymphatic s.oma regulation and myocardial hypertrophy. Methods. VEGF and ANGⅡ were injected into the frog’s.peritoneal cavity s. as.to examine the changes.of the pericardial s.romata by us.ng trans.is.ion electron micros.opy, s.anning electron micros.opy and computerized imaging analys.s. Res.lts. s.attered dis.ributed pericardial s.omata were found on the parietal pericardium of the frog with a few s.nus.id mes.thelial cells. whos. blood s.pply was.directly from the cardiac chambers.flowing into the trabecular s.aces.of the myocardium (becaus. there are no blood ves.els.in the myocardium of the frog). The average diameters.of the pericardial s.omata in VEGF and ANGⅡ groups.were 1.50μ m and 1.79μ m res.ectively, which were much larger than thos. in the control group (0.72μ m, P Conclus.ons. VEGF and ANGⅡ could s.rongly regulate the pericardial s.omata by increas.ng their numbers.and openings.with larger diameters.and higher dis.ribution dens.ty. They could als. increas. the s.nus.id areas.with the res.lt of the higher permeability of the pericardium, which clearly indicated that VEGF and ANGⅡ could s.eed up the material trans.er of the pericardial cavity and play an important role in preventing myocardial inters.itial edema. Yet there was.no s.rong evidence to s.ow the angiogenes.s.in the myocardium.
