In recent years, Digital Twin (DT) has gained significant interestfrom academia and industry due to the advanced in information technology,communication systems, Artificial Intelligence (AI), Cloud Computing (CC),and Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT). The main concept of the DT isto provide a comprehensive tangible, and operational explanation of anyelement, asset, or system. However, it is an extremely dynamic taxonomydeveloping in complexity during the life cycle that produces a massive amountof engendered data and information. Likewise, with the development of AI,digital twins can be redefined and could be a crucial approach to aid theInternet of Things (IoT)-based DT applications for transferring the data andvalue onto the Internet with better decision-making. Therefore, this paperintroduces an efficient DT-based fault diagnosis model based on machinelearning (ML) tools. In this framework, the DT model of the machine isconstructed by creating the simulation model. In the proposed framework,the Genetic algorithm (GA) is used for the optimization task to improvethe classification accuracy. furthermore, we evaluate the proposed faultdiagnosis framework using performance metrics such as precision, accuracy,f-measure, and recall. The proposed framework is comprehensively examinedusing the triplex pump fault diagnosis. The experimental results demonstratedthat the hybrid GA-ML method gives outstanding results compared to MLmethods like LogisticRegression (LR), Na飗e Bayes (NB), and SupportVectorMachine (SVM). The suggested framework achieves the highest accuracyof 95% for the employed hybrid GA-SVM. The proposed framework willeffectively help industrial operators make an appropriate decision concerningthe fault analysis for IIoT applications in the context of Industry 4.0.

Pore Water Pressure Arising during Pile Drilling in Sand

The pile working load depends on the imperfections which may be taken place in pile-soil system, during pile construction, among many other factors. This subject attracted the researcher＇s attention world wide in the last decades. Types of imperfections either geotechnical or structural are documented in literature and well explained. Nevertheless, the influence of these imperfections in pile load calculations is still ambiguous. The work presented herein is devoted to study soil disturbance during construction of piles using continuous flight auger, CfA. The study of soil disturbance due to drilling needs some evidence. The source of this evidence is field observations collected from four different construction sites, which are documented in this paper. The study concluded that the disturbed zone of soil by CfA has a conical shape and extending laterally to a distance equivalent to ten times of the pile diameter around the auger at the cutting bits and has an inclined surface of4：1 （vertical ： horizontal）. furthermore excess pore water pressure was induced in soil in the vicinity of pile drilling. Due to this excess pore water pressure, 3.5% to 6.5% of piles constructed by CfA showed percolation of water from the top of the piles through fresh concrete. Also, subsidence of fresh concrete in pile hole was recorded in few of the constructed piles. Pile loading tests showed that the percolation of water and/or subsidence of fresh concrete have not appreciable influence on the load-displacement characteristics of the piles. Moreover, percolation of water at pile heads.

Influence of heat stress on leaf ultrastructure, photosynthetic performance, and ascorbate peroxidase gene expression of two pear cultivars(Pyrus pyrifolia)

Plants encounter a variety of stresses in natural environments. One-year-old pot-grown trees of pear(Pyrus pyrifolia Nakai cv. Cuiguan and Wonhwang) were exposed to two heat stress regimes. Under constant short-term heat stress, chloroplasts and mitochondria were visibly damaged. Relative chlorophyll content and maximum photochemical efficiency of photosystem II were significantly decreased, which indicated that the leaf photosynthetic capability declined. Under chronic heat stress, mesophyll cell ultrastructure was not obviously damaged, but leaf photosynthetic capability was still restrained. As chronic heat stress was a simulation of the natural environment in summer, further study of the responses under this stress regime was undertaken. Ascorbate peroxidase(APX) activity was increased in ‘Cuiguan', but not in ‘Wonhwang'. Inducible expression of PpAPX genes in the cytoplasm, chloroplasts and peroxisomes was consistent with increased APX activity in ‘Cuiguan', whereas only weak induction of PpAPX genes was observed in ‘Wonhwang'. The isoenzymes cytosolic APX1(cAPX1) and stromal APX(sAPX) were confirmed to be localized in the cytoplasm and chloroplasts, respectively.

In the last few years,videos became the most common form of information transmitted over the internet,and a lot of the traffic is confidential and must be protected and delivered safely to its intended *** introduces the challenges of presenting encryption systems that can encode videos securely and efficiently at the same *** paper presents an efficient opto-video encryption system using Logistic Adjusted Sine map(LASM)in the fractional fourier Transform(frfT).In the presented opto-video LASM-based frfT scheme,the encoded video is split into distinct frames and transformed into optical signals utilizing an optical *** of the developed optical video frames is ciphered by utilizing the LASM in optical frfT system using two-phase modulation forms on the video frame,the first in the time-domain and the second in the frfT *** the end,the ciphervideo frame is spotted utilizing a CCD digital camera and transformed into a digital structure that can be managed using a *** test the proposed opto-video LASM-based frfT scheme using various security *** outcomes demonstrate that the presented scheme can effectively encrypt and decrypt video *** addition,it encrypts videos with a high level of encryption qualitywithout sacrificing its resistance to noise ***,the test outcomes demonstrate that the presented scheme is immune to known attacks.

In recent times,scientists and engineers have been most attracted to electrically conducted nanofluids due to their numerous applications in various fields of science and *** example,they are used in cancer treatment(hyperthermia),magnetic resonance imaging(MRI),drugdelivery,and magnetic refrigeration(MR).Bearing in mind the significance and importance of electrically conducted nanofluids,this article aims to study an electrically conducted water-based nanofluid containing carbon nanotubes(CNTs).CNTs are of two types,single-wall carbon nanotubes(SWCNTs)and multiple-wall carbon nanotubes(MWCNTs).The CNTs(SWCNTs and MWCNTs)have been dispersed in regular water as base fluid to form waterCNTs *** Brinkman Type nanofluid model is developed in terms of time-fractional *** ramped heating and sinusoidal oscillations conditions have been taken at the *** model has been solved for exact analytical solutions via the fractional Laplace transform *** exact solutions have been graphically studied to explore the physics of various pertinent flow parameters on velocity and temperature *** empirical results reveal that the temperature and velocity fields decreased with increasing values of fractional parameters due to variation in thermal and momentum boundary *** is also indicated that the isothermal velocity and temperature are higher than ramped velocity and temperature.
