Emission of THz radiation from air breakdown at focused ultra-short fs-laser pulses(800 nm/35 fs)was investigated for the 3D spatio-temporal control where two pre-pulses are used before the *** laser pulse induced air breakdown forms a~120μm-long focal volume generate shockwaves which deliver a denser air into the focal region of the main pulse for enhanced generation of THz radiation at 0.1-2.5 THz spectral *** intensity of 162 pre-and main-pulses was at the tunnelling ionisation intensities(1-3)×10 W/cm and corresponded to sub-critical(transparent)plasma formation in *** analysis of THz radiation revealed that orientation of the air density gradients generated by pre-pulses and their time-position locations defined the ellipticity of the generated THz electrical *** rotational component of electric current is the origin of THz radiation.

AIM:To determine how green tea and catechins can affect intraocular pressure(IOP)***:Totally 43 young volunteers were included in the *** experiment was held between noon and 2 *** extracts—green tea and epigallocatechin gallate(EGCG,400 mg capsules)and placebo(400 mg capsules)were used in the *** were divided into three *** tea extract group(GT group)had 17 subjects,EGCG extract group 17 subjects,control(placebo)group 9 *** was measured with the Icare tonometer before and 30 min,1,1.5,2 h after the consumption of each extract and *** were analyzed using the IBM SPSS *** confidence level P<***:The most significant reduction of IOP from the beginning of the experiment was measured after 2 h in GT group(left 2.18±3.19 mm Hg,P=0.012;right 2.59±1.97 mm Hg,P<0.000)and after 1 h in EGCG extract group(left 2.41±2.98 mm Hg,P<0.004;right 1.94±1.98 mm Hg,P<0.001).In control group no significant changes were ***:People who have increased IOP or risk factors for glaucoma development,could benefit from drinking green tea or its concentrated extracts in moderate doses.

This paper reinterprets the relation between Derridian deconstruction and Husserlian phenomenology on the basis of their respective methodological *** to the proposed view,epoche,reduction,and eidetic variation are the fundamental methodological principles of Husserlian *** paper interprets Derrida's reading of Husserl as presenting a type of semiological reductionism,which is marked by the absorption of the fundamental phenomenological principles within a semiological *** of meaning as a sign that refers to other signs,Derrida contends that neither epoche,nor reduction,nor eidetic variation can be carried through successfully;their validity is thereby indefinitely *** paper also addresses the relationship between indication and expression,the Principle of all Principles,the living present,and their alleged deconstruction in Derrida's writings.I conclude with some suggestions concerning how,apart from deconstructing phenomenology,one could also phenomenologize *** to my suggestion,this would require problematizing evidence that underlies the central claims and commitments of deconstruction.

This paper offers a systematic account of Scheler＇s phenomenology of pain, addresses its place in the history of the phenomenology of pain and traces its significance for pain research. Against the popular view, which maintains that for Scheler pain is a feeling-state, this paper argues that Scheler conceives of pain as an irreducibly ambiguous phenomenon： as both a non-intentional feeling-state and an intentional feeling. This paper further shows how this ambiguity leads Scheler to qualify pain as a stratified phenomenon, composed of causal, sensory, emotive and cognitive dimensions. This paper demonstrates how such a stratified conception enables one to draw meaningful distinctions between pain and other emotive phenomena, such as suffering, illness, and despair. This paper concludes with some remarks concerning the significance of Scheler＇s phenomenology of pain for pain research.

AIM： To measure the parameters of endothelium in the central and peripheral parts of the cornea and evaluate the influence of wearing the hard and soft contact lenses on the mentioned ***： A specular microscope was used to measure the corneal endothelium parameters in both eyes of 139 Caucasians（a total of 278）. All participants were divided into three groups： soft lens wearers, hard lens wearers and a control group. Factors, such as age, smoking, types of lens material, duration of lens wear and lens air permeability were assessed to determine their impact on the morphometric parameters of the ***： A lower percentage of hexagon-like cells and higher cell variation than in other groups were determined in hard contact lens wearers. The difference in density of endotheliocytes between the groups was not observed. The measurements of the morphometric parameters in soft contact lens wearers did not depend neither on the duration of lens wear, nor on air permeability. The relation between the patients＇ age and the variation of endothelium parameters was determined in the group of hard contact lens ***： Wearing hard contact lenses provokes pleomorphism and polymegethism of the corneal endothelium, while soft contact lenses do not impact any parameters of the endothelium, most likely due to higher air permeability.

In a recently published paper in Opto-Electronic Advances,Mangirdas Malinauskas and his colleagues at Vilnius University report on a new high resolution inorganic material synthesis pathway using 3D laser printing and calcination.3D metamaterials(beyond what exist in nature)emerge from research in high-resolution 3D polymerisation/printing where proportions of inorganic parts of a composit can be widely *** adding a high temperature annealing(HTA)post-fabrication step of sintering/calcination in air/oxygen flow2−5 after the 3D polymerisation,a new glass and/or ceramic 3D structure with nanoscale features and large down-sizing can be produced6 as shown in Fig.1.
