小肠狭窄是肠的 anisakiosis 的严肃的复杂并发症。这份报告的目的是调查小肠的严重狭窄是否能保存地被管理。我们与 anisakiosis 引起的小肠的严重狭窄对待二个病人。外科的干预最后被执行在上第 23 和第 35 在医院里分别地。 resected 标本的组织病理学说的检查表明肠的墙被 anisakiosis 的炎性反应完全损坏了，并且损坏是不可逆的，从而建议那剖腹术在严重的小肠狭窄的情况下被需要由肠的 anisakiosis 引起了，就算为肠的 anisakiosis 的保守疗法的一个长时期允许病人通过尖锐阶段成功地过去。

We herein present a case of a 75-year-old female with mucosa-associated lymphoid tissue (MALT) lymphoma of the transverse colon with the stage IE (Ann Arbor clas- sifi cation). Colonoscopy revealed the tumor’s appearance as a IIa plus ?Research Society for Cancer of Colon, Rectum and Anus, measuring less than 2 cm in diameter. Histologically, the tumor was diagnosed as MALT lymphoma because of the presence of lymphoepithelial lesions consisting of diffuse proliferation of atypical lymphocytes and glandular de- struction. The majority of these lymphocytes immunohis- tochemically stained for the B-lymphocyte marker. The patient fi rst underwent H pylori eradication therapy withLansap?. However, the tumor size gradually increased over the next 4 mo and the patient eventually underwent surgical resection. The operative procedure included a partial colectomy with dissection of the paracolic lymph nodes. The tumor measured 45 mm x 30 mm in diam- eter and histological examination showed that the lym- phoma cells had infi ltrated the muscle layer of the colon without nodal involvement. The patient has had no re- currence postoperatively without any chemotherapy.

To measure integral doses in image-guided radiation therapy, we developed a disposable mini-substrate with a 1.0-μF condenser and a silicon X-ray diode (Si-XD). The Si-XD is a high-sensitivity photodiode selected for detecting X-rays. In the substrate with dimensions of 15 × 15 mm2, the initial charging voltage is 3.30 V, and the charging voltage is decreased by photocurrents flowing through the Si-XD during X-ray exposing. The condenser in the substrate is charged by a microcomputer dock, and the charging voltage is also measured using an analog to digital converter in the dock after exposing X-rays. The dock is connected to a personal computer through a USB cable, and integral doses are shown on the PC monitor. The doses were proportional to decreases in the charging voltage, and the calibrated doses corresponded well to those obtained using a readily available ionization chamber.

To obtain two kinds of tomograms at two different X-ray energy ranges simultaneously, we have constructed a dual-energy X-ray photon counter with a lutetium-oxyorthosilicate photomultiplier detector system, three comparators, two microcomputers, and two frequency-voltage converters. X-ray photons are detected using the detector system, and the event pulses are input to three comparators simultaneously to determine threshold energies. At a tube voltage of 100 kV, the three threshold energies are 16, 35 and 52 keV, and two energy ranges are 16 - 35 and 52 - 100 keV. X-ray photons in the two ranges are counted using microcomputers, and the logical pulses from the two microcomputers are input to two frequency-voltage converters. In dual-energy computed tomography (CT), the tube voltage and current were 100 kV and 0.29 mA, respectively. Two tomograms were obtained simultaneously at two energy ranges. The energy ranges for gadolinium-L-edge and K-edge CT were 16 - 35 and 52 - 100 keV, respectively. The maximum count rate of dual-energy CT was 105 kilocounts per second with energies ranging from 16 to 100 keV, and the exposure time for tomography was 19.6 min.

本文的第一个目的是研究上颌前牙区龈缘最低点与邻间隙龈中点（IGM）线的关系。在观察的77位病人模型上标记出牙颈缘最低点及近、远中邻间隙的龈中点后，在硅橡胶模型上测量出连接邻间隙龈中点的IGM线到颈缘最低点的最短距离。结果显示上颌中切牙颈缘最低点的平均位置与IGM线一致。在上颌侧切牙，颈缘的最低点在IGM线腭侧0．24mm．而在尖牙则位于唇侧03mm。本研究的第二个目的是通过一些病例于颈缘线处理中．IGM线概念的引入。一位牙龈厚平生物型的患者．采用临床牙冠延长手术治疗，经过对牙龈冠向生长情况的长时间观察，发现颈缘最低点最终与IGM线接近。而对一个薄扇牙龈生物型的病例短期观察中，发现邻间隙牙龈增加后游离龈也会增加。在一个Miller I度牙龈退缩的病例中．基于IGM线的概念，进行了一个冠向复位瓣联合转瓣技术的手术。根据本研究及临床病例观察得到的结果，IGM线有可能成为牙周成形手术中颈缘线处理的参照标准。

Discrimination of 24 wild tea germplasm resources (Camellia sp.) using RAPD markers was conducted. The result showed that RAPD markers were very effective tool and method in wild tea germplasm discrimination. There were 3 independent ways to discriminate tea germplasms, a) unique RAPD markers, b) specific band patterns and c) a combination of the band patterns or DNA fingerprinting provided by different primers. The presence of 16 unique RAPD markers and the absence of 3 unique markers obtained from 12 primers made it possible to discriminate 14 germplasms. Using the unique band patterns of primer OPO-13 could discriminate 10 tea germplasms. It was of much importance using minimum primers to obtain maximum discrimination capacity. All the 24 wild tea germplasms could be discriminated easily and entirely by the band patterns combination or DNA fingerprinting obtained from OPO-13, OPO-18, OPG-12 and OPA-13, including two wild tea trees of very similar morphological characteristics and chemical components.

Dear Editor,I am Chihiro Koiwa,from the Department of Ophthalmology,Juntendo University Hospital.I am writing this letter to present a case of multiple excimer laser phototherapeutic keratectomies(PTKs)for Avellino corneal dystrophy(ACD).Corneal dystrophy is a common type of hereditary,noninflammatory,and bilateral corneal disorder that involves various pathological,histological,and clinical manifestations[1].Advanced molecular gene sequencing has identified specific mutations that are associated with most dystrophies of this type.ACD,also known as granular corneal dystrophy typeⅡ[2],is autosomal dominant and associated with the R124H mutation of the transforming growth factor beta-induced(TGFBI)gene and characterized by deposits consistent with both discrete granular and lattice corneal opacities[3-4].An analysis of the TGFBI gene is essential to differentiate ACD because heterozygous R124H mutation carriers have minimal corneal abnormalities,whereas homozygotes have severe visual impairment,starting from early childhood,and early postoperative recurrence of corneal opacity.

Electric and magnetic fields play an important role in both chemical and physical reactions.However,since the coupling efficiency between magnetic fields and electrons is low in comparison with that between electric fields and electrons in the visible wavelength region,the magnetic field is negligible in photo-induced reactions.Here,we performed photo-etching of ZrO_(2) nano-stripe structures,and identified an etching-property polarisation dependence.Specifically,the etching rate and etched profiles depend on the structure width.To evaluate this polarisation-dependent etching,we performed numerical calculations using a finite-difference time-domain method.Remarkably,the numerical results revealed that the polarisation-dependent etching properties were determined by the magnetic field distributions,rather than the electric field distributions.As nano-scale structures induce a localised magnetic field,the discovery of this etching dependence on the magnetic field is expected to introduce a new perspective on advanced nano-scale structure fabrication.

Oxaliplatin-Induced Lung Injury with Allergic Reaction

A 79-year-old man was diagnosed as stage IV colon cancer and treated with a modified FOLFOX6 （mFOLFOX6） regimen.On the 12th cycle,we observed erythema and dyspnea.Radiographs showed ground grass opacities.Blood tests showed elevated levels of eosinophils and immunoglobulin E.We diagnosed this finding as response to drug allergy and administered high-dose methylprednisolone.The treatment was successful and he was discharged.The drug lymphocyte stimulating test against oxaliplatin was positive,indicating a type I and IV allergic reaction due to oxaliplatin.Regimens including oxaliplatin must be carefully monitored and frequent blood tests and chest radiographs are needed.
