A new technique using fuzzy in a recursive fashion is presented to deal with the Gaussian noise. In this technique, the keyframes and between frames are identified initially and the keyframe is denoised efficiently. This frame is compared with the between frames to remove noise. To do so the frames are partitioned into blocks;the motion vector is calculated;also the difference is measured using the dissimilarity function. If the blocks have no motion vectors in the block, the block of value is copied to the between frames otherwise the difference between the blocks is calculated and this value is filtered with temporal filtering. The blocks are processed in overlapping manner to avoid the blocking effect and also to reduce the additional edges created while processing. The simulation results show that the peak signal to noise ratio of the new technique is improved up to 1 dB and also the execution time is greatly reduced.

Background Soil microbial communities affect above-ground plant diversity and community composition by influencing plant growth performance. Several studies have tested the effect of soil bacterial microbiome on growth performance of native and invasive plants, but the influence of specific bacterial isolates has not been ***, we investigated the effects of soil bacterial exclusion by soil sterilization and by inoculation of Streptomyces rhizobacterial isolates on the growth performance of native and invasive Prosopis *** Plant growth performance of invasive P. juliflora was significantly reduced when grown in sterilized soils,whereas native P. cineraria showed enhanced growth performance in the sterilized soils. When grown in the soil inoculated with the specific Streptomyces isolate from P. juliflora(PJ1), the growth performance of invasive P. juliflora was significantly enhanced while that of native P. cineraria seedlings was significantly reduced. However, inoculation of P. cineraria and P. juliflora seedlings with Streptomyces isolate from the rhizosphere of native P. cineraria(PC1) had no significant effect on the growth performances either of P. juliflora or P. *** Our study reveals that invasive P. juliflora experiences positive feedback from the non-native soil bacterial community, while the native P. cineraria experiences negative feedback from its soil bacterial community. Our results provide fresh experimental evidence for the enemy release hypothesis, and further our understanding of the contrasting growth-promoting effects of differentially recruited microbial species belonging to the same genus(Streptomyces)in the rhizospheres of alien invasive and native plants.

Objective:To isolate the multiple drug resistance(MDR) Mycobacterium tuberculosis(M. tuberculosis) and to screen for the bioactive compounds extracted from marine microalgae. Methods:Sixty seven collected samples that were confirmed by 16S rDNA analysis as positive with *** infection were subjected to sensitivity test against commercially used front line and second line drugs by absolute concentration method using LJ *** bacterial isolates numbered I-78,I-101,I-127,I-173,I-202,I-262,I-327 showed resistant for more than 3 drugs were considered as MDR *** the percentage of 10.4 were recorded MDR-TB. Fifteen marine micro algal extracts were screened for antimycobacterial activity and partial characterization of the active principles was ***:The percentage contribution of marine micro algal species on the extraction of antimycobacterials indicated Isochrysis galbana(I. galbana) contain rich bioactive compounds and accounted for 60%inhibition of the total isolates. The armour grade quenched and tempered steel joints fabricated using low hydrogen ferritic steel （LHF） filler exhibited superior joint efficiency owing to preferential ferrite microstructure in the welds and also they offered required resistance to HIC. However, the combat vehicles used in military operations will be required to operate under a wide range of road conditions ranging from first class to cross country. Structural components in combat vehicles are subjected to dynamic loading with high strain rates during operation. Stress loadings within the vehicle hull of these vehicles are expected to fluctuate considerably and structural cracking especially in welds during the service life of these vehicles can lead to catastrophic failures. Under these conditions, fracture behaviour of high strain rate sensitive structural steels can be better understood by dynamic fracture toughness （K1d）. Hence, an attempt was made to study dynamic fracture toughness of the armour grade quenched and tempered steel and their welds fabricated using LHF consumables. The experimental results indicate that the K1d values of the joints fabricated by shielded metal arc welding （SMAW） are higher than those of the joints fabricated using flux cored arc welding （FCAW） process.

The aim of the present investigation was to study the major chromosomal aberrations (CA) like deletion, translocation, inversion and mosaic in prostate cancer patients of Tamilnadu, Southern India. Totally 45 blood samples were collected from various hospitals in Tamilnadu, Southern India. Equal numbers of normal healthy subjects were chosen after signing a consent form. volunteers provided blood samples (5 ml) to establish leukocyte cultures. Cytogenetic studies were performed by using Giemsa-banding technique and finally the results were ensured by spectral karyotyping (SKY) technique. In the present investi-gation, major CA like deletion, translocation, inversion and mosaic were identified in experimental subjects. Results showed frequent CA in chromosomes 1, 3, 5, 6, 7, 9, 13, 16, 18 and X. In comparison with experimental subjects, the control subjects exhibited very low levels of major CA (P<0.05). In the present study, the high frequency of centromeric rearrangements indicates a potential role for mitotic irregularities associated with the centromere in prostate cancer tumorigenesis. Identification of chro-mosome alterations may be helpful in understanding the molecular basis of the disease in better manner.

Dysregulated miRNA Associated with Transcription Factors of Insulin Gene Expression in Chronic Pancreatitis

Background/Aim: MicroRNAs with regulatory functions in gene expression are implicated in different diseases. The present study investigated differentially expressed miRNAs that possibly influence transcription factors involved in insulin gene expression in Chronic Pancreatitis (CP) employing bioinformatics approaches. Methods: Pancreatic tissues were collected from CP patients undergoing partial pancreatectomy (n = 16) and controls (n = 15) undergoing resections for non-pancreatic malignancies. MiRNA profiles obtained using microarrays were validated by qRT-PCR. Target search involving miRWalk and TarBase as well as functional annotation employing KEGG (Kyoto encyclopedia of genes and genomes) and DAvID (Database for Annotation) databases were performed. Ingenuity pathway analysis (IPA) was used to construct networks relating miRNAs to their target genes. mRNA and proteins related to insulin gene transcription factors and hormones were evaluated by qRT-PCR and western blotting followed by confirmation upon immunofluorescent staining. Results: Microarray data revealed 10 up-regulated and 15 down-regulated miRNAs in CP as compared to controls (Log2 FC > 2). Bioinformatic analysis showed 8399 target genes and KEGG pathway analysis suggested a role for the dysregulated miRNAs in modulating cytokine signaling, fibrosis, JAK-STAT signaling and insulin synthesis. IPA analysis suggested a simplified network attributing dysregulated miRNAs to NFκB-dependent cytokine signaling. Further, associations could be noted between miRNA 200b with Maf A, 138-1 with Neuro D and 27b with FoxO1. Decreases in mRNA levels of Pdx1, Neuro D and increases of Maf A and FoxO1 transcription factors could be noted (P Conclusion: Our results identified dysregulation of miRNAs 138-1, 27b and 200b which were found to be associated with insulin gene transcription factors Neuro D, FoxO1 and Maf A respectively.
