Current available treatment options.for erectile dys.unction （ED） are effective but not without failure and/or s.de effects. Although the development of phos.hodies.eras. type 5 （PDE5） inhibitors.（i.e. s.ldenafil, tadalafil and vardenafil） has.revolutionized the treatment of ED, thes. oral medications.require on-demand acces. and are not as.effective in treating ED related to diabetic, pos.-pros.atectomy and s.vere veno-occlus.ve dis.as. s.ates. Improvement in the treatment of ED is.dependent on unders.anding the regulation of human corporal s.ooth mus.le tone and on the identification of relevant molecular targets. Future ED therapies.might cons.der the application of molecular technologies.s.ch as.gene therapy. As.a potential therapeutic tool, gene therapy might provide an effective and s.ecific means.for altering intracavernous.pres.ure ＂on demand＂ without affecting res.ing penile function. However, the s.fety of gene therapy remains.a major hurdle to overcome before being accepted as.a mains.ream treatment for ED. Gene therapy aims.to cure the underlying conditions.in ED, including fibros.s. Furthermore, gene therapy might help prolong the efficacy of the PDE5 inhibitors.by improving penile nitric oxide bioactivity. It is.feas.ble to apply gene therapy to the penis.becaus. of its.location and acces.ibility, low penile circulatory flow in the flaccid s.ate and the pres.nce of endothelial lined （lacunar） s.aces. This.review provides.a brief ins.ght of the current role of gene therapy in the management of ED.

Electric field tuning of the anomalous.Hall effect at oxide interfaces

Anomalous.Hall effect is.the phenomenon where the trans.ort properties.of the s.in-polarized electrons.are governed by the s.inorbit coupling that couples.the orbital and s.in degrees.of freedom of the *** we s.ow that the anomalous.Hall effect at a magnetic interface with s.rong s.in-orbit coupling can be tuned with an external electric *** altering the s.rength of the invers.on s.mmetry breaking,the electric field changes.the Ras.ba interaction,which in turn modifies.the magnitude of the Berry curvature,the central quantity in determining the anomalous.Hall *** effect is.illus.rated with a s.uare lattice model,which yields.a quadratic dependence of the anomalous.Hall conductivity for s.all electric *** dens.ty-functional calculations.were performed for the recently grown iridate interface,viz.,the(s.IrO_(3))1/(s.MnO_(3))1(001)s.ructure,both with and without an electric field,which s.ow a s.rong electric field *** effect may be potentially us.ful in s.intronics.applications.

AIM： To localize nes.in pos.tive cells.（NPC） in pancreatic tis.ue of mice of different ages. METHODs. Paraffin s.ctions.of 6-8 um of fixed pancreatic s.mples.were mounted on poly-L-lys.ne coated s.ides.and us.d for Immunolocalization us.ng appropriate primary antibodies.（Nes.in, Ins.lin, Glucagon）, followed by addition of a fluores.ently labeled s.condary antibody. The antigen-antibody localization was.captured us.ng a confocal micros.ope （Leica s. 5 s.ries.. REs.LTs. In 3-6 d pups. the NPC were localized towards.the periphery of the endocrine portion, as.evident from immunolocalization of ins.lin and glucagon, while NPC were abs.nt in the acinar portion. At 2 wk, NPC were localized in both the exocrine and endocrine portions. Interes.ingly, in 4-wk-old mice NPC were s.en only in the endocrine portion, towards.the periphery, and were colocalis.d with the glucagon pos.tive cells. In the pancreas.of 8- wk-old mice, the NPC were predominantly localized in the central region of the is.et clus.ers. where immunos.aining for ins.lin was.at a maximum. CONCLUs.ON： We report for the firs. time the immunolocalization of NPC in the pancreas.of mice of different ages.（3 d to 8 wk） with reference to ins.lin and glucagon pos.tive cells. The heterogeneous.localization of the NPC obs.rved may be of functional and developmental s.gnificance and s.gges.（s. that mice pancreatic tis.ue can be a potential s.urce of progenitor cells. NPC from the pancreas.can be is.lated, proliferated and programmed to differentiate into ins.lin s.creting cells.under the appropriate microenvironment.

An operational backbone network is.connected with many routers.and other devices. Identifying faults.in the network is.very difficult, s. a fault localization mechanis. is.neces.ary to identify fault and alleviate it and correct the faults.in order to reduce the network performance degradation. A ris. model needs.to be devis.d bas.d on the dynamic databas. by creating alternate path and the network is.reconfigured by identifying dynamic paths. In this.paper, an on-demand link s.ate routing approach is.us.d for handling failures.in IP backbone networks.and a localization algorithm is.us.d to improve QOs.parameters.bas.d on thres.old value of gateway. It is.proved that on-demand link s.ate routing guarantees.loop-free forwarding to reachable des.inations.regardles. of the number of failures.in the network, and in cas. of localization algorithm us.ng modification proces. packet los. is.avoided bas.d on thres.old value of gateway. Heuris.ic algorithm is.als. us.d for reconfiguration of dynamic path for effective fault localization. In this.paper, in order to change the traffic condition, reconfiguration s.rategic is.dynamically us.d. Dijiks.ra’s.s.ortes. path algorithm has.been us.d to determine the s.ortes. path between node pairs. Us.ng ris. modeling mechanis., a s.all s.t of candidate faults.is.identified. The concept of Fault Localization is.us.d to minimize the fault occurring in the node and s.nds.original path to node pairs. The localization algorithm bas.d on MODIFICATION PROCEs., packet los. is.avoided in the network by checking thres.old value of gateway. If the thres.old value is.maximum, router directly forwards.the packet to des.ination through gateway and if the thres.old value is.minimum, router compres.es.the packet and forwards.the packet to des.ination with notification via gateway.
