It is increasingly recognised that collecting patient reported outcome measures(PROMs)data is an important part of healthcare and should be considered alongside traditional clinical *** part of a more holistic view of healthcare provision,there has been an increased drive to implement PROM collection as part of routine clinical care in *** drive has resulted in an increase in the number of PROMs currently developed to be used in various liver ***,the development and validation of a new PROM is time-consuming and ***,before deciding to develop a new PROM,researchers should consider identifying existing PROMs to assess their appropriateness and,if necessary,make adaptations to existing PROMs to ensure their rigour when used with the target *** is written in the literature on how to identify and adapt the existing PROMs in *** article aims to provide a summary of the current literature and guidance regarding identifying and adapting existing PROMs in clinical practice.

BACKGROUND Non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs(NsAIDs)are among the most commonly prescribed medications in the United *** they are safe and effective means of analgesia for children with broken bones,there is considerable variation in their clinical use due to persistent concerns about their potentially adverse effect on fracture *** To assess whether NsAID exposure is a risk factor for fracture nonunion in *** We systematically reviewed the literature reporting the effect of NsAIDs on bone *** included all clinical studies that reported on adverse bone healing complications in children with respect to NsAID *** outcomes of interest were delayed union or *** quality was assessed using the Newcastle-Ottawa scale for non-randomized studies.A final table was constructed summarizing the available *** A total of 120 articles were identified and screened,of which 6 articles were included for final *** in children is extremely rare;among the studies included,there were 2011 nonunions among 238822 fractures(0.84%).None of the included studies documented an increased risk of nonunion or delayed bone healing in those children who are treated with NsAIDs in the immediate post-injury or peri-operative time ***,children are likely to take these medications for only a few days after injury or surgery,further decreasing their risk of adverse *** This systematic review suggests that NsAIDs can be safely prescribed to pediatric orthopaedic patients absent other contraindications without concern for increased risk of fracture non-union or delayed bone *** prospective studies are needed focusing on higher risk fractures and elective orthopaedic procedures such as osteotomies and spinal fusion.

In contemporary workplace, organizations are emphasizing on individual’s diversity and inclusion initiatives in order to reinforce managerial adaptability, increase competitive advantage and decrease legal risks. Nonetheless, in recent times, there has arisen a debate on whether diversity is a variable that has an immediate effect on success or not. This study focused on determining if diversity in terms of ethnicity, gender, age, etc., has effects on success, by investigating two different data sets;the first one is a massive repository of movies data set and actors to determine if there is a correlation between multiple movie related variables and box office earnings. While the second data focused on Fortunes top 500 companies in the United states (Us) vs. 500 less profitable companies in the Us. Moreover, the study explores how diversity among Board of Directors (BOD) of fortune 500 companies affects the net sales and gross profits. The movie data set was collected from two main websites;Internet Movie Database (IMDB) and Rotten Tomatoes (RT), the imdb data set contained 107,645 records, while as the rotten tomatoes contained 13,904 records. In addition, information about Fortunes 500 companies was obtained from various websites manually, as immediate data sets were hard to find since it’s the first study that focuses on diversity and success of fortune companies. The data set contained data of fortunes top 500 companies with information of all of its BOD about 5358 records, and less profitable companies of 4434 records. The reason in which these data sets were chosen was to study the ethnic diversity factor and its impact on success rate, and also due to the fact that IMDB and Rotten Tomatoes are the most recognized websites that provide access to a massive repository of movie data sets. This paper discusses how the infinite set of real numbers between 0 and 1 could be represented by a countably infinite tree structure which would avoid Cantor’s diagonalization argument that the set of real numbers is not countably infinite. Likewise, countably infinite tree structures could represent all real numbers, and all points in any number of dimensions in multi-dimensional spaces. The objective of this paper is not to overturn previous research based on Cantor’s argument, but to suggest that this situation may be treated as a definitional or axiomatic choice. This paper proposes a “non-Cantorian” branch of cardinality theory, representing all these infinities with countably infinite tree structures. This approach would be consistent with the Continuum Hypothesis.

Mechanical circulatory support (MCs) has increasingly become an important management opportunity for patients with stage D heart failure (HF) with remarkable impact on patient survival and quality of life. Early clinical trials have demonstrated improved outcomes of durable left ventricular assist device (LVAD) support compared with optimal medical management.[1] As technology advanced, continuous flow LVADs outperformed pulsatile flow devices in clinical trials and the field migrated to HeartMate (Abbott Laboratories, Abbott Park, IL) and HeartWare (Medtronic, Minneapolis, MN) devices due to their clinical superiority. The little layer of tree plantations provides primary nutrients for uptake,buff ers changes in soil moisture,and provides habitat and substrate to soil epigeic ***,this layer in eucalypt plantations is often removed to reduce fuel load during the fi re season in the Brazilian savanna(Cerrado).Therefore,it is necessary to quantify the eff ects of changes in litter dynamics on the function of these plantations,on key nutrient cycling processes and on epigeic fauna diversity and *** two adjacent stands(one juvenile and one mature),the consequences of two years of litter removal were quantifi ed as monthly litterfall,leaf and fi ne wood litter decomposition,epigeic fauna abundance and diversity,soil biogeochemical variables,and tree diameter and basal area *** litterfall rates in juvenile and mature stands did not change with litter removal over the study *** litterfall ranged from 4.1 to 4.9 Mg ha^(−1)a^(−1)in litter removal plots and from 3.9 to 4.8 Mg ha^(−1)a^(−1)in control *** wood litter decomposition was slower in litter removal plots compared to controls,while leaf decomposition rates were similar in *** years of litter removal in the juvenile stand did not aff ect topsoil biogeochemical parameters but decreased available phosphorus at 20–40 cm depth relative to *** the mature stand,total cation exchange capacity(0–20 cm)was higher in controls(6.4 cmol c dm^(−3))relative to litter removal plots(6.3 cmol c dm^(−3)),while soil moisture(0–40 cm depth)was lower in litter removal(25.45 m 3 m^(−3))compared to control plots(26 m^(3)m^(−3))in the dry season.A non-metric multidimensional scaling ordination revealed an increased homogeneity in epigeic fauna where litter was ***,decomposition,diameter increment,four soil physical parameters and fourteen chemical parameters at 0–20 and 20–40 cm depth explained the diff erences in soil epigeic fauna composition between litter removal and control p
