Type 1 diabetes is a chronic illness with a high burden of *** effective interventions and recommendations for diabetes care exist,the intensive nature of diabetes management makes compliance *** isespecially true in children and adolescents as they have unique psychosocial and diabetes *** the development of effective in-person interventions targeting improving self-management and ameliorating psychosocial difficulties there are still a number of barriers to implementing these interventions,namely time,cost,and *** interventions allow for the dissemination of these interventions to a broader ***-management and psychosocial telehealth interventions are reviewed with a special emphasis on mobile phone and internet based technology *** efficacy has been demonstrated in a number of telehealth interventions with improved cost effectiveness over inperson interventions,many challenges remain including high participant attrition and difficulties with receiving reimbursement for services *** and other challenges are discussed with recommendations for researchers and telehealth providers provided.

Suicide is the second leading cause of death in youth globally; however, there is uncertainty about how best to intervene. Suicide rates are typically higher in males than females, while the converse is true for suicide attempts. We review this "gender paradox" in youth, and in particular, the age-dependency of these sex/gender differences and the developmental mechanisms that may explain them. epidemiologic, genetic,neurodevelopmental and psychopathological research have identified suicidal behaviour risks arising from genetic vulnerabilities and sex/gender differences in early adverse environments, neurodevelopment, mental disorder and their complex interconnections. Further, evolving sex-/gender-defined social expectations and norms have been thought to influence suicide risk. In particular, how youth perceive and cope with threats and losses(including conforming to others' or one's own expectations of sex/gender identity) and adapt to pain(through substance use and helpseeking behaviours). Taken together, considering brain plasticity over the lifespan, these proposed antecedents to youth suicide highlight the importance of interventions that alter early environment(s)(e.g., childhood maltreatment) and/or one's ability to adapt to them. Further, such interventions may have more enduring protective effects, for the individual and for future generations, if implemented in youth.

目的:分析喉乳头状瘤(laryngeal papilloma,LP)中长链非编码RNA(long chain non-coding RNA,lncRNA)的差异表达谱并预测其靶基因,为喉乳头状瘤的治疗及预防提供新的思路及靶点。方法:用RNA-seq技术对喉乳头状瘤组织及瘤旁组织测序,以差异倍数(FC)作为标准筛选差异表达lncRNAs,分析并提取10 kb范围内lncRNA顺式调控靶标基因,并进入基因本体论(GO)和京都基因与基因组百科全书(KeGG)分析其生物学功能及参与信号通路等。结果:共筛选出227个差异表达基因(Log2FC≥2或≤0.5,PeGG通路富集分析结果显示,差异表达基因GO BP显著富集在信号传导,KeGG通路显著富集在MAPK信号通路及PI3K-Akt信号通路。结论:lncRNA差异表达及其靶基因以及相关信号通路可能与喉乳头状瘤复发及其癌变密切相关。

Aim To develop a rapid, effective method for the determination of flavonoidsand ginsenosides in one injection and evaluate the flavonoids and ginsenosides content to controlthe ratio of epimedium and Ginseng herbs in botanical combinations. Methods The quality evaluationwas determinatted using reversed-phase high performance liquid chromatog-raphy (HPLC), referred bythe major flavonoids from epimedium, epimedin A, epimedin B, epimedin C, and icariin as thestandards, and the major ginsenosides Rg_1, Re, Rf, Rb_1, Rb_2, and Rd as the standards, includedepimedium brevicornum Maxim., e. sagittatum (Sieb. et Zucc) Maxim., e. koreanum NaKai, P. ginseng C.A. Meyer, P. quinquefolium L., P. notoginseng and some products containing the above herbs. ResultsThe main flavonoids and ginsenosides could be clearly resolved in the single analysis. ConclusionThe results can be effectively used in evaluating qualitatively and quantitatively the ration ofepimedium and Ginseng contained products.

Most studies on bariatric surgery identify personal factors such as“non-compliance”to lifestyle changes as the cause of weight gain and subsequent inability to lose *** qualitative studies suggest that weight loss patients have complicated relationships with both self and weight,with significant emotional and psychological *** how do patients themselves understand the trajectories of their weight gain as related to intrinsic versus extrinsic factors?A qualitative analysis examined the aspects involved in the construction of higher body weight from the perspectives and life experiences of Brazilian women who underwent bariatric surgery,considering that Brazil has previously been reported as a highly anti-fat ***,semi-structured interviews were conducted with thirty women(15 aged 33-59 and 15 aged 63-72).Data were analyzed identifying the regular,expressive,and meaningful significance units identified through the *** it was expected that different life events were reported as crucial to the perceived aetiology of individual weight gain stories,the participants reported that the emotional aspects had more *** extremely high value attached to having a particular body weight negatively influenced the participants’concept of identity and harmed their interactions and understanding of what it meant to be fully loved and *** of the participants underscored the importance of food in women’s lived experiences and explanations of weight *** this somatic response being dysfunctionally directed to food,this mechanism seemed to be vital to keeping them alive and engaged in the ***,the participants faced layered vulnerabilities,which decreased their opportunities to access resources aimed at better body weight *** approaches that consider emotional and physical care strategies must be proposed to this population.

目的使用毒性预测软件及细菌回复突变(Ames)试验评价茜素型蒽醌的基因突变风险。方法通过毒性软件Toxtree、Derek Nexus和sarah Nexus对茜素型蒽醌:茜草素、异茜草素、甲基异茜草素、甲基异茜草素-1-甲醚、茜素-1-甲醚、羟基茜草素、光泽汀进行致突变风险预测;每个受试物设置5个给药浓度,分别在有或无S9代谢活化条件下,使用5种鼠伤寒沙门氏菌TA97、TA100、TA102、TA1535和TA1537开展基于6孔板培养的Ames试验,判断该类化合物苯环上不同取代基对致突变性的影响。结果软件基于蒽醌环的存在预测该类化合物均具有致突变风险。在非S9代谢活化下,异茜草素和羟基茜草素可导致TA1537回复突变菌落数增加;光泽汀可诱导TA97、TA100和TA1537回复突变菌落数增加。在S9代谢活化下,异茜草素可导致TA97、TA100和TA1537回复突变菌落数增加;羟基茜草素可导致TA1537回复突变菌落数增加;光泽汀可导致TA97、TA100和TA1537回复突变菌落数增加;甲基异茜草素可导致TA97、TA100、TA102和TA1537回复突变菌落数大幅增加;甲基异茜草素-1-甲醚可导致TA100回复突变菌落数增加。结论茜素型蒽醌受试物在有或无S9代谢条件下表现出不同程度、不同菌株的回复突变,开展相关研究评价其毒性风险对该类化合物合理监管具有重要价值。
