We studied the condensate mass of QCD vacuum through the duality approach via dilaton wall back.ground in the presence of the parameter c,which represents the condensation in a holographic set ***,fromWilson line calculation,we found m_(0)^(2)(i.e.,the condensate parameter in mixed non-local condensation),whose beha-vior mimics that of *** value of m_(0)^(2)that we found by this approach is in agreement with QCD *** we considered the produced mass m via the Schwinger effect mechanism in the presence of the parameter *** show that vacuum condensation generally contributes the mass dominantly and that the produced mass via *** effect is suppressed by m_(0).

Due to the complexity of the deterioration process of seafood products,relying on one indicator is not adequate to determine the quality of such ***,shelf-life was estimated based on various indicators complicating the decision-mak.ng *** Support Systems are considered as a good *** current study aims to establish a simple and novel fuzzy model based on a combination of k.owledge-and data-driven approaches to define a fuzzy quality deterioration index(FQDI)in various seafood products(rainbow trout,threadfin bream,and white shrimp samples)during cold *** volatile basic nitrogen(TVB-N)and psychrotrophic microorganisms counts(PMCs)were determined based on traditional *** sensory analysis was performed by a data-driven fuzzy ***,the shelf-life of the rainbow trout fillet was estimated to be 8 d,based on all the freshness ***,the shelf-life of the Japanese threadfin bream fillet was 5-7 d according to the microbial and chemical parameters,*** time for shrimp samples was 6-8 d using sensory score and TVB-N *** results of data-driven fuzzy approach showed all of the quality properties were considered as the'Important'-'Very Important'(defuzzification score>75).The TVB-N and PMCs were the most and weak.st freshness quality properties(defuzzified-values:84.64 and 78.75,respectively).Based on FQDI,the shelf-life of the rainbow trout,Japanese threadfin bream,and shrimp samples were estimated to be 8,5,and 7 d,*** method was able to successfully provide a comprehensive deterioration index for evaluating the seafood *** a total index can be considered as a comprehensive output(y variable)to predict seafood freshness by rapid and nondestructive method.

Corpus-based translation studies has grown considerably over the past fifteen years or *** paper appraises the uniformity and diversity of descriptive corpus studies of translation in terms of divergent similarity,as intended by Andrew Chesterman(1996,2004a,2006).The analysis focuses on the state of the art of research into translation universals,highlighting the interdisciplinary nature of current investigations and their contribution to the progress of the discipline as a *** general framework.proposed by Chesterman is also used to introduce an envisaged study of Anglieisms whose aim is twofold:to unveil the translation-specific lexical primings of English loan words in the Italian language of business,finance and economics vis -à-vis donor and roceptor languages,and to infer the norms that govern the translation of Anglicisms vis-à-vis original text production in a specific domain and genre.

This study examines whether a group of captive false k.ller whales(P seudorca crassidens) showed variations in the vocal rate around feeding times. The high level of motivation to express appetitive behaviors in captive animals may lead them to respond with changes of the behavioral activities during the time prior to food deliveries which are referred to as food anticipatory activity. False k.ller whales at Qingdao Polar Ocean World(Qingdao, China) showed signifi cant variations of the rates of both the total sounds and sound classes(whistles, click., and burst pulses) around feedings. Precisely, from the Transition interval that recorded the lowest vocalization rate(3.40 s/m/d), the whales increased their acoustic emissions upon trainers' arrival(13.08 s/m/d). The high rate was maintained or intensifi ed throughout the food delivery(25.12 s/m/d), and then reduced immediately after the animals were fed(9.91 s/m/d). These changes in the false k.ller whales sound production rates around feeding times supports the hypothesis of the presence of a food anticipatory vocal activity. Although sound rates may not give detailed information regarding referential aspects of the animal communication it might still shed light about the arousal levels of the individuals during different social or environmental conditions. Further experiments should be performed to assess if variations of the time of feeding routines may affect the vocal activity of cetaceans in captivity as well as their welfare.

Thermal neutron albedo has been investigated for different thick.esses of mono-material and bi-material reflectors. An equation has been obtained for a bi-material reflector by considering the neutron diffusion equation. The bi-material reflector consists of binary combinations of water, graphite, lead, and polyethylene. An experimental measurement of thermal neutron albedo has also been conducted for mono-material and bi-material reflectors by using a^(241) Am–Be(5.2 Ci) neutron source and a BF3 detector. The maximum value of thermal neutron albedo was obtained for a polyethylene–water combination(0.95 ± 0.02).

Demand response creates an opportunity for consumers to play an important role in the development of smart *** the advent of renewable energies and their uncertainties,demand response provides a possible solution to resolve these *** addition to demand response schemes in the presence of renewable energy,the personality types of consumers can influence the choice of tariffs and change their electricity *** this paper,first,household residents with different types of personalities are considered as energy ***,the uncertainty of renewable energy sources is considered for the distributed generations scheduling by using a stochastic method called the Here-and-Now approach and considering three tariffs,time of use,real-time pricing,and direct load control in the residential sector to reduce total ***,the tariff choice is compared based on people preferences via various personality types,the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator test,and simulations ***,a probabilistic unit commitment methodology is used for distributed generations scheduling to minimize the total *** financial losses caused by non-optimal tariffs selection are determined through the comparison of *** results show that time of use and direct load control tariffs are optimal ones in summer and winter seasons,respectively.

Accurate representation of soft tissue material properties plays a crucial role in computational biomechanics. Several material models have been used for k.ee ligaments in finite element (FE) studies, including the neo-Hook.an model (widely used) and the Holzapfel-Gasser-Ogden (HGO) model (seldom used). While the coefficients of neo-Hook.an models for the k.ee ligaments are available in the literature, limited data exists for the HGO model. Furthermore, no peer-reviewed comparison of these two material models for the k.ee ligaments while including the 3D representation of the ligaments for both material models is present in the literature. We used mechanical properties from the tensile test experiments in the literature for each ligament to obtain the HGO material coefficients while accounting for the ligaments’ viscoelastic behavior. Resultant coefficients were then used in an Abaqus/explicit k.ee model to simulate bipedal landing from a jump. The simulations were repeated with neo-Hook.an values from the literature. k.ee k.nematics plus ACL and MCL strains were evaluated and compared for these two material models. The outputs from the simulations with HGO properties were predominantly within 1.5 standard deviations from the mean in-vitro data. When the material properties changed to Neo-Hook.an, the outputs for k.nematics and strain values were higher than the HGO case, and in most instances, they were outside the experimental range for ACL and MCL strains (by up to 11.35 SD) as well as some ITR angles (by up to 2.86 SD). Reported HGO material model with optimized coefficients produces a more realistic representation of the ligaments’ material properties, and will help improve the outcomes of FE models for more accurate predictions of k.ee behavior.

Back.round:Black.soldier fly(BSF)is one of the most promising species for the intensive breeding of insects given its adaptability and its efficiency in the conversion of *** maximize the production and use waste as substrates,it is essential to determine the larvae nutritional *** study aims to evaluate the effects of5 practical,semi-purified and isoenergetic diets(PSPID)with increasing protein levels(10%,CP10;14%,CP14;16%,CP16;19%,CP19)on BSF life history traits.A total of 2000 six-day-old larvae were weighed and divided into groups of 100(4 replicates/treatment[PSPID and Gainesville diet(GA)used as environmental control]).In larva-prepupa stage,sampling was carried out on 30 individuals/replicate,while in prepupa-adult stage on ***:In the whole larval stage,the CP16 treatment performed better when compared to the other ***18 days old,the CP14 treatment showed a higher weight than the CP19(Pk.ng at the size intended for the meal production,it can be considered 14%on *** result obtained on adult emergence in PSPID may not be attributable to the protein *** researches on macronutrients requirements determination have to be conducted to evaluate the substrates composition effects on BSF life history traits.
