Understanding charge transport mechanisms in thin-film transistors based on random networks of single-wall carbon nanotubes(SWCNT-TFTs)is essential for further advances to improve the potential for various nanoelectronic ***,a comprehensive investigation of the two-dimensional(2D)charge transport mechanism in SWCNT-TFTs is reported by analyzing the temperature-dependent electrical characteristics determined from the direct-current and non-quasi-static transient measurements at 80-300 *** elucidate the time-domain charge transport characteristics of the random networks in the SWCNTs,an empirical equation was derived from a theoretical trapping model,and a carrier velocity distribution was determined from the differentiation of the transient ***,charge trapping and de-trapping in shallow-and deep-traps in SWCNT-TFTs were analyzed by investigating charge transport based on their trapping/de-trapping *** comprehensive analysis of this study provides fundamental insights into the 2D charge transport mechanism in TFTs based on random networks of nanomaterial channels.

The interface engineering plays a key role in controlled optoelectronic properties of perovskite photovoltaic devices,and thus the electron transport layer(ETL)material with tailored optoelectronic properties remains a challenge for achieving high photovoltaic performance of planar perovskite solar cells(PSCs).Here,the fine and crystalline zirconium stanate(ZrSnO4)nanoparticles(NPs)was synthesized at low temperature,and its optoelectronic properties are systematically *** from the favorable electronic structure of ZrSnO4 NPs for applications in ETL,efficient electron transport and extraction with suppre s sed charge recombination are achieved at the interface of perovskite *** a result,the optimized ZrSnO4 NPs synthesized at room-temperature deliver the optimized power conversion efficiency up to 16.76%with acceptable *** work opens up a new class of ternary metal oxide for the use in ETL of the planar PSCs and should pave the way toward designing new interfacial materials for practical optoelectronic devices.

This study investigates the effect of the deformation mode on the precipitation behavior of an extruded Mg-8.0Al-0.5Zn-0.2Mn(AZ80)*** alloy samples are compared after the application of 3.5%tension and 3.5%compression along the extrusion direction to induce slip-dominant and twinning-dominant deformation modes,*** pre-compressed(PC)sample,which contained numerous{10-12}tension twins,has a reduced grain size and a higher internal strain than the pre-tensioned(PT)sample,which is attributed to the inherent internal strain that occurs during the formation and growth of the *** a result,the precipitation behavior of the PC sample is accelerated,leading to its short peak aging time of 32 h,which is lower than those of the PT and as-extruded samples(48 and 100 h,respectively).Furthermore,fine continuous precipitates(CPs)rapidly form within the{10-12}twins,contributing to the enhanced *** precipitates(DPs),which have a hardness comparable to the CP-containing twinned regions,in the PC sample experience less coarsening during aging than those in the PT sample due to growth inhibition by the{10-12}***,the{10-12}twins generated under the twinning-dominant deformation condition lead to enhanced precipitation behaviors,including the preferential formation and refinement of CPs and the suppressed coarsening of ***,pre-deformation that occurs{10-12}twinning exhibits more pronounced effects on precipitation acceleration and microstructural modification than slip-inducing pre-deformation.

A power-aware transceiver for half-duplex bidirectional chip-to-chip optical interconnects has been designed and fabricated in a 0.13 μm complementary metal-oxide-semiconductor （CMOS） technology. The transceiver can detect the presence and absence of received signals and saves 55% power in Rx enabled mode and 45% in Tx enabled mode. The chip occupies an area of 1.034 mm2 and achieves a 3-dB bandwidth of 6 GHz and 7 GHz in Tx and Rx modes, respectively. The disabled outputs for the Tx and Rx modes are isolated with 180 dB and 139 dB, respectively, from the enabled outputs. Clear eye diagrams are obtained at 4.25 Gbps for both the Tx and Rx modes.

Flavonols are the major class of flavonoids of green Chinese cabbage(Brassica rapa ***).The *** genome harbors seven flavonol synthase genes(BrFLSs),but they have not been functionally ***,transcriptome analysis showed four BrFLSs mainly expressed in Chinese *** them,only BrFLS1 showed major FLS activity and additional flavanone 3β-hydroxylase(F3H)activity,while BrFLS2 and BrFLS3.1 exhibited only marginal F3H *** generated BrFLS1-knockout(BrFLS1-KO)Chinese cabbages using CRISPR/Cas9-mediated genome editing and obtained transgene-free homozygous plants without off-target mutation in the T1 generation,which were further advanced to the T2 generation showing normal ***-ESI-QTOF-MS analysis revealed that flavonol glycosides were dramatically decreased in the T2 plants,while dihydroflavonol glycosides accumulated concomitantly to levels corresponding to the reduced levels of *** PCR analysis revealed that the early steps of phenylpropanoid and flavonoid biosynthetic pathway were upregulated in the BrFLS1-KO *** accordance,total phenolic contents were slightly enhanced in the BrFLS1-KO plants,which suggests a negative role of flavonols in phenylpropanoid and flavonoid biosynthesis in Chinese *** surveys revealed that the BrFLS1-KO Chinese cabbages showed normal head formation and reproductive phenotypes,but subtle morphological changes in their heads were *** addition,their seedlings were susceptible to osmotic stress compared to the controls,suggesting that flavonols play a positive role for osmotic stress tolerance in *** *** this study,we showed that CRISPR/Cas9-mediated BrFLS1-KO successfully generated a valuable breeding resource of Chinese cabbage with distinctive metabolic traits and that CRISPR/Cas9 can be efficiently applied in functional Chinese cabbage breeding.

Study of fuzzy entropy and similarity measure on intuitionistic fuzzy sets (IFSs) was proposed and analyzed. Unlike fuzzy set, IFSs contain uncertainty named hesitance, which is contained in fuzzy membership function itself. Hence, designing fuzzy entropy is not easy because of many entropy definitions. By considering different fuzzy entropy definitions, fuzzy entropy on IFSs is designed and discussed. Similarity measure was also presented and its usefulness was verified to evaluate degree of similarity.

Because total UV （TUV） in the UV-A region is 100 times higher than in the UV-B region, UV-A is a considerable compo- nent when calculating erythemal UV （EUV） and UV-index. The ratio of EUV to TUV in the UV-A value [EUV（A）/TUV（A）] is investigated to convert the EUV（A） from TUV（A） for broadband observation. The representative value of EUV（A）/TUV（A）, from the simulation study, is 6.9 × 10^- 4 changing from 6.1 ×10^-4 to 7.0 × 10^ -4 as aerosol optical depth, total ozone and solar zenith angle change. By adopting the observational data of EUV（B） and TUV（A） from UV-biometer measurements at Yonsei University [（37.57°N, 126.95°E）, 84 m above sea level], the EUV irradiance increases to 15% of EUV（B） due to the consideration of EUV（A） from the data of TUV（A） observation. Compared to the total EUV observed from the Brewer spec- trophotometer at the same site, the EUV（B） from the UV-biometer observes only 95% of total EUV, and its underestimation is caused by neglecting the effect of UV-A. However, the sum of EUV（B） and EUV（A） [EUV（A＋B）] from two UV-biometers is 10% larger than the EUV from the Brewer spectrophotometer because of the spectral overlap effect in the range 320-340 nm. The correction factor for the overlap effect adjusts 8% of total EUV.

The precipitation and grain growth behavior during isothermal treatment of hot extruded alloy 718 was investigated. It is found that the hardness of the hot extruded alloy 718 increases with holding time at 600～700 ℃, but slightly decreases at 800 ℃. When the exposure temperature reaches above 900 ℃, a rapid decrease in hardness of alloy 718 occurs before the holding time of 0.3 h. Above the δ solvus temperature, γ ′ and γ ″ phases are dissolved directly into the matrix without δ precipitation, resulting in a rapid grain growth.
