Introduction:Spanning the three stages of the Alzheimer’s disease (AD) continuum,amyloid-beta(Aβ40and Aβ42) oligomers (AβO’s) and tau protein constitute a set of biomarkers ideally suited for the non-invasive monitoring of AD (Wolgin et al.,2022).AD progression is correlated with the presence of low molecular weight oligomers and not amyloid ***,low molecular weight AβO is present in the beginning and later stages of disease even when the plaque burden becomes ***.

Information analysis of high dimensional data was carried out through similarity measure application. High dimensional data were considered as the a typical structure. Additionally, overlapped and non-overlapped data were introduced, and similarity measure analysis was also illustrated and compared with conventional similarity measure. As a result, overlapped data comparison was possible to present similarity with conventional similarity measure. Non-overlapped data similarity analysis provided the clue to solve the similarity of high dimensional data. Considering high dimensional data analysis was designed with consideration of neighborhoods information. Conservative and strict solutions were proposed. Proposed similarity measure was applied to express financial fraud among multi dimensional datasets. In illustrative example, financial fraud similarity with respect to age, gender, qualification and job was presented. And with the proposed similarity measure, high dimensional personal data were calculated to evaluate how similar to the financial fraud. Calculation results show that the actual fraud has rather high similarity measure compared to the average, from minimal 0.0609 to maximal 0.1667.

Going beyond an improved colour gamut,an asymmetric colour contrast,which depends on the viewing direction,and its ability to readily deliver information could create opportunities for a wide range of applications,such as nextgeneration optical switches,colour displays,and security features in anti-counterfeiting ***,we propose a simple Fabry–Perot etalon architecture capable of generating viewing-direction-sensitive colour contrasts and encrypting pre-inscribed information upon immersion in particular solvents(optical camouflage).Based on the experimental verification of the theoretical modelling,we have discovered a completely new and exotic optical phenomenon involving a tuneable colour switch for viewing-direction-dependent information delivery,which we define as asymmetric optical camouflage.

Mapping the Dementia Research Area at the Micro-Level Using Co-terms Analysis and Positioning for Traditional Herbal Medicine

Objective： To identify the position of traditional herbal medicine in dementia research field using mapping technology. Methods： Keywords for dementia and traditional herbal medicine for treating dementia were used to extract scientific articles from the Web of Science database from January 2000 to July 2010. A co- occurrence matrix was created based on the concurrent set of author＇s keywords occurring in each scientific article, and technology network maps were created from similarity index matrices. Results： Twenty specialized research areas were identified in the dementia field, and the relationship strength was 0.2-0.6. Many research fields were associated with diagnosis and risk factors for dementia. Additionally, the mechanism or cause of dementia is an actively studied field. Traditional herbal medicine for treating dementia was located on a map near the cortical dementia diagnosis and therapy, and frontotemporal dementia research field with a relationship strength of 0.53 and 0.31-0.33 respectively, which demonstrates that traditional herbal medicine for dementia occupies an independent research area with a relationship to existing scientific research fields. Conclusion： Traditional herbal medicine can provide an alternative and complementary approach for treating dementia as evidenced by a scientific mapping analysis.

In this paper,we propose an authentication method that use mouse and keystroke dynamics to enhance online privacy and *** proposed method identiﬁes personalized repeated user interface(UI)sequences by analyzing mouse and keyboard *** this end,an Apriori algorithm based on the keystroke-level model(KLM)of the human–computer interface domain was *** proposed system can detect repeated UI sequences based on KLM for authentication in the *** effectiveness of the proposed method is veriﬁed through access test-ing using commercial applications that require intensive UI *** results show using our cognitive mouse-and-keystroke dynamics system can com-plement authentication at the application level.
