基于改进综合因素法的农业机械可靠性分配

现有可靠性分配方法在农机领域应用较少,为更好地满足农机可靠性分配需求,提出了一种基于改进综合因素法(IFM)的农业机械可靠性分配方法。该方法针对农机特点综合考虑了包含子系统危害度A_(1)、改进潜力A_(2)、复杂度A_(3)、维修性A_(4)、环境条件A_(5)和技术水平A_(6)在内的6种影响因素,并形成子系统故障率分配的权重因子,实现了将指定的系统整体可靠性目标分配至子系统层级。针对新研发产品,给出了各影响因素取值的评价参考标准,可通过故障模式影响及危害性分析(FMECA)结合专家评分定量计算。以2BMQF-6/12免耕播种机为例,应用改进IFM对其进行可靠性分配,并与IFM及FOO、kim、Yadav方法进行比对,验证了本文所提出方法的可行性。本文方法分配结果合理、流程完善、考虑因素相对全面,可为农机可靠性分配提供参考,为农机产品可靠性设计提供依据。

The effectiveness of photoelectrochemical(PEC)water splitting is significantly restricted by insufficient light harvesting,rapid charge recombination,and slow water reduction *** the presence of amorphous phases in the interfaces hinders the overcome of these inherent limitations,a photoelectrode must be built ***,we artificially controlled the crystallographic orientation of indium tin oxide(ITO)to determine the orientation with the smallest lattice mismatch at the Cu_(2)O interface,thus significantly reducing the amorphous phase in the early stage of electrodeposition ***[222]/[400]mixed orientation ITO primarily exposed the{400}surface planes and accelerated charge transfer by forming an optimal interface with preferentially grown(111)oriented Cu_(2)O and minimized amorphous *** addition,the ITO surface energy was calculated using density functional theory to theoretically verify which plane is more active for growing the photoactivation *** rationally designed ITO/Cu_(2)O/Al-dope Zn O/TiO_(2)/Rh-P device,with each layer serving a specific purpose,achieved a photocurrent density of 8.23 mA cm^(-2)at 0 VRHEunder AM 1.5 G illumination,providing a standard method for effective solar-to-hydrogen conversion photocathodes.

Nematodes play an important role in ecosystems;however,very little is known about their assembly processes and the factors influencing *** studied nematode communities in bulk soils from three Asian mountain ecosystems to determine the assembly processes of free-living nematode metacommunities and their driving *** each mountain,elevations span a range of climatic conditions with the potential to reveal assembly processes that predominate across multiple biomes.A phylogenetic null modeling framework was used to analyze 18S rRNA gene amplicons to quantify various assembly *** found that phylogenetic turnover between nematode communities on all mountains was dominated by stochastic processes,with“undominated processes”being the most predominant stochastic *** has a significant impact on the relative importance of deterministic and stochastic processes.A variety of climatic and edaphic variables significantly influenced the variations in community assembly processes with elevation,even though their impacts were not consistent between the ***,our results indicate that free-living nematode metacommunities in a wide range of environments are largely structured by stochastic processes rather than by niche-based deterministic processes,suggesting that metacommunities of soil free-living nematodes may respond to climate change in a largely unpredictable way.

Simultaneous thrombosis affecting more than one coronary artery has been reported to occur in about 4.8% of the cases at the time primary percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI). Simultaneous multiple coronary arteries thrombosis is uncommon and can lead to a fatal outcome. Careful attention should be given to identification of abnormal ECG and coronary angiography (CAG) results. The affected vessel should be opened timely and efficiently in an effort to save the myocardium and reduce serious complications such as congestive heart failure, ventricular arrhythmia, cardiogenic shock, or sudden cardiac death.

Monofilament type of polyaromatic amide(PA)and carbon nanotube(CNT)composite fibers is presented.A concept of a lyotropic liquid crystal(LLC)constructed via a spontaneous self-assembly is introduced to mitigate the extremely low com-patibility between PA and *** approaches provide an effective co-processing route of PA and CNT simultaneously to fabricate the uniform,continuous,and reliable composite fibers through a ***,the addition of a small amount PA into the dope solution of CNT governs the LLC mesophase not only in a spinneret stage but also in a coagulant ***,the developed PA/CNT composite fibers have the high uniaxial orientational order and the close interfacial packing compared to the pure CNT *** PA/CNT composite fibers achieve the outstanding tensile strength,electrical conductivity,and electrochemical response,while maintaining a *** also exhibit the chemical,mechanical,and thermal *** of these advantages can make flexible,sewable,and washable PA/CNT composite fibers ideal nanocomposite materials for use in next-generation information and energy transporting system by replacing conventional metal electrical conductors.

Background:This study was conducted to investigate the effects of each phytogenic feed additive(PFA;PFA1,bitter citrus extract;PFA2,a microencapsulated blend of thymol and carvacrol;PFA3,a mixture of bitter citrus extract,thymol,and carvacrol;PFA4,a premixture of grape seed,grape marc extract,green tea,and hops;PFA5,fenugreek seed powder)on the growth performance,nutrient digestibility,intestinal morphology,and immune response in weaned pigs infected with Escherichia coli(***).Results:A total of 634-week-old weaned pigs were placed in individual metabolic cages and assigned to seven treatment *** seven treatments were as follows:1)NC;basal diet without *** challenge,2)PC;basal diet with *** challenge,3)T1;PC+0.04%PFA1,4)T2;PC+0.01%PFA2,5)T3;PC+0.10%PFA3,6)T4;PC+0.04%PFA4,7)T5;PC+0.10%*** experiments lasted in 21 d,including 7 d before and 14 d after the first *** *** the *** challenge treatments,all pigs were orally inoculated by dividing a total of 10 mL of *** F18 for 3 consecutive *** PFA-added groups significantly increased(P<0.05)average daily gain and feed efficiency and decreased(P<0.05)the fecal score at d 0 to 14 post-inoculation(PI).Tumor necrosis factorαwas significantly lower(P<0.05)in the PFA-added groups except for T1 in d 14 PI compared to the PC *** T3 had a higher(P<0.05)immunoglobulin G and immunoglobulin A concentration compared to the PC treatment at d 7 ***,T3 showed significantly higher(P<0.05)villus height:crypt depth and claudin 1 expression in ileal mucosa,and significantly downregulated(P<0.05)the expression of calprotectin compared to the PC ***:Supplementation of PFA in weaned pigs challenged with *** alleviated the negative effects of *** and improved growth *** them,the mixed additive of bitter citrus extract,thymol,and carvacrol showed the most effective results,improving immune response,intestinal morphology,and expression of tight junction

Novel extended C-m models of flow stress for accurate mechanical and metallurgical calculations and comparison with traditional flow models

Here,we developed novel extended piecewise bilinear power law(C-m)models to describe flow stresses under broad ranges of strain,strain rate,and temperature for mechanical and metallurgical calculations during metal forming at elevated *** traditional C-m model is improved upon by formulating the material parameters C and m,defined at sample strains and temperatures as functions of the strain *** coefficients are described as a linear combination of the basis functions defined in piecewise patches of the sample strain and temperature domain.A comparison with traditional closed-form function flow models revealed that our approach using the extended piecewise bilinear C-m model is superior in terms of accuracy,ease of use,and adaptability;additionally,the extended C-m model was applicable to numerical analysis of mechanical,metallurgical,and microstructural ***,metallurgy-related values can be calculated directly from the flow stress *** the proposed model was developed for materials at elevated temperatures,it can be applied over a broad temperature range.

Two-dimensional （2D） crystals have a multitude of forms, including semi-metals, semiconductors, and insulators, which are ideal for assembling isolated 2D atomic materials to create van der Waals （vdW） heterostructures. Recently, artificially-stacked materials have been considered promising candidates for nanoelectronic and optoelectronic applications. In this study, we report the vertical integration of layered structures for the fabrication of prototype non-volatile memory devices. A semiconducting-tungsten-disulfide-channel-based memory device is created by sandwiching high-density-of-states multi-layered graphene as a carrier-confining layer between tunnel barriers of hexagonal boron nitride （hBN） and silicon dioxide. The results reveal that a memory window of up to 20 V is opened, leading to a high current ratio （〉103） between programming and erasing states. The proposed design combination produced layered materials that allow devices to attain perfect retention at 13% charge loss after 10 years, offering new possibilities for the integration of transparent, flexible electronic systems.

High-Movement Human Segmentation in Video Using Adaptive N-Frames Ensemble

Awide range of camera apps and online video conferencing services support the feature of changing the background in real-time for aesthetic,privacy,and security *** studies show that theDeep-Learning(DL)is a suitable option for human segmentation,and the ensemble of multiple DL-based segmentation models can improve the segmentation ***,these approaches are not as effective when directly applied to the image segmentation in a *** paper proposes an Adaptive N-Frames Ensemble(AFE)approach for high-movement human segmentation in a video using an ensemble of multiple DL *** contrast to an ensemble,which executes multiple DL models simultaneously for every single video frame,the proposed AFE approach executes only a single DL model upon a current video *** combines the segmentation outputs of previous frames for the final segmentation output when the frame difference is less than a particular *** method employs the idea of the N-Frames Ensemble(NFE)method,which uses the ensemble of the image segmentation of a current video frame and previous video ***,NFE is not suitable for the segmentation of fast-moving objects in a video nor a video with low frame *** proposed AFE approach addresses the limitations of the NFE *** experiment uses three human segmentation models,namely Fully Convolutional Network(FCN),DeepLabv3,and *** evaluated our approach using 1711 videos of the TikTok50f dataset with a single-person *** TikTok50f dataset is a reconstructed version of the publicly available TikTok dataset by cropping,resizing and dividing it into videos having 50 frames *** paper compares the proposed AFE with single models and the Two-Models Ensemble,as well as the NFE *** experiment results show that the proposed AFE is suitable for low-movement as well as high-movement human segmentation in a video.
