Background Pesticide use contributes to national food security. The dissipation pathways and degradation mecha-nisms of pesticides have been widely studied and pesticide residues have remained a focus of public concern. How-ever, studies on the migration and transformation behaviors of pesticide residues in real-world greenhouse soils are insufficient. Therefore, in this study, we collected greenhouse soil from Shouguang, Shandong Province, and investi-gated the photodegradation and leaching of 17 common pesticides, which leave residues in the soil and are the most frequently used pesticides in Shouguang. The environmental behavior of pesticides in greenhouse soils will provide new information on pesticide residues in the real environment and provide a scientific basis for the prevention and control of pesticide pollution in greenhouse *** The photodegradation of trifloxystrobin followed a first-order kinetic equation, whereas those of emamec-tin benzoate, chlorantraniliprole, buprofezin, difenoconazole, pyraclostrobin, boscalid, tebuconazole, isoprothiolane, metalaxyl, and oxadixyl followed second-order kinetics. The half-lives of 17 pesticides under light and dark conditions ranged from 2.5–104(mean: 36.2) and 2.6–110(mean: 31.4) days, respectively. The half-lives of emamectin benzoate, pyraclostrobin, and metalaxyl in the light were 86.6%, 68.5%, and 94.5% of their half-lives in the dark, respectively. Chlorantraniliprole, metalaxyl, nitenpyram, diethofencarb, acetamiprid, carbendazim, and oxadixyl were leached to ≥ 90% in aqueous solution. BACKGROUND Given the current organ shortage crisis,split liver transplantation(SLT)has emerged as a promising alternative for select end-stage liver disease *** To introduce an ex-vivo liver graft splitting approach and evaluate its safety and feasibility in *** A retrospective analysis was conducted on the liver transplantation data from cases performed at our center between April 1,2022,and May 31,*** study included 25 SLT cases and 81 whole liver transplantation(WLT)*** ex-vivo liver splitting was employed for SLT graft procurement in three *** outcomes were determined,including liver function parameters,postoperative complications,and perioperative *** comparisons for categorical variables were performed using theχ²-*** In the study,postoperative complications in the 25 SLT cases included hepatic artery thrombosis(n=1)and pulmonary infections(n=3),with no perioperative *** contrast,among the 81 patients who underwent WLT,complications included perioperative mortality(n=1),postoperative pulmonary infections(n=8),abdominal infection(n=1),hepatic artery thromboses(n=3),portal vein thrombosis(n=1),and intra-abdominal bleeding(n=5).Comparative analysis demonstrated significant differences in alanine aminotransferase(176.0 vs 73.5,P=0.000)and aspartate aminotransferase(AST)(42.0 vs 29.0,P=0.004)at 1 wk postoperatively,and in total bilirubin(11.8 vs 20.8,P=0.003)and AST(41.5 vs 26.0,P=0.014)at 2 wk ***,the overall incidence of complications was comparable between the two groups(P>0.05).CONCLUSION Our findings suggest that the total ex-vivo liver graft splitting technique is a safe and feasible approach,especially under the expertise of an experienced transplant *** approach developed by our center can serve as a valuable reference for other transplantation centers.

土壤中的锰元素对植物生长起着重要作用,土壤锰含量过高或者缺少都将对植物产生不良影响,因此快速监测土壤中的锰含量尤为重要。目前利用遥感技术监测土壤锰含量的相关研究主要集中在利用土壤光谱估算土壤锰含量,而对于植被常年覆盖的南方地区,难以从卫星影像中获取土壤光谱。因此,引入植被光谱,探索植被覆盖区域土壤锰元素的快速监测方法。首先从Landsat 8影像中提取11种植被光谱指标,并运用皮尔逊相关系数(Pearson correlation coefficient)结合方差膨胀因子(VIF)筛选出最佳植被光谱指标;在此基础上,利用偏最小二乘回归(PLSR)、多元逐步回归(MSR)和BP神经网络(BPNN)算法构建最佳植被光谱指标与土壤锰元素之间的光谱响应模型,分析比较三个模型的估算效果从而确定最佳反演模型;最后,基于最佳反演模型进行土壤锰含量空间制图。以重庆市南川区为例,研究结果表明:3个植被光谱指标(比值植被指数,归一化植被指数和可见光大气阻抗植被指数)被确定为土壤锰元素最佳的光谱响应指标;BPNN光谱响应模型(R^(2)为0.78,RMSE为334.24,RPD为2.13)为土壤锰含量最佳反演模型,其土壤锰含量的制图精度(R^(2)为0.69,RMSE为567.64,RPD为1.30)。表明通过植被光谱指标反演土壤锰含量可行,该研究为区域尺度的土壤锰含量监测开拓了新思路。

针对爬行动物搜索算法存在收敛速度慢、寻优精度低和易陷入局部极值等缺陷,提出一种基于水波进化和动态莱维飞行的爬行动物搜索算法.采用Halton序列初始化种群,生成均匀分布的个体,减少个体搜索盲区和重叠概率以提升种群多样性;引入水波动态进化因子和自适应权重,协调算法全局搜索与局部开发之间的转换,提高算法收敛速度和寻优精度;结合一种动态莱维飞行变异策略,提升算法局部抗停滞能力.通过对14个基准测试函数的寻优对比分析、Wilcoxon秩和检验以及寻优时间对比结果可知,改进算法具有更好的收敛性能、寻优性能和鲁棒性.最后,通过工程应用中焊接梁设计的优化对比结果,进一步验证了改进算法处理实际工程问题的优越性.
