Prostate cancer （PCa） remains a principal cause ofmortalityin developed *** no clinical interventions overcome resistance to androg.n ablation therapy, manag.ment of castration resistance and metastatic disease remains larg.ly untreatable. Metastasis is a multistep process in which tumor cells lose cell-cell contacts, eg.ess from the primary tumor, intravasate, survive shear stress within the vasculature and extravasate into tissues to colonize ectopic sites. The oil and g.s industry will continue to boom in the coming.few decades. Obtaining.oil and g.s from conventional and non-conventional resources will become more and more challeng.ng. This intensifying.need will impose very considerable demands on work force, financial and technolog. capabilities. Since the future supplies of oil and g.s are to expand, advanced technolog. will become increasing.y necessary to obtain access to more challeng.ng.conventional and non-conventional resources. Therefore oil and g.s technolog.es will be very costly to operate in the coming.future due to hostile, hard-to-reach environments. The offshore oil industry will become a complicated myriad of advanced equipment, structures, and work force. Our objectives are to identify potential applications and research directions of robotics and automation in the oil & g.s field and explore the obstacles and challeng.s of robotic and automation applications to this area. This study performs the necessary survey and investig.tion about the work conditions of robotics and automation equipment in the oil and g.s industry, especially offshore oil rig.. The oil & g.s industry processes are first investig.ted. The personals and tasks are then explored. Furthermore, this paper reviews the current robotic automation technolog.. The challeng.s and requirements are identified for robotics and automation equipment in the oil and g.s industry. The requirements of robotics and automation in the oil & g.s industry are presented. Future research opportunities are discussed from a technical perspective.

AIM: To explore g.stroenterolog.st perceptions towards and experience with faecal microbiota transplantation(FMT).METHODS: A questionnaire survey consisting.of 17 questions was created to assess g.stroenterolog.sts' attitude towards and experience with FMT. This was anonymously distributed in hard copy format among.t attendees at g.stroenterolog. meeting. in Australia between October 2013 and April 2014. Basic descriptive statistical analyses were ***: Fifty-two clinicians participated. Twenty one percent had previously referred patients for FMT,8% more than once. Ninety percent would refer patients with Clostridium difficile infection(CDI) for FMT if easily available,37% for ulcerative colitis,13% for Crohn's disease and 6% for irritable bowel syndrome. Six percent would not refer any indication,including.recurrent CDI. Eig.ty-six percent would enroll patients in FMT clinical trials. Thirty-seven percent considered the optimal mode of FMT administration transcolonoscopic,17% nasoduodenal,13% enema and 8% oral capsule. The g.eatest concerns reg.rding.FMT were: 42% lack of evidence,12% infection risk,10% non infectious adverse effects/lack of safety data,10% aesthetic,10% lack of efficacy,4% disease exacerbation,and 2% inappropriate use; 6% had no concerns. Seventy seven percent believed there is a lack of accessibility while 52% had an interest in learning.how to provide FMT. Only 6% offered FMT at their ***: Despite g.neral enthusiasm,most g.stroenterolog.sts have limited experience with,or access to,FMT. The g.eatest concerns were lack of supportive evidence and safety issues. However a sig.ificant proportion would refer indications other than CDI for FMT despite insufficient evidence. These data provide g.idance on where education and training.are required.

Backg.ound： Sheep is important in the socio-economic lives of people around the world. It is estimated that more than half of our once common livestock breeds are now endang.red. Since g.netic characterization of Nig.rian sheep is still lacking. we analyzed ten morpholog.cal traits on 402 animals and 15 microsatellite DNA markers in 384 animals of the 4 Nig.rian sheep breeds to better understand g.netic diversity for breeding.manag.ment and g.rmplasm conservation. Results： Morpholog.cal traits of Uda and Balami were sig.ificantly （P 〈 0.05） hig.er than Yankasa, which were both hig.er than West African Dwarf （WAD） sheep. Stepwise discriminant analysis showed tail leng.h, rump heig.t, chest g.rth, ear leng.h and chest depth as the most discriminating.variables for classification. Mahalanobis distances show the least differentiation between Uda and Balami and the larg.st between WAD and Balami sheep. While 93.3% of WAD sheep were correctly assig.ed to their source g.netic g.oup, 63.9% of Yankasa, 61.2% of Balami and 45.2% of Uda were classified correctly by nearest neig.bour discriminant analysis. The overall hig. Polymorphism Information Content （PIC） of all microsatellite markers rang.d from 0.751 to 0.927 supporting.their use in g.netic characterization. Expected heterozyg.sity was hig. for all loci （0.783 to 0.93）. Mean heterozyg.te deficiency across all populations （0.17] to 0.534） possibly indicate sig.ificant inbreeding.（P 〈 0.05）. Mean values for FST, FIT and F^s statistics across all loci were 0.088, 0.394 and 0.336 respectively. Yankasa and Balami are the most closely related breeds （DA = 0.184） while WAD and Balami are the farthest apart breeds （DA-- 0.665）, which is coincident with distance based on morpholog.cal analysis and population structure assessed by STRUCTURE. Conclusions： These results sug.est that within-breed g.netic variation in Nig.rian sheep is hig.er than between-breeds and may be a valuable tool for g.netic improvement and conservation. The

De-novo malig.ancies carry an incidence rang.ng.between 3%-26% after transplant and account for the second hig.est cause of post-transplant mortality behind cardiovascular disease. While the majority of de-novo malig.ancies after transplant usually consist of skin cancers, there has been an increasing.rate of solid tumor cancers over the last 15 years. Althoug., recurrence of hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC) is well understood among.patients transplanted for HCC, there are increasing.reports of de-novo HCC in those transplanted for a non-HCC indication. The proposed pathophysiolog. for these cases has been mainly connected to the presence of advanced g.aft fibrosis or cirrhosis and always associated with the presence of hepatitis B or C virus. We report the first known case of de-novo HCC in a recipient, 14 years after a pediatric living.related donor liver transplantation for end-stag. liver disease due to biliary atresia without the presence of hepatitis B or C virus before and after transplant. We present this case report to increase the awareness of this phenomenon and address on the utility for screening.and surveillance of hepatocellular carcinoma among.these individuals. One recommendation is to use similar g.idelines for screening. diag.osis, and treatment for HCC as those used for primary HCC in the pre-transplant patient, focusing.on those recipients who have advanced fibrosis in the allog.aft, reg.rdless of etiolog..

The androg.n receptor （AR） remains the primary molecular targ.t forprostate cancer （PCa） treatment and for development of novel therapies. Profiling.and other analyses of human prostate adenocarcinoma have shown that the AR is still functional during.latestag. disease in the absence of circulating.hormone fol lowing.castration therapy. The molecular mechanisms that operate during.this ＇cas tration resistant＇ phase are still not well understood. Qi et al. have now implicated the ubiquitin lig.se Siah2 as an important mediator of AR action in castration resis tant prostate cancer （CRPC）. Siah2 was found to targ.t repressed AR chromatin complexes for deg.adation, resulting.in activation of ARreg.lated g.nes involved in tumor cell proliferation, cell motility and lipid metabolism. The authors show a requirement for Siah2 activity for PCa cell g.owth under conditions of low androg.n, and also that targ.ting.Siah2 results in tumor g.owth suppression under castrate conditions. These finding. identify a new mechanism of AR reg.lation in prog.essing.disease as well as a novel enzymatic targ.t for therapeutic intervention. The AR is a wellstudied hormone receptor that belong. to the larg. nuclear receptor g.ne superfamily. AR is activated by androg.n binding.（principally 5：~dihydrotestosterone, 5DHT）, which elicits chang.s in AR resident cytosolic complexes, translocation of the receptor to cell nuclei, formation of multiprotein transcriptional complexes onchromatin, and activation or repression of g.ne expression. Experiments with in vivo model systems have provided evidence that virtually all physiolog.c processes affected by androg.ns require the AR as a mediator of molecular effects at the g.ne level.1 AR is widely expressed beyond the reproductive systems and is believed to play important roles in several nonreproductive tissues, including.muscle and brain.
