Cut.neous Leishmaniasis is endemic in many part. of t.e world. t.e disease in most.of t.e cases appears in t.e form of t.e open ulcerat.d lesion on exposed part.of t.e body. t.e pent.valent.ant.monial inject.ons (20 mg/kg for 20 days) underneat. t.e lesion for t.eat.ent.are painful and most.of t.e t.mes unaffordable by t.e pat.ent., most.y effect.d by t.is disease. As a result. most.pat.ent. give-up early result.ng in resist.nce. Due t. high prevalence and t.e disease t.king an epidemic form, t.ere is a need t. develop a new simple, cheap and yet.an effect.ve alt.rnat.ve t.eat.ent.for cut.neous Leishmaniasis. Report.d here is a case st.dy aimed at.alt.rnat.ve t.eat.ent.regimen for cut.neous leishmaniasis. Here we present.a case hist.ry of cut.neous leishmaniasis t.eat.d wit. chromot.erapy. t.is seems t. be an effect.ve and new met.od of t.eat.ent.only using visible range radiat.ons of different.wavelengt.s wit. no apparent.side-effect.. Six mont.s follow up was observed and no recurrence was found.

We st.dy t.e finit. t.mperat.re and densit. effect. on bet. decay rat.s t. comput. t.eir cont.ibut.ons t. nucleosynt.esis. QED t.pe correct.ons t. bet. decay from t.e hot.and dense background are est.mat.d in t.rms of t.e st.t.st.cal correct.ons t. t.e self-mass of an elect.on. For t.is purpose, we re-examine t.e hot.and dense background cont.ibut.ons t. t.e elect.on mass and comput. it. effect.t. t.e bet. decay rat., helium yield, energy densit. of t.e universe as well as t.e change in neut.ino t.mperat.re from t.e first.order cont.ibut.on t. t.e self-mass of elect.ons during t.ese processes. We explicit.y show t.at.t.e t.ermal cont.ibut.on t. t.e helium abundance at.t.= m of a cooling universe (0.045 percent. is higher t.an t.e corresponding cont.ibut.on t. helium abundance of a heat.ng universe (0.031 percent. due t. t.e exist.nce of hot.fermions before t.e beginning of nucleosynt.esis and t.eir absence aft.r t.e nucleosynt.esis, in t.e early universe. t.ermal cont.ibut.on t. helium abundance was a simple quadrat.c funct.on of t.mperat.re, before and aft.r t.e nucleosynt.esis. However, t.is quadrat.c behavior was not.t.e same before t.e decoupling t.mperat.re due t. weak int.ract.ons;so t.e nucleosynt.esis did not.even st.rt.before t.e universe had cooled down t. t.e neut.ino decoupling t.mperat.res and QED became a dominant.t.eory in t.e presence of a high concent.at.on of charged fermions. It.is also explicit.y shown t.at.t.e chemical pot.nt.al in t.e core of supermassive and superdense st.rs affect.bet. decay and t.eir helium abundance but.t.e background cont.ibut.ons depend on t.e rat.o bet.een t.mperat.re and chemical pot.nt.al and not.t.e chemical pot.nt.al or t.mperat.re only. We calculat. t.e hot.and dense background cont.ibut.ons for m = t.= μ. Background: Management.of post.perat.ve pain aft.r caesarean sect.on (C/S) requires a balance bet.een pain relief and undesirable side effect. of drugs and t.chnique. In order t. improve post.perat.ve pain management.aft.r caesarean sect.on, we compared int.avenous pat.ent.cont.olled analgesia (IV-PCA) wit. our current.hospit.l pract.ce, which is cont.nuous opioid infusion. Met.od: We enrolled one hundred and t.ent. pat.ent. in our prospect.ve randomized t.ial aft.r an unevent.ul elect.ve caesarean sect.on under spinal anaest.esia. All pat.ent. received 0.5 mg/kg bolus of pet.idine on first.complaint.of pain or at.120 minut.s aft.r inst.t.t.on of spinal anaest.esia. Depending upon t.e randomizat.on, Group P received IV-PCA wit. 0.15 mg/kg bolus pet.idine wit. 10-minut. lockout.and Group C received cont.nuous pet.idine infusion at.a rat. of 0.15 mg/kg/hr. St.t.st.cal analysis: For qualit.t.ve variables means and st.ndard deviat.ons were comput.d and analyzed by t.t.st. Mann Whit.ey U t.st.and repeat.d measures ANOVA. Frequency and percent.ges were comput.d for qualit.t.ve dat. and analyzed by Chi-Square and Fischer exact.t.st. A p-value of less t.an 0.05 was t.eat.d as significant. Result.: t.e numeric rat.ng score for pain, need for rescue analgesia and incidence of nausea and vomit.ng was significant.y lower (p-value t. cont.nuous infusion group at.6, 12 and 24 hours post.perat.vely, 98% of t.e pat.ent. were sat.sfied wit. pain management.in Group P as compared t. 70% (p t. showed improved pain cont.ol, less need for rescue analgesia for breakt.rough pain, lower incidence of nausea and vomit.ng and great.r pat.ent.sat.sfact.on wit. IV-PCA. In t.e absence of preservat.ve free narcot.cs for int.at.ecal use, post.perat.ve pain management.can be significant.y improved by using IV-PCA inst.ad of cont.nuous opioid infusion in pat.ent. undergoing caesarean sect.on.
