Pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma is a highly aggressive malignancy with a poor *** treatment with acceptable outcomes is yet to be found,with chemo-and radioresistance comprising major impediments towards this *** upfront surgery is the established therapeutic approach for resectable and borderline resectable disease,neoadjuvant treatment has recently monopolized the interest in clinical *** also applies to locally advanced pancreatic adenocarcinomas that could potentially be rendered *** and chemoradiotherapy are the most utilized therapeutic modalities in the neoadjuvant setting,while immunotherapy and targeting agents have been gaining significant *** critical review focuses on the clinical experience gained from retrospective and phase II/III randomized trials,reporting on the outcomes of neoadjuvant chemotherapy and chemoradiotherapy for pancreatic ***,the ongoing trials,including those that involve immunotherapy and targeting agents,are summarized.

A persisting problem in ocean modeling around coastal areas has been the adequate imposition of open boundary conditions,especially in the presence of complex bathymetric features commonly found in shelf *** models with horizontal resolutions of O(1 km)can generate submesoscale current variability not captured by coarser regional models which resolve mesoscale flows approximately in geostrophic and thermal-wind *** practice,higher-resolution systems will provide analyses with enhanced spatial detail but may be less skillful at predicting the evolution of mesoscale *** study aims at assessing the role of open boundary conditions,tidal forcing and tide filtering techniques in a coastal ocean model using a split-explicit time marching scheme with horizontal resolutions of O(1 km)and its effect in coastal sea level dynamics and ocean *** experiments have been performed using the Regional Ocean modeling System(ROmS)with different uniform horizontal resolution:3.6km,1.2km and *** and lateral boundary conditions are derived from the *** Oceanographic Office(NAVOCEANO)operational AmSeas model forecast,a 3.6-km resolution application of the regional Navy Coastal Ocean model(NCOm)that encompasses the Gulf of mexico and Caribbean *** conditions are interpolated from the Navy’s Coastal Ocean-Atmosphere mesoscale Prediction System(COAmPS)model with the exception of surface stresses,which are computed from a 2-km application of the Weather Research and Forecasting(WRF)model used by National Center for Environmental Protection’s(NCEP)National Digital Forecast Database(NDFD).Tidal variability is imposed in two ways:1)by specifying the time evolution of sea level at the open boundaries and 2)spectrally by specifying the harmonic phases and amplitudes from the TPXO global inverse tide solutions at the ***-tidal low frequency conditions are imposed by filtering high frequencies out of the regional NCOm solut

Recently,the path planning problem may be considered one of the most interesting researched topics in autonomous *** is why finding a safe path in a cluttered environment for a mobile robot is a significant requisite.A promising route planning for mobile robots on one side saves time and,on the other side,reduces the wear and tear on the robot,saving the capital *** route planning methods for the mobile robot have been developed and *** to our best knowledge,no method offers an optimum solution among the existing *** Swarm Optimization(PSO),a numerical optimization method based on the mobility of virtual particles in a multidimensional space,is considered one of the best algorithms for route planning under constantly changing environmental *** the researchers,reactive methods are increasingly common and extensively used for the training of neural networks in order to have efficient route planning for mobile *** paper proposes a PSO Weighted Grey Wolf Optimization(PSOWGWO)*** is a hybrid algorithm based on enhanced Grey Wolf Optimization(GWO)with *** order to measure the statistical efficiency of the proposed algorithm,Wilcoxon rank-sum and ANOVA statistical tests are *** experimental results demonstrate a 25%to 45%enhancement in terms of Area Under Curve(AUC).moreover,superior performance in terms of data size,path planning time,and accuracy is demonstrated over other state-of-the-art techniques.

Osteosarcoma is a malignant bone tumor that commonly occurs in the pediatric *** the use of chemotherapy and surgery,metastasis remains to be the leading cause of death in patients with *** have previously reported that cytoplasmic mislocalization of p27 is associated with a poor outcome in *** this study,we further show that lysyl oxidase(LOx)expression was associated with p27 *** is an enigmatic molecule that acts as a tumor suppressor or a metastatic promoter;however,its role in osteosarcoma is still ***,we performed both in vitro and in vivo analyses to dissect the role of Lox in *** result of our survival analysis indicated that Lox expression significantly correlated with a poor outcome in osteosarcoma with or without controlling for the initial metastasis status(Pmoted osteosarcoma cell proliferation,migration,and invasiveness in vitro and produced a higher number of mice with pulmonary metastases in an orthotopic xenograft mouse ***,phospho-FAK was increased in osteosarcoma cells with high LOX *** results further showed that FAK inhibition significantly reduced tumor cell proliferation and migration in vitro as well as LoX-mediated metastasis in ***,our findings suggest that there is a novel link between p27 mislocalization and LOX *** plays a pivotal role in osteosarcoma metastasis by upregulating FAK *** inhibition may constitute a promising therapeutic strategy to reduce the development of metastasis in osteosarcoma with Lox overexpression.

Internet of Things(IoT)is a technological revolution that redefined communication and computation of modern *** generally refers to a network of gadgets linked via wireless network and communicates via *** management,especially energy management,is a critical issue when designing IoT *** studies reported that clustering and routing are energy efficient solutions for optimal management of resources in IoT *** this point of view,the current study devises a new Energy-Efficient Clustering-based Routing technique for Resource management i.e.,EECBRm in IoT *** proposed EECBRm model has three stages namely,fuzzy logic-based clustering,Lion Whale Optimization with Tumbling(LWOT)-based routing and cluster maintenance *** proposed EECBRmmodel was validated through a series of experiments and the results were verified under several *** model was compared with existing methods in terms of energy efficiency,delay,number of data transmission,and network *** simulated,in comparison with other methods,EECBRm model yielded excellent results in a significant ***,the efficiency of the proposed model is established.

Retrieving Remotely Sensed Data Using Plank Algorithm in the Black Sea and Surrounding Seas (2008-2018)

The Black Sea is the world’s largest inner sea, its only connections with other seas being the Kerch Strait, which leads to the Azov Sea, and the Istanbul Strait, which connects it with the mediterranean Sea. The main aim of this study processes to image analysis and applied algorithm, to retrieve remote SST data from satellite, to assess the estimated SSTs, to understand the characteristics of SST by presenting in the Black Sea and surrounding seas, to discuss the SSTs changes according to climate change impacts. In this study, Landsat 7 and Landsat mily:"">8 Operational Land Imager (OLI)/Thermal Infrared Sensor (TIRS) Level-1 images of TIR bands are used to predict Sea Surface Temperature (SST) changes using the Plank algorithm in the Black Sea and surrounding seas between 2008 and 2018. The SST values were taken from 55 different stations chosen from the study area. The SST result presented the central months of the four hydrological seasons. The increasing temperature data were supported by the literature studies that alien invasive species entered the Black Sea. The climatic fluctuations obtained as a result of this study will increase the invasion level of non-native species and their invasion will continue into the Black Sea and surrounding seas.

Periclinal chimera plants could be synthesized by a very easy grafting method. Thanks to this technique we can transfer useful characters from one genotype to another, we also can produce vigorous plants during a very short period. Recently in cassava, resistance to nematode could be transferred, and could develop vigorous plants by combining two types that have high combining ability. The most striking feature is that we can obtain enormous roots up to five times the common ones. By using this type of chimera we can replace traditional hybridization and no need to recurrent crosses cycles to transfer useful characters, reducing to a very short period developing a new variety and perpetuating it too.

Peymnie＇s disease （PD） is most simply referred to as a fibrotic wound-healing disorder of the tunica albuginea. It is both a physically and psychologically devastating disorder that causes penile deformity, curvature, hinging, narrowing and shortening, which may compromise sexual function. Although a variety of non-surgical treatments have been suggested, none to date offer a reliable and effective correction of the penile deformity. As a result, surgery remains the gold standard treatment option, offering the most rapid and reliable treatment which will be the focus of this article. We review the preoperative evaluation, surgical algorithm, graft materials and postoperative management of PD. Outcomes for tunical shortening, tunical lengthening and penile prosthesis placement for penile straightening are reviewed. Tunica albuginea plication is the preferred method of straightening for men with adequate rigidity and less severe disease defined as curvature less than 70° without narrowing/hinging. men who have more severe, complex deformity, but maintain strong preoperative erectile function should be considered candidates for straightening with plaque incision or partial excision and grafting. Finally, for those men who have inadequate rigidity and PD, penile prosthesis placement with straightening is the best approach to address both problems.
