Thrombolytic therapy has been the mainstay for patients with pulmonary embolism(PE).Despite being linked to a higher risk of significant bleeding,clinical trials demonstrate that thrombolytic therapy should be used in patients with moderate to high-risk PE,in addition to hemodynamic instability *** prevents the progression of right heart failure and impending hemodynamic *** PE can be challenging due to the variety of presentations;therefore,guidelines and scoring systems have been established to guide physicians to correctly identify and manage the ***,systemic thrombolysis has been utilized to lyse the emboli in ***,newer techniques for thrombolysis have been developed,such as endovascular ultrasound-assisted catheter-directed thrombolysis for massive and intermediatehigh submassive risk *** newer techniques explored are the use of extracorporeal membrane oxygenation,direct aspiration,or fragmentation with *** of the constantly changing therapeutic options and the scarcity of randomized controlled trials,choosing the best course of treatment for a given patient may be *** help,the Pulmonary Embolism Reaction Team is a multidisciplinary,rapid response team that has been developed and is used at many *** to bridge the knowledge gap,our review highlights various indications of thrombolysis in addition to the recent advances and management guidelines.

A brain tumor is a mass or growth of abnormal cells in the *** children and adults,brain tumor is considered one of the leading causes of *** are several types of brain tumors,including benign(non-cancerous)and malignant(cancerous)*** brain tumors as early as possible is essential,as this can improve the chances of successful treatment and *** this problem,we bring forth a hybrid intelligent deep learning technique that uses several pre-trained models(Resnet50,Vgg16,Vgg19,U-Net)and their integration for computer-aided detection and localization systems in brain *** pre-trained and integrated deep learning models have been used on the publicly available dataset from The Cancer Genome *** dataset consists of 120 *** pre-trained models have been used to classify tumor or no tumor images,while integrated models are applied to segment the tumor region *** have evaluated their performance in terms of loss,accuracy,intersection over union,Jaccard distance,dice coefficient,and dice coefficient *** pre-trained models,the U-Net model achieves higher performance than other models by obtaining 95%*** contrast,U-Net with ResNet-50 out-performs all other models from integrated pre-trained models and correctly classified and segmented the tumor region.

BACKGROUND ST-elevation myocardial infarction(STEMI)is the result of transmural ischemia of the myocardium and is associated with a high mortality *** percutaneous coronary intervention(PPCI)is the recommended first-line treatment strategy for patients with *** timely delivery of PPCI became extremely challenging for STEMI patients during the coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19)pandemic,leading to a projected steep rise in *** delays were overcome by the shift from first-line therapy and the development of modern fibrinolytic-based *** is unclear whether fibrinolytic-based reperfusion therapy is effective in improving STEMI *** To determine the incidence of fibrinolytic therapy during the COVID-19 pandemic and its effects on STEMI clinical *** PubMed,Google Scholar,Scopus,Web of Science,and Cochrane Central Register of Controlled Trials were queried from January 2020 up to February 2022 to identify studies investigating the effect of fibrinolytic therapy on the prognostic outcome of STEMI patients during the *** outcomes were the incidence of fibrinolysis and the risk of all-cause *** were meta-analyzed using the random effects model to derive odds ratios(OR)and 95%confidence *** assessment was carried out using the Newcastle-Ottawa *** Fourteen studies including 50136 STEMI patients(n=15142 in the pandemic arm;n=34994 in the pre-pandemic arm)were *** mean age was 61 years;79%were male,27%had type 2 diabetes,and 47%were *** with the pre-pandemic period,there was a significantly increased overall incidence of fibrinolysis during the pandemic period[OR:1.80(1.18 to 2.75);I2=78%;P=0.00;GRADE:Very low].The incidence of fibrinolysis was not associated with the risk of all-cause mortality in any *** countries with a low-and middle-income status reported a higher incidence of fibrinolysis[OR:5.16(2.18 to 12.22);I2=81%;P=0.00;GRADE:Very lo

In this paper, we consider a vibrating system of Timoshenko-type in a one- dimensional bounded domain with complementary frictional damping and infinite memory acting on the transversal displacement. We show that the dissipation generated by these two complementary controls guarantees the stability of the system in case of the equal-speed propagation as well as in the opposite case. We establish in each case a general decay estimate of the solutions. In the particular case when the wave propagation speeds are different and the frictional damping is linear, we give a relationship between the smoothness of the initiM data and the decay rate of the solutions. By the end of the paper, we discuss some applications to other Timoshenko-type systems.

Proposing a Systematic Approach to Verify Software Requirements

Identifying stakeholder’s needs, eliciting, categorizing and translating them into specifications is the requirement analysis process. Requirement analysis can be a long and arduous process during which many delicate psychological skills are involved. For any software, it is important to identify all stakeholders, collect their requirements and ensure they understand the implications of the software. The gap between stakeholders’ vision of the proposed software and the analysis's depiction of that software is the cause of shortcomings in analysis. If the requirements specified by analysts can be tested against stakeholders' expectations, then this gap might be narrowed, and better solutions might be resulted. This paper discusses the impact of the activities of the analysis phase on the development process and on the software itself. It describes the development of the ReqVerifier tool and proposes a systematic approach on how to test software requirements and verify them against stakeholders’ vision in order to develop a good software requirement for a quality software.

全球化的发展日新月异,处于新兴市场国家的印尼正逐步融入全球经济,企业纷纷加大了国际化步伐。印尼企业董事会是企业战略决策和实施的主体,在实施国际化战略中发挥了重要的作用。已有研究较少以印尼企业为研究对象探讨公司治理结构、国际化战略对企业绩效的影响。本研究以印尼制造业上市公司为研究对象,整合高阶梯队理论、资源依赖理论,通过理论模型构建,假设提出和实证检验,探讨董事背景、国际化战略与企业绩效的关系,将丰富相关研究内容。本研究首先对研究对象即印尼制造业进行实际背景的阐述,同时对相关理论背景进行整理以及归纳,根据研究背景提出研究问题以及目标后,进一步针对研究主题进行文献综述和分析,从而提炼出本研究主题的主要假设。基于以上思路,针对本研究设计研究模型以及具体分析方法,同时利用所获得并且整理后的二手数据,2016-2020年印尼制造业上市公司数据,运用Stata16进行统计分析。对本研究假设进行检验以及确保研究的稳健性。最后对于本研究结果进行总结并且提出有效建议以及研究展望。研究结果表明:第一、海外工作背景董事对于企业绩效有正向影响;第二、关联背景董事对企业绩效有负向影响,但具有海外经历的关联背景董事对企业绩效有正向影响;第三、国际化程度在海外工作背景董事与企业绩效之间具有部分中介作用。本研究成果不仅丰富了公司治理、国际化战略的研究内容,拓展了高阶梯队理论应用空间,而且还为印尼制造企业国际化提供理论指导,帮助企业顺利进入国际市场,不断提高国际竞争力。
