Fuelwood is the main source of the energy in mountainous ***,annual wood consumption is very *** on fuelwood resources,and their extraction and availability is very ***,present study was carried out to study the diversity of fuelwood species,annual collection,preference and availability of fuel species in the *** four species(25 trees and 9 shrubs) were extracted for fuel by the *** collection and species preference was highest for Picea smithiana,Cedrus deodara,Indigofera heterantha,Pinus wallchiana and Sorbaria tomentosa,*** use index indicating use pressure was highest for ***,***,*** and Abies pindrow,*** native species,some non-native horticultural and agroforestry species such as Malus pumila,***,Celtis australis,*** also being used as *** species showed their availability in eight forest types whereas,population and regeneration status was ***,immediate actions are suggested to sustain current and future demand of *** afforestation of degraded,uncultivated and marginal lands through high quality and preferred fuel species might reduce pressure on wild and selective species.

The mountains of Southwest China comprise a significant large mountain range and biodiversity hotspot imperiled by global climate *** high species diversity in this mountain system has long been attributed to a complex set of factors,and recent large-scale macroevolutionary investigations have placed a broad timeline on plant diversification that stretches from 10 million years ago(Mya)to the *** our increasing understanding of the temporal mode of speciation,finer-scale populationlevel investigations are lacking to better refine these temporal trends and illuminate the abiotic and biotic influences of cryptic *** is largely due to the dearth of organismal sampling among closely related species and populations,spanning the incredible size and topological heterogeneity of this *** study dives into these evolutionary dynamics of speciation using genomic and ecomorphological data of Stellera chamaejasme *** identified four previously unrecognized cryptic species having indistinct morphological traits and large metapopulation of evolving lineages,suggesting a more recent diversification(~2.67-0.90 Mya),largely influenced by Pleistocene glaciation and biotic *** factors likely influenced allopatric speciation and advocated cyclical warming–cooling episodes along elevational gradients during the *** study refines the evolutionary timeline to be much younger than previously implicated and raises the concern that projected future warming may influence the alpine species diversity,necessitating increased conservation efforts.

Machine learning(ML) is well suited for the prediction of high-complexity,high-dimensional problems such as those encountered in terminal *** evaluate the performance of four popular ML-based regression models,extreme gradient boosting(XGboost),artificial neural network(ANN),support vector regression(SVR),and Gaussian process regression(GP),on two common terminal ballistics’ problems:(a)predicting the V50ballistic limit of monolithic metallic armour impacted by small and medium calibre projectiles and fragments,and(b) predicting the depth to which a projectile will penetrate a target of semi-infinite *** achieve this we utilise two datasets,each consisting of approximately 1000samples,collated from public release *** demonstrate that all four model types provide similarly excellent agreement when interpolating within the training data and diverge when extrapolating outside this *** extrapolation is not advisable for ML-based regression models,for applications such as lethality/survivability analysis,such capability is *** circumvent this,we implement expert knowledge and physics-based models via enforced monotonicity,as a Gaussian prior mean,and through a modified loss *** physics-informed models demonstrate improved performance over both classical physics-based models and the basic ML regression models,providing an ability to accurately fit experimental data when it is available and then revert to the physics-based model when *** resulting models demonstrate high levels of predictive accuracy over a very wide range of projectile types,target materials and thicknesses,and impact conditions significantly more diverse than that achievable from any existing analytical *** with numerical analysis tools such as finite element solvers the ML models run orders of magnitude *** provide some general guidelines throughout for the development,application,and reporting of ML models in terminal ballist

Apple pomace is a waste biomass generated after apple fruit *** present investigation,efforts were made to comprehend influence of differently dried pomace on cell wall properties and phenolic *** drying techniques were employed to remove moisture content from fresh apple *** dietary fiber yield(74%)and array of functional properties such as density,water and oil holding capacity,swelling capacity and glucose dialysis retardation index(36.91%)was found better in freeze dried *** higher total phenolics(5.78±0.08 mg GAE/g dry weight)content was also recorded in freeze dried fraction followed by oven and sun *** 50%aqueous acetone was found as more efficient solvent for extraction of phenolic ***-HPLC analysis has revealed presence of quercetin,phloridzin and phloretin as major ***,it is evident from the results that pomace generated at industrial scale can be utilized as a source of dietary food ingredient.

目的通过网络药理学及分子对接技术探讨木犀草素抗急性肺损伤的作用机制,并进行实验验证。方法利用PubChem和SwissTargetPrediction数据库预测木犀草素作用的相关靶点;通过GeneCards数据库收集急性肺损伤相关靶点;以Venny 2.1绘制韦恩图,并得到药物与疾病的共同靶点;应用String在线平台建立蛋白互作网络(PPI),通过Cytoscape 3.8.2软件筛选出核心靶点;利用DAVID数据库将共同靶点进行GO功能富集分析和KEGG通路富集分析,将其结果可视化;最后,通过Auto Dock软件进行分子对接,并运用Pymol对分子结果进行可视化。构建小鼠急性肺损伤模型,采用苏木精伊红(HE)染色检测组织病理学,蛋白免疫印迹(Western blot)检测肺组织中相关蛋白。结果经筛选得到85个共同靶点,其中,核心靶点有AKT1、EGFR、SRC、MMP9、ESR1、PTGS2等。GO富集分析获得生物过程265条,主要包括信号转导、蛋白磷酸化、凋亡过程的负调控等过程;细胞组成48条,主要包括质膜、细胞溶质、细胞质等;分子功能107条,主要包括ATP结合、蛋白丝氨酸/苏氨酸/酪氨酸激酶活性、蛋白激酶活性等。KEGG通路富集分析共获得92条信号通路,主要作用于PI3K-AKT信号通路、Erbb信号通路、VEGF信号通路等。分子对接结果显示木犀草素与核心靶点AKT1、EGFR、SRC、MMP9、ESR1、PTGS2、MMP2、GSK3b、KDR、PARP1均具有良好的对接活性,其中ERS1、GSK3b、MMP2结合能低于-5.0 kal·mol^(-1),与木犀草素之间的亲和力更强。肺组织病理学结果显示,木犀草素在LPS诱导的小鼠急性肺损伤模型中,能够抑制炎症浸润,有较强的抗炎作用。Western blot实验显示,木犀草素可能通过抑制AKT的磷酸化缓解炎症反应。结论木犀草素可通过多靶点、多途径机制发挥抗急性肺损伤的作用,其中可能与抑制AKT的磷酸化密切相关。

The polymeric gel electrolytes are attractive owing to their higher ionic conductivities than those of dry polymer electrolytes and lowered water activity for enlarged potential ***,the ionic conductivity and mechanical strength of the Na-ion conducting polymeric gel electrolytes are limited by below 20 mS cm−1 and 2.2 ***,we demonstrate Na-ion conducting and flexible polymeric hydrogel electrolytes of the chemically coupled poly(diallyldimethylammonium chloride)-dextrin-N,N′-methylene-bisacrylamide film immersed in NaClO_(4) solution(ex-DDA-Dex+NaClO_(4))for flexible sodium-ion hybrid capacitors(f-NIHC).In particular,the anion exchange reaction and synergistic interaction of ex-DDA-Dex with the optimum ClO_(4)−enable to greatly improve the ionic conductivity up to 27.63 mS cm−1 at 25◦C and electrochemical stability window up to 2.6 V,whereas the double networking structure leads to achieve both the mechanical strength(7.48 MPa)and softness of hydrogel ***,the f-NIHCs with the ex-DDA-Dex+NaClO_(4) achieved high specific and high-rate capacities of 192.04 F g^(−1)at 500 mA g^(−1)and 116.06 F g^(−1)at 10000 mA g^(−1),respectively,delivering a large energy density of 120.03Wh kg^(−1)at 906Wkg^(−1)and long cyclability of 70%over 500 cycles as well as demonstrating functional operation under mechanical stresses.

Melts of lead bismuth gallate compositions are highly corrosive and attack on crucibles of different materials. In the present study, corrosion by a base glass (50PbO-30bi2O3-20Ga2O3 in mole fraction) melted using different crucibles and the effect on UV-VIS and IR edges were studied. by melting the base glass in platinum/2% rhodium, gold zirconia and alumina crucibles showed less effect on the IR edge and therefore shifted the infrared edge to longer wavelength, whereas silica crucible contaminated the glass, causing a severe deterioration in the infrared and hence shifted infrared edge to much shorter wavelength. In the UV-VIS region, base glass melted in platinum/2% rhodium crucible shifted the edge to the longest wavelength whereas silica crucible shifted the edge to shorter wavelength. The contaminants from gold, zirconia and alumina crucibles caused the UV-VIS edge of the base glass to lie between the two extremes of Pt/2% Rh and SiO2 crucibles. The glasses melted in above mentioned crucibles were also characterized with inductively coupled plasma spectroscopy (ICP) analysis to measure the level of contamination from the crucibles. Depending upon crucible used, the colors of glasses obtained ranged from red to yellow.

Petri net(PN) is one of the promising computational and mathematical formalisms used to represent and study the behavior of complex metabolic networks. The various available analysis techniques of PN could be used to validate and analyze the network in different scenarios. Plasmodium falciparum is one of the threatening parasites which causes malaria, a deadly disease affecting a large number of today’s world population. The development of antimalarial drug resistance is an emerging global threat, highlighting the need to discover novel antimalarial targets. The fatty acid biosynthesis of malarial parasite is one of the essential metabolic pathways required for its growth and is present in apicoplast, a non-photosynthetic plastid. The malarial parasite obtains fatty acids by using type two fatty acid synthase(FAS II) enzyme,which is different from type one enzyme used by human host, making it an ideal drug *** article proposes and studies the PN model of the parasite’s FAS II pathway to analyze the mechanism of potential drug targets in this pathway. The proposed PN model can serve as a base for further findings in the field of antimalarial drug targets to decrease the malaria mortality rate.

目的基于深度学习的方法,利用知识图谱构建中医药知识库,探寻联合模型在中医药智能问答系统的应用。方法以《方剂学》和《中药学》规划教材为基础建立知识图谱,作为智能问答系统的知识来源,本研究提出一种bERT+Slot-Gated(bSG)深度学习模型,获取用户自然问题中包含的中医药实体和问句意图,通过实体和意图在知识图谱检索答案返回给用户,运用Flask框架和bSG模型研发中医药智能问答系统。结果构建了包含3149个实体和6891个关系三元组的中医药知识图谱,通过问题语料测试,本系统在回答中医药20类问题的实体识别F1值为0.9969,意图识别准确率为99.75%,表明本系统具有较高的实用性和可行性,并通过微信公众号平台实现了用户与系统交互。结论本文所提出的bSG模型通过提高向量维度在实验中取得了较好的结果,表明联合模型方法的有效性,可为实现中医药智能问答系统提供新的研究思路。

In many industrial applications,heat transfer and tangent hyperbolic fluid flow processes have been garnering increasing attention,owing to their immense importance in technology,engineering,and *** processes are relevant for polymer solutions,porous industrial materials,ceramic processing,oil recovery,and fluid *** present tangent hyperbolic fluid flow and heat transfer model accurately predicts the shear-thinning phenomenon and describes the blood flow ***,the entropy production analysis of a non-Newtonian tangent hyperbolic material flow through a vertical microchannel with a quadratic density temperature fluctuation(quadratic/nonlinear boussinesq approximation)is performed in the present *** impacts of the hydrodynamic flow and Newton’s thermal conditions on the flow,heat transfer,and entropy generation are *** governing nonlinear equations are solved with the spectral quasi-linearization method(SQLM).The obtained results are compared with those calculated with a finite element method and the bvp4c *** addition,the effects of key parameters on the velocity of the hyperbolic tangent material,the entropy generation,the temperature,and the Nusselt number are *** entropy generation increases with the buoyancy force,the pressure gradient factor,the non-linear convection,and the Eckert *** non-Newtonian fluid factor improves the magnitude of the velocity *** power-law index of the hyperbolic fluid and the Weissenberg number are found to be favorable for increasing the temperature *** buoyancy force caused by the nonlinear change in the fluid density versus temperature improves the thermal energy of the system.
