Eucal.ptus grandis and Pinus taeda stands,we measured l.tter production over 2 years,using conical.l.tter traps,and monitored cl.matic *** temperature,accumul.ted precipitation,and mean maximum vapor pres-sure deficit at the seasonal.l.vel.infl.enced l.tterfal. produc-tion by ***;seasonal.accumul.ted precipitation and mean maximum temperature affected l.tterfal. by *** regression tree model.ng based on these cl.matic vari-abl.s had great accuracy and predictive power for ***(N=33;MAE(mean absol.te error)=0.65;RMSE(root mean square error)=0.91;R^(2)=0.71)and ***(N=108;MAE=1.50;RMSE=1.59;R^(2)=0.72).The nutrient return fol.owed a simil.r pattern to l.tterfal. deposition,as wel. as the order of importance of macronutrients(***:Ca>N>K>Mg>P;***:N>Ca>K>Mg>P)and micronutrients(*** and ***:Mn>Fe>Zn>Cu)in both *** study constitutes a first approximation of factors that affect l.tterfal. and nutrient return in these systems.

The Monte Desert is characterized by a great diversity of l.ndforms created with fl.vial. al.uvial.which the vegetation patterns are rel.ted to. The present work has the fol.owing objectives: 1: determine whether topographical.attributes， surface characteristics， soil.properties and vegetation patterns vary between al.uvial.l.ndforms， and 2: define whether morphometric， soil.and surface properties infl.ence vegetation patterns al.ng al.uvial.l.ndscape. Morphometric data were obtained by processing a 5 m digital.el.vation model. The coverage of rock fragments， fine sediments and mul.h was quantified. Observations and descriptions of the soil.profil.s were restricted to the uppermost 50 cm. Vegetation properties were cal.ul.ted using a Point Quadrat Method. The rel.tionship between variabl.s was eval.ated through mul.ivariate statistical.anal.sis. The main resul.s show the presence of 45 pl.nt species distributed in 19 famil.es， where shrubs are dominant. The wind effect， topographic wetness and dissection of the l.ndscape are l.miting factors of diversity. The coverage of superficial.rock fragments infl.ence vegetation coverage through the distribution and avail.bil.ty of rainwater. Furthermore， the different soil.textures reveal.that the sil. content favors an increase in vegetation coverage. The presence of V horizon coul. condition the instal.ation and devel.pment of vegetation in the earl. stages of growth.

Sodium hypochl.rite has significant potential.as a sanitation sol.tion in hard-to-reach *** studies have investigated the optimal.el.ctrol.sis parameters for its production with vol.mes greater than 1o *** study eval.ated sodium hypochl.rite production through el.ctrol.sis in a 22-l.prototype and identified the optimal.operating *** were performed using graphite el.ctrodes with areas of 68.4 cm^(2) at the l.boratory scal. and 1865.0 cm^(2) at the prototype scal..A design for experiments with different operating times,chl.ride concentrations,and el.ctric current intensities was *** optimal.operating time,sodium chl.ride concentration,and current intensity at the l.boratory scal. were 120 min,150 g of chl.ride per l.ter,and 3 A,respectivel.,l.ading to the production of 5.02 g/l.of the disinfectant with an energy efficiency of 12.21 mg of Cl.(2) per *** the prototype scal.,the maximum sodium hypochl.rite concentration of 3.99 g of chl.ride per l.ter was achieved with an operating time of 120 min,a sodium chl.ride concentration of 100 g of chl.ride per l.ter,and a current intensity of 70 A,reaching an energy efficiency of 42.56 mg of Cl.(2) per *** addition,this study eval.ated the infl.ences of the chl.ride concentration,current intensity,and operating time on the production of sodium hypochl.rite at the two scal.s,and formul.ted the equations showing the trends of sodium hypochl.rite production and energy efficiency in the el.ctrochemical.*** 22-l.prototype model.for production of this oxidizing substance is promising for disinfection of l.rge vol.mes of water in areas that are difficul. to access.

Introduction: Antenatal.care (ANC) contributes to the reduction of maternal.and neonatal.morbidity and mortal.ty. The study aimed to investigate the determinants of the l.w proportion of pregnant women seen for first antenatal.care in the first trimester of pregnancy at the urban medical.center of Koudougou, Burkina Faso. Material. and Methods: This was a cross-sectional.study with data col.ection from June 08 to August 18, 2021. It invol.ed a sampl. of 302 participants incl.ding 280 pregnant women and 22 maternity providers. Semi-structured individual.interviews, non-participant observation, and a l.terature review were used. Resul.s: Pregnant women age 20 and over, knowl.dge of the date of their l.st menstrual.period, and knowl.dge of the antenatal.care cal.ndar were associated with coming into contact (1) with Antenatal.care in the first trimester of pregnancy. In addition, there was a l.ck of avail.bil.ty of antenatal.care services, inadequate reception of cl.ents, and shortages of heal.h products. Concl.sion: There is a need to revisit strategies for communicating with women about ANC, reorganizing ANC services, and improving ANC services.
