Food contamination from natural or anthropogenic sources poses severe risks to human health. It is now largely accepted that continuous exposure to low doses of food Toxins such as mycotoxins, phycotoxins can be related to several chronic diseases, including some type of cancer and serious hormonal dysfunctions. Contemporary analytical methods have the sensitivity required for contamination detection and quantification, but direct application of these methods on real samples can be rarely performed because of matrix complexity. Thus, selective analytical methods, relying on intelligent functional materials are needed. Recent years have seen the increasing use of molecular imprinted polymers in contaminant analysis in food because these materials seem to be particularly suitable for applications where analyte selectivity is essential. It offers several advantages to the agrofood industry in areas such as analysis, sensoring, extraction, or preconcentration of components. It has the potential of becoming a tool for acquiring truly simple, rapid, and robust direct measurements.

Raman scattering provides a convenient mechanism to generate or amplify light at wavelengths where gain is not otherwise *** combined with recent advancements in high-power fiber lasers that operate at wavelengths~2μm,great opportunities exist for Raman systems that extend operation further into the mid-infrared regime for applications such as gas sensing,spectroscopy,and biomedical ***,a thulium-doped fiber laser is used to demonstrate Raman emission and amplification from a highly nonlinear silicon core fiber(SCF)platform at wavelengths beyond 2μ*** SCF has been tapered to obtain a micrometer-sized core diameter(~1.6μm)over a length of 6 cm,with losses as low as 0.2 dB cm^(−1).A maximum on-off peak gain of 30.4 dB was obtained using 10 W of peak pump power at 1.99μm,with simulations indicating that the gain could be increased to up to~50 dB by extending the SCF *** also show that by exploiting the large Raman gain and extended mid-infrared transparency of the SCF,cascaded Raman processes could yield tunable systems with practical output powers across the 2–5μm range.

构建自然灾害综合风险防范信息服务业务技术体系是支撑新时代防灾减灾救灾工作的必然要求。文章聚焦全链条、多主体、多灾种综合风险防范信息服务需求,建立了自然灾害综合风险防范信息服务的技术体系框架,构建了涵盖常态减灾和灾前预防、灾中救援、灾后恢复重建等非常态救灾全过程的综合风险防范信息服务产品体系,建立了信息产品开发、行业数据协同、网络大数据挖掘、信息服务平台集成等方面的关键技术。其中,信息产品体系构建从灾害管理过程、主要业务类型和工作任务方面进行三级分类。信息产品开发方面研发了基于致灾、灾情、救灾3类标准灾害信息要素的灾害信息产品制作、表达和动态定制技术;行业数据协同方面研发了双向自适应的部门微服务数据共享新机制及多部门多源异构数据接入、融合处理技术;网络大数据挖掘领域研发了基于网页、移动通信、社交网络、物联网等网络大数据的致灾、灾情、救灾要素信息挖掘与融合分析技术;信息服务集成平台搭建领域研发了基于云服务架构的时空分布式大数据管理、业务工具模型集成、“云+端”多渠道信息服务技术。该技术体系解决灾害信息服务时效性不高、完备性不足等问题,为开辟与政府部门统计并行的灾害信息数据获取新途径提供了技术支撑。

Hematological indices as predictors of mortality in dengue shock syndrome: A retrospective study

Objective:To explore predictive hematological parameters on admission which are associated with mortality in NS1 positive dengue shock syndrome ***:Demographic characteristics,hematological parameters,and the outcome of NS1 positive dengue shock syndrome patients without any comorbidity and coexisting infections were collected from the Intensive Care Unit and the results were compared between the survivor and non-survivor ***:The mean age was(30.77±11.48)years and 56(56.6%)patients were *** of the total 99 patients,72(72.27%)patients were successfully discharged and 27(27.27%)patients eventually succumbed to *** most common hematological finding was thrombocytopenia(95.95%),followed by anemia(52.52%)and decreased mean platelet volume(37.37%).After controlling other variables,logistic regression analysis showed that absolute neutrophil count and mean platelet volume were associated with ***:Total leucocyte count,absolute neutrophil count,and total platelet count are significantly higher,and mean platelet volume is significantly lower in the non-survivor group as compared to the survivor *** neutrophil count and mean platelet volume are predictors associated with mortality.

为了在焊接析出硬化铜铬锆(PH-CuCrZr)合金时保持结构的一致性,采用电子束焊接(EBW)工艺。对PH-CuCrZr合金零件的EBW过程进行实验研究和数值模拟,建立三维有限元模型,以预测输出响应(焊道熔透和焊道宽度)与EBW输入参数(电子束电流、加速电压和焊接速度)之间的函数关系。采用一种具有高斯热分布的圆形、园锥形复合热源模拟EBW过程的深熔焊特性。在Ansys软件中开发用户自定义函数,进行数值模拟。将数值模拟结果与实验结果进行比较,两者吻合较好。所建模型可用于EBW过程中广泛涉及复杂几何形状问题的参数研究。输入电流是对焊道熔透和焊道宽度影响最大的输入参数,其贡献率分别为44.56%和81.13%。

Development of a Novel Reusable Real Time Monitoring Glucose Sensor Based on Nanostructured Conducting Polyaniline (NSPANI)

A novel mediatorless reusable glucose biosensor with a remarkable shelf life has been fabricated on electrodeposited film of chemically synthesized nanostructured polyaniline (NSPANI) on indium tin oxide (ITO) coated glass plates using cyclic voltammetry. Glucose oxidase has been covalently immobilized on electrodeposited NSPANI film to fabricate a glucose bioelectrode (GOx/NSPANI-SDS/ITO). The results of linear sweep voltammetry and the high value of heterogeneous rate constant as obtained using Laviron equation indicates that GOx/NSPANI-SDS/ITO bioelectrode can detect glucose in the range of 0.5 to 10.00 mM with high sensitivity of 13.9 μA?mM?1 with a fast response time of 12 seconds. The linear regression analysis of bioelectrode reveals standard deviation and correlation coefficient of 6 μA and 0.994, respectively. The low value of Michaelis-Menten constant (Km) estimated as 0.28 mM using Lineweaver-Burke plot indicates high affinity of glucose oxidase enzyme to glucose and transfer rate. The GOx/NSPANI-SDS/ITO bioelectrode exhibits uniform activity for 12 weeks under refrigerated conditions;however the study is further going on. Attempts have been made to utilize this electrode for estimation of glucose in blood serum and results are found to be within 11% error. The unique features of this novel electrode lie on its reusability, real time monitoring, reproducibility and remarkable shelf life apart from the wide linear range, high sensitivity, low Km value, high heterogeneous electron-transfer constant etc.

近年来,三元NCM锂离子电池因其高的能量密度,而成为新能源汽车动力电源的首选。但是它的热安全性和热稳定性也受到了广泛的关注,由于电池内部电化学反应和热特性不能通过实验直接测量研究。因此,有必要使用数字仿真模拟技术来解决这些挑战。由于温度在放电过程中不断地发生变化,会直接影响电化学模型中的某些特定参数的变化,因而仅凭电化学模型难以获得准确可靠的结果。因此,建立电化学模型和热模型之间的耦合至关重要。基于此,本论文将电化学模型与热模型耦合,建立了3D有限元平均电化学热耦合模型来研究电池的电化学和热特性。此外,通过多参数的优化技术来改善电池热性能。主要研究内容如下:首先,以30 Ah NCM三元锂离子电池为研究对象,对其进行了性能测试,包括放电测试和直流内阻(DCR)测试等,以确保其电化学性能和热性能满足研究要求。从这些测试中获得的参考数据,即放电过程中的电压变化和温升变化,用于验证所开发模型的准确性和有效性。其次,在COMSOL Multiphysics5.4上建立了30 Ah电池的3D有限元平均电化学热耦合模型,并通过实验数据验证了其准确性和有效性。在电压和温升方面该模型实验与仿真曲线结果一致,从而验证了其有效性和可靠性以模拟准确的结果。再者,通过使用已开发的3D耦合模型,利用6个电池几何和材料参数对内部电化学现象和热特性的影响进行了详细分析和讨论。这6个参数分别为:放电倍率C,初始温度T,电池的厚度L,正极活性物质的粒径d,正极的厚度L,以及正极中固相的体积分数?。由于研究的重点是三元阳极LIB,因此只选择与正极相关的参数进行讨论。从电化学性能的角度,研究了所选参数对放电容量曲线、沿电极的电解质和锂离子浓度分布、沿活性物质颗粒半径的范式等效应力分布以及电极中电流密度的分布的影响。此外,从热特性的角度,研究了参数对单电池及其各个部分中的发热、电池容量变化和热分布的变化的影响。结果表明:C和T对电池的放电容量和电压有显著影响;电池内部金属结构产热与该处电流密度有关;电池的散热能力随着长径比的增加而降低,而长径比的增加则会导致电池的热积累、热梯度和温度的升高;固相体积分数与电极厚度对电池电化学特性与热特性影响相一致;较高的换热系数虽然提高了电池的安全性,降低了电池的温度,但也会导致电池的电化学和热特性之间的不均匀性。最后,优化上述参数以改善电池的热性能。在此过程中,将多参数优化模型与响应面方法(RSM)结合使用,从而最大程度地降低电池温度升高。参数的最佳值用于单电池模型,以确保多参数优化模型的可靠性。结果表明,优化之后,电池温度温升下降了10%。

The carbon nanotube field effect transistor （CNTFET） is modelled for circuit application. The model is based on the transport mechanism and it directly relates the transport mechanism with the chirality. Also, it does not consider self consistent equations and thus is used to develop the HSPICE compatible circuit model. For validation of the model, it is applied to the top gate CNTFET structure and the MATLAB simulation results are compared with the simulations of a similar structure created in NanoTCAD ViDES. For demonstrating the circuit compatibility of the model, two circuits viz. inverter and SRAM are designed and simulated in HSPICE. Finally, SRAM performance metrics are compared with those of device simulations from NanoTCAD ViDES.

Aliphatic homo-polypeptoids of NAla, NVal, NIle and NLeu both in the presence and absence of protecting groups adopt helical structures without hydrogen bonds with Φ, Ψ values of ~ 0, ± 90° with trans amide bonds. These structures are stabilized by carbonyl-carbonyl interactions and characterized by ~ 3.16 residues per turn with a pitch of ~ 6.13 ?. It has been shown that like polyvaline and polyleucine peptides, poly-peptoids can also be exploited for the construction of potential surfactant like molecules by incorporating charged amino acid residues at the N terminal. A single-handed template with Φ, Ψ values of ~ 0, 90° can be attained by incorporating L-leu or L-val at the C-terminal of poly-NIle. Analysis of the simulation results in water as a function of time reveals that the opening of helical structures without hydrogen bonds takes place at sub-picosecond time scale starting from the N-terminal. This leads to the formation of collagen or inverse-collagen type structures (Φ, Ψ ~ -60, 145° and 60, -145° respectively) stabilized by interactions of water molecules with the backbone carbonyl groups.
