A reliability evaluation method for embryonic cellular array based on Markov status graph model

Due to the limitations of the existing fault detection methods in the embryonic cellular array(ECA), the fault detection coverage cannot reach 100%. In order to evaluate the reliability of the ECA more accurately, embryonic cell and its input and output(I/O) resources are considered as a whole, named functional unit(FU). The FU fault detection coverage parameter is introduced to ECA reliability analysis, and a new ECA reliability evaluation method based on the Markov status graph model is *** experiment results indicate that the proposed ECA reliability evaluation method can evaluate the ECA reliability more effectively and accurately. Based on the proposed reliability evaluation method, the influence of parameters change on the ECA reliability is studied, and simulation experiment results show that ECA reliability can be improved by increasing the FU fault detection coverage and reducing the FU failure rate. In addition, by increasing the scale of the ECA, the reliability increases to the maximum first, and then it will decrease continuously. ECA reliability variation rules can not only provide theoretical guidance for the ECA optimization design, but also point out the direction for further research.

Embryonic Array(EA) with different configuration methods will directly affect its reliability and hardware consumption. At present, EA configuration design is lack of quantitative analysis method. In order to reasonably optimize EA configuration design, an EA configuration optimization design method is proposed, which is based on the constraints of EA hardware consumption and reliability. Through the analysis of EA working process and composition, quantitative analysis of EA reliability and hardware consumption are completed. Based on the constraints of EA hardware consumption and reliability, the mathematical model of EA configuration optimization design is established, which transfers EA configuration optimization design into an integer nonlinear programming model problem. According to the difference of the fitness value of individual waiting for mutation in population, adaptive mutation operator and crossover operator are selected, and a novel Modified Adaptive Differential Evolution(MADE) algorithm is proposed,which is used to solve EA configuration optimization design problem. Simulation experiments and analysis indicate that the MADE is able to effectively improve the speed, accuracy and stability of algorithm. Moreover, the proposed EA configuration optimization design method can select the most reasonable EA configuration design, and play an important guiding role in EA optimization design.

非中心t分布评估是GB/Z 6113.403-2020给出的EMC符合性确定统计评估的三种方法之一。文章基于标准给出的非中心t分布基本评估方法,分别对该评估方法在发射类项目、敏感度类项目上的具体应用进行了研究,给出了具体的数据处理方法和评估步骤,并对30个相同测试样本的测试数据进行多种组合评估和分析,发现该评估方法与样本数量及样本特性的一致性有很大关系。最后给出了评估样本的选取建议,旨在为电磁兼容非中心t分布测试符合性统计评定提供参考。

Objective To determine whether testosterone modulates markers of cardiomyocytes aging via its classic androgen receptor （AR）-dependent pathway or conversion to estradiol. Methods Male littermates and testicular feminized （Tfm） mice were randomly separated into 4 experimental groups： littermate controls （n=8）, Tfm mice （n=7）, testosterone-treated Tfm mice （n=8） and Tfm mice treated with testosterone in combination with the aromatase inhibitor anastrazole （n=7）. Cardiomyocytes were isolated from mouse left ventricles, the activity of superoxide dismutase （SOD） and glutathione peroxidase （GSH-Px）, and the amount of malondialdehyde （MDA） were measured us- ing colorimetry method, and expression of p l 6~NKga and retinoblastoma （Rb） proteins were detected by Western blotting. Results The SOD and GSH-Px enzyme activities of cardiomyocytes were decreased, and the MDA levels and the expression of p l 6INK＊a and Rb proteins were increased in Tfm mice compared with control mice. An increase was observed in the activities of SOD and GSH-Px enzyme as well as a decrease in MDA levels and the expression of p 16~NK4a and Rb proteins in the testosterone-treated Tfm mice. After co-treatment with anastrazole in Tfm mice, these improvement were partly inhib- ited. Conclusion Physiological testosterone replacement can delay cardiomyocyte aging in Tfm mice, an effect that is independent of the AR pathway and in part conversion to estradiol.

A novel and simple procedure for synthesis of azanucleoside by Mitsunobu reaction between N-（p-nitrobenzyloxycarbonyl）- trans-4-hydroxy-D-proline methyl ester obtained from trans-4-hydroxy-L-proline after six-step reaction and 2-fluoro-6-azidopurine is described, and azanucleoside is fluorinated by new fluridizer 2,2-difluoro-1,3-dimethylimidazolidine （DFI）. All reactions could be carried out under mild condition.

Abstract In this study, a kind of fluorinated copolyfluorene, named poly[（4-（octyloxy）-9,9-diphenylfluorene-2,7-diyl）-alt- （2,3,5,6-tetrafluoro-1,4-phenylene）] （PODPF-TFP）, is synthesized by facile palladium-based direct aromatization. Compared to the non-fluorinated counterpart, poly[（4-（octyloxy）-9,9-diphenylfluorene-2,7-diyl）-alt-（p-phenylene）] （PODPF-P）, deeper HOMO/LUMO energy level combined with steric hindrance effect endow PODPF-TFP with excellent spectra and morphology stability. Finally, organic field-effect transistor （OFET） memory devices are fabricated with PODPF-P/PODPF- TFP as the dielectric layers, and they both exhibit flash type storage characteristic. Owing to the electronegativity of fluorine atom, the device based on PODPF-TFP exhibits larger memory window and more stable Ion/Ioff ratio during a retention time of 10^4 s as well as a better aging stability. The present study suggests that fluorinated p-n copolyfluorene electrets could enhance the capabilities of charge trapping and storage, which are promising for OFET memory devices.

This paper gives a stylistic analysis of the listening and reading part in CET-4 and CET-6 to show it is important for non-English majors to have some knowledge of stylistics.

Molecular aggregates in conjugated polymer（CP） solution can propagate into mesoscale morphology of the relevant film and further dominate the optoelectronic property. Herein, we probed the aggregation behavior of poly（9,9-dioctylfluorene-2,7-diyl）（PFO） and studied its influence on the photophysical property in 1,2-dichloroethane（DCE） solution, where the contents of β-phase or-aggregates increased with prolonged aging time. Thereinto, high quality β-film was fabricated from DCE solution with critical aggregate time of 6 min. The film exhibited excellent surface morphology and characteristic emission of β-phase. Meanwhile, films prepared from aged DCE solutions exhibited high crystallinity, which was promising to obtain higher photoluminance efficiency and charge transport ability simultaneously. Therefore, it is significant to get deep insight into the aggregation behavior of CP, which is involved not only with the solution-processing technology of plastic device, but also with the optoelectronic property of CP.
