Due to the mechanical stability of PP layer,the PP/HDPE double-layer microporous mem brane could be prepared at a higher heat-setting temperatu re than that of PE monolayer *** this work,the effects of heat-setting temperature on the pore structure and properties of PP/HDPE dou ble-layer membrane were *** the increase of heat-setting temperature from 120℃to 130℃,the length of connecting bridge crystal and crystallinity in the PE layer increase due to the melting of thin lamellae and the stability of connecting bridge structure during *** corresponding air permeability,po rosity,wetta bility of liquid electrolyte and mechanical property of the heat-set microporous membrane increase,exhibiting better electrochemical ***,when the heat-setting temperature is further increased to 140℃,higher than the melting point of PE resin,some pores are closed since the lamellae and connecting bridges melt and shrink during heat-setting,resulting in a decrease of air permeability and *** contrast,there is negligible change in the PP layer within the above heat-setting temperature *** study successfully builds the relationship between the stable pore structure and property of microporous membrane during heat-setting,which is helpful to guide the production of high-pe rformance PP/PE/PP lithium batteries separator.

Acquiring descriptors to guide catalyst design is an ideal but challenging topic in the field of heterogeneous catalysis. Herein, the adsorption energy of H*(Ead（H）) has been established to describe the catalytic activity of dual-active sites of single-atom metals and frustrated Lewis pairs （FLPs） on the porous nanorod of CeO2surface （M1/PN-CeO2） for reverse water-gas shift （RWGS）reaction. H2and CO2molecules are adsorbed and activated on single-atom metals and FLP sites, respectively, facilitating the RWGS reaction through the H*spillover from single-atom metals to PN-CeO2supports. Mechanistic investigations illustrate that the generation of H*on the single-atom metals and subsequent migration towards FLP are critical steps, determining the performance of M1/PN–CeO2for RWGS reaction. A volcanic correlation is observed between Ead（H） and catalytic activity of M1/PN–CeO2for RWGS. The Pt1/PN–CeO2catalysts with a minimal deviation of-0.01 eV from the experimentally optimized Ead（H） of-1.88 eV, exhibited an exceptional turnover frequency of 33,605 h-1and surpassed a turnover number of 20,000,000for each Pt active site during a period of 650 h at 600°C. These findings could pave the way for the rational design of highly active and durable catalysts for RWGS reaction.

bACKGROUND Cannabis use has increased among young individuals in recent *** dependent cannabis use disorder(CUD)has been associated with various cardiac events,its effects on young adults without concurrent substance use remain *** To examine trends in hospitalizations for major adverse cardiac and cerebrovascular events(MACCE)in this *** used the National Inpatient Sample(2016-2019)to identify hospitalized young individuals(18-44 years),excluding those with concurrent substance usage(tobacco,alcohol,and cocaine).They were divided into CUD+and CUD-.Using International Classification of Diseases-10 codes,we examined the trends in MACCE hospitalizations,including all-cause mortality(ACM),acute myocardial infarction(AMI),cardiac arrest(CA),and acuteischemic stroke(AIS).RESULTSOf 27.4 million hospitalizations among young adults without concurrent substance abuse,4.2%(1.1 million)hadco-existent *** CUD+group,hospitalization rates for MACCE(1.71%vs 1.35%),AMI(0.86%vs 0.54%),CA(0.27%vs 0.24%),and AIS(0.49%vs 0.35%)were higher than in CUD-group(Pble between 2016 and *** CUD+group had higher rates of MACCE,but the rising trends were more apparent in the CUD-group ***,the CUD+group had lower ACM rates than the CUD-group.

Natural polysaccharides named PEP-0.1-1,PEP-0-1 and PEP-0-2 from edible mushroom species Pleurotus eryngii were obtained in the present *** showed that molecular weights of these polysaccharides were 3235,2041 and 23933 Da,***,structural characterization revealed that PEP-0.1-1 had a→4-α-D-Glcp-1→backbone and contained→4)-α-D-Glcp and→4)-β-D-Glcp reducing end ***-0-1 backbone contained→4-α-D-Glcp-1→and→6-α-3-O-Me-D-Galp-1→,and the side chains containedα-D-Glcp,β-D-Manp-1→andα-D-Glcp-3→.However,PEP-0-2 backbone consisted of→4-α-DGlcp-1→and→6-α-3-O-Me-D-Galp-(1→6)-α-D-Galp-1→while the side chains containedα-D-Glcp andβ-D-Manp-1→.biological activity analysis was then carried out and found that all these polysaccharides could significantly suppress the relative mRNA expression of toll-like receptor 4,nitric oxide(NO),tumor necrosis factor-α,interleukin(IL)-1βand IL-6 in lipopolysaccharide(LPS)-induced inflammation of RAW264.7 cells,as well as the over secretion of the above cell ***,Western blotting analysis revealed that all these purified fractions displayed significant inhibition effects on the expression of c-Jun N-terminal kinases protein induced by LPS in mitogen activated protein kinase pathway,along with the relieving on the inhibition effect of LPS on Iκb-αprotein *** summary,the information generated by the present study could provide a theoretical basis for the exploration of novel healthy food materials from edible mushroom with antiinflammation activities.

The incidence rate and harmfulness of depression are increasing yearly， and the research on the antidepressant effect of regulating the intestinal microecology balance has attracted widespread attention. The purpose of this research was to study the preventive effects and the regulatory mechanism of edible Lilium-egg yolk compound powder(Chinese abbreviation， bHT) on gut-brain crosstalk in depressive rats induced by chronic unpredictable mild stress(CUMS) through the "microbiota-gut-brain" axis. Results showed that infusion of bHT for 21 days ameliorated the morphology of the hippocampus and colon， increased the rate of sucrose preference， reduced the immobility time of forced swimming， increased the expression level of anti-inflammatory cytokine Interleukin-10 (IL-10) in serum， up-regulate the expression level of plasma neurotransmitter 5-hydroxy tryptamine (5-HT)， down-regulate the expression of inflammatory factors tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α)， interleukin-6 (IL-6)， and interleukin-1β (IL-1β) and neurotransmitter glutamic acid (Glu) in serum， and decrease the expression levels of lipopolysaccharide (LPS)， diamine oxidase (DAO) and lactate dehydrogenase (LD) in plasma. The underlying mechanism may be to reduce the activation of microglia (lower levels of CD11b， Iba1 protein and gene expression)， regulate hippocampal GR/bDNF/NPY signal pathway (higher levels of GR， bDNF， NPY protein and gene expression)， enhance intestinal mucosal barrier function (higher levels of ZO-1， Occludin protein and gene expression)， regulate the composition and structure of intestinal flora(Analysis results of LEfSe combined with random forest showed that Prevotella and Paraprevotella might be biomarkers of bHT intervention in depression)， and it is related to the improvement of glutathione metabolism， and other metabolic pathways. 针对复杂多变的水面环境中,小目标检测精度低、漏检率高且检测平台计算资源有限的问题,提出了一种基于Efficientdet-D0融合位置信息和上下文的水面目标检测方法.首先,采用坐标注意力机制对主干特征提取网络的主要模块移动翻转瓶颈卷积进行改进,将目标的位置信息集成到通道注意力中,提高网络对水面小目标的检测能力;其次,在特征融合网络biFPN中引入Cot模块,增强特征融合网络对特征图相邻和全局上下文的获取能力,进一步提高检测小目标的能力;最后,为优化预测网络训练,将预测网络激活函数替换为H-swish.在WSODD测试集中的实验结果表明,本文模型的mAP相比于原始模型提高了16.95%,漏检率下降明显,且本文模型参数量小于大多现有模型,证明了本文方法在水面目标检测模型中的有效性.
