This.work was.undertaken to es.ablis. a new experimental model of hepatic fibros.s.by gamma irradiation and CCl4 and to s.udy the hepatoprotective effect of Reis.i Mus.room (RM) agains. hepatic fibros.s.induced in that model. Our res.lts.revealed that oral co-adminis.ration of 110 mg/kg RM by gavage to fibrotic rats.offered an obvious.hepatic protection as.as.ured by the s.gnificant decrement in ALT and As., HP content, MDA and NO levels.with elevation of the antioxidant enzymes.activities. The levels.of TGF-β, TNF-α, HO-1 and type-1 collagen and their m-RNA expres.ion were markedly declined as.compared with thos. of fibrotic rats. Micros.opical examination revealed that the expos.re of rats.to radiation aggravated the effect of CCl4 caus.ng extens.ve collagen depos.tion and marked ps.udolobulation of the hepatic parenchyma indicative of bridging fibros.s. While, oral co-adminis.ration of RM obvious.y improved the s.ate of s.eatos.s.and apparently s.ppres.ed hepatic fibrogenes.s.

The article des.ribes.a new method for malware clas.ification,bas.d on a Machine Learning(ML)model architecture s.ecifically des.gned for malware detection,enabling real-time and accurate malware *** an innovative feature dimens.onality reduction technique called the Interpolation-bas.d Feature Dimens.onality Reduction Technique(IFDRT),the authors.have s.gnificantly reduced the feature s.ace while retaining critical information neces.ary for malware *** technique optimizes.the model’s.performance and reduces.computational *** propos.d method is.demons.rated by applying it to the BODMAs.malware datas.t,which contains.57,293 malware s.mples.and 77,142 benign s.mples.each with a 2381-feature *** the IFDRT method,the datas.t is.trans.ormed,reducing the number of features.while maintaining es.ential data for accurate *** evaluation res.lts.s.ow outs.anding performance,with an F1 s.ore of 0.984 and a high accuracy of 98.5%us.ng only two reduced *** demons.rates.the method’s.ability to clas.ify malware s.mples.accurately while minimizing proces.ing *** method allows.for improving computational efficiency by reducing the feature s.ace,which decreas.s.the memory and time requirements.for training and *** new method’s.effectivenes. is.confirmed by the calculations.which indicate s.gnificant improvements.in malware clas.ification accuracy and *** res.arch res.lts.enhance exis.ing malware detection techniques.and can be applied in various.cybers.curity applications.including real-timemalware detection on res.urce-cons.rained *** and s.ientific contribution lie in the development of the IFDRT method,which provides.a robus. and efficient s.lution for feature reduction in ML-bas.d malware clas.ification,paving the way for more effective and s.alable cybers.curity meas.res.

The s.ability cons.ants.of complexes.of 2-hydrazinobenzoic acid and 4-hydrazinobenzoic acid with Ni (Ⅱ), Cu (Ⅱ), Zn (Ⅱ), Cd (Ⅱ), and Hg (Ⅱ) were determined potentiometricaIly at different temperatures. The thermodynamic parameters. △G0, △H0, and △s. were calculated and proved that the complexation proces. is.s.ontaneous.and endothermic. The thermodynamic functions.were analyzed in terms.of electros.atic and non-electros.atic components.and the res.lts.reveal that ionic bonds.are formed between the s.udied ligands.and metal ions. Conductometric titration was.s.own that the s.oichiometry of the formed complexes.are M:L and M:2L. The s.ructure of the prepared s.lid complexes.was.characterized us.ng IR, 1H NMR, 13C NMR s.ectros.opies.as.well as.X-ray diffraction technique. Finally electrical conductivity of the ligands.and their copper complexes.was.meas.red and s.own that the ligands.have a s.miconductor behaviour.

The effect of carbon black （CB） and graphite （G） powders.on the macros.opic and nano-s.ale free volume properties.of s.licone rubber bas.d on poly（di-methyls.loxane）（PDMs. was.s.udied through thermal and cyclic mechanical meas.rements. as.well as.with pos.tron annihilation lifetime s.ectros.opy （PALs.. The melting temperature of the compos.tes.（Tm） and the endothermic enthalpy of melting （ΔHm） were es.imated by differential s.anning calorimetry （Ds.）. Tm and the degree of crys.allinity （χc） of PDMs.compos.tes.were found to decreas. with increas.ng the CB content. This.can be explained due to the increas. in phys.cal cros.-linking which res.lts.in a decreas. in the crys.allite thicknes.. Bes.des. χc was.found to be dependent on the filler type. Cyclic s.res.-s.rain behavior of PDMs.loaded with different contents.of filler has.been s.udied. Mullins.ratio （RM） was.found to be dependent on the filler type and content. It was.found that, RM increas.s.with increas.ng the filler content due to the increas. in phys.cal cros.-linking which res.lts.in a decreas. in the s.ze of free volume, as.obs.rved through a decreas. of the o-Ps.lifetime τ3 meas.red by PALs. Moreover, the hys.eres.s.in PDMs.CB compos.tes.was.more pronounced than in PDMs.G compos.tes. Furthermore, a correlation was.es.ablis.ed between the free volume Vf and the mechanical properties.of PDMs.compos.tes.containing different fillers. A negative correlation was.obs.rved between Vf and RM.

A comparative s.udy was.conducted us.ng two des.gns.of a roxatidine acetate （ROX）-s.lective electrode; a conventional liquid inner contact called electrode A and a graphite-coated s.lid contact called electrode 13. The fabrication of electrodes.was.bas.d on roxatidine-tetraphenylborate （ROX-TPB） as.an ion-as.ociation complex in a PVC matrix us.ng different plas.icizers. electrode A has.a linear dynamic range of 2.2 ×10^-5 mol/L to 1.0 ×10^-2 mol/L, with a Nerns.ian s.ope of 54.7 mV/decade and a detection limit of 1.4 ×10^-6 mol/L. electrode B s.ows.linearity over the concentration range of 1.0×10^-6 mol/L to 1.0×10^-2 tool/L, with a Nerns.ian s.ope of 51.2 mV/decade and a limit of detection of 1.1×10^7 mol/L which is.remarkably improved as.a res.lt of diminis.ing ion fluxes.in this.s.lid contact, ion-s.lective electrode. The propos.d s.ns.rs.dis.lay us.ful analytical characteris.ics.for the determination of ROX in bulk powder and its.pharmaceutical formulation. The pres.nt electrodes.s.ow clear dis.rimination of ROX from s.veral inorganic, organic ions. s.gars. s.me common drug excipients.and the degradation product （3-[3-（1-piperidinyl methyl） phenoxy] propyl amine） of ROX. Furthermore, the propos.d electrodes.were utilized for the determination of ROX in human plas.a, where electrode B covers.drug Cmax which indicated its.applicability to pharmacokinetic, bioavailability and bioequivalent s.udies. The res.lts.obtained by the propos.d electrodes.were s.atis.ically analyzed and compared with thos. obtained by a reported HPLC method. No s.gnificant difference for either accuracy or precis.on was.obs.rved.
