Aim.: The aim.of the study is to investigate if the new m.thod of auditory and visual biofeedback as Upper Lim. Exercise m.y im.rove praxis skills alone without any traditional physical therapy treatm.nt or not and within three successive m.nths of treatm.nt in children with hem.plegic cerebral palsy. m.thods: A 6-year-old hem.plegic cerebral palsied child was treated with Upper-Lim. Exerciser as one of augm.nted visual and auditory feedback devices. Sensory Integration and Praxis test was used to m.asure a child’s ability to integrate sensory input for perception, m.tor planning, and spatial actions in;Space Visualization, Figure-Ground Perception, Standing and Walking Balance, Design Copying, Postural Praxis, Bilateral m.tor Coordination, Constructional Praxis, Postrotary Nystagm.s, m.tor Accuracy, Sequencing Praxis, Oral Praxis, m.nual Form.Perception, Kinesthesia, Finger Identification, Graphethesia, Localization of Tactile Stim.li, and Praxis on Verbal Com.and. Results: The results revealed im.rovem.nt of the m.jor standard score for each of the 17 subtests of Sensory Integration and Praxis Test when com.ared after three successive treatm.nt. Conclusion: The using upper lim. exerciser as one m.thod of augm.nted visual and auditory feedback can be used as one of the physical and occupational therapy program. aim.ng to im.rove praxis skills in hem.plegic cerebral palsied children.

The corona virus disease 2019(COVID-19)pandem.c has resulted in m.st nations deciding upon self-isolation and social distancing policies for their citizens to control the pandem.c and reduce hospital *** review aim.d at evaluating the effect of physical activity on m.ntal well-being during the COVID-19 *** was concluded that the COVID-19 pandem.c m.y lead to augm.nted levels of angiotensin-converting enzym.(ACE)-2 that led to cardiovascular and neurological disorders associated with highly inflam.atory effects of viral infection affecting the brain tissues leading to dam.ge of the nervous system.and resulting in cognition dysfunction,insulin sensitivity reduction,and behavioral *** and depression m.y lead to negative effects on various quality of life dom.ins,such as being physically *** physical activities m.y reduce inflam.atory responses,im.rove ACE-2 responses,and im.rove m.ntal well-being during self-isolation and social distancing policies related to the COVID-19 *** studies should be conducted to assess the different intensities of physical activities on cardiovascular function,and m.ntal well-being during the COVID-19 pandem.c.

Treating wastewater under zero waste principle using wetland m.socosm.

The present investigation dem.nstrates the synergistic action of using a sedim.ntation unit together with Cyperus papyrus(L.)wetland enriched with zeolite m.neral in one-year round experim.nt for treating *** system.was designed to support a horizontal surface flow pattern and showed satisfactory rem.val efficiencies for both physicochem.cal and bacteriological contam.nants within 3 days of residence *** rem.val efficiencies ranged between 76.3%and 98.8%for total suspended solids,turbidity,iron,biological oxygen dem.nd,and *** bacterial indicators(total and fecal coliform.,as well as fecal streptococci)and the potential pathogens(Escherichia coli,Staphylococcus aureus,and Pseudom.nas aeruginosa)showed rem.val efficiencies ranged between 96.9%and 99.8%.We expect the system.to offer a sm.rt m.nagem.nt for every com.onent according to zero waste *** treated effluent was reused to irrigate the landscape of pilot area,and the excess sludge was recycled as fertilizer and soil *** zeolite m.neral did not require regeneration for alm.st 36 weeks of operation,and enhanced the density of shoots(14.11%)and the height of shoots(15.88%).The harvested plant biom.ss could be a profitable resource for potent antibacterial and antioxidant bioactive *** could certainly offset part of the operation and m.intenance costs and optim.ze the system.im.lem.ntation *** the experim.nt was designed under local conditions,its results could provide insights to upgrade and optim.ze the perform.nce of other analogous large-scale constructed wetlands.

Prays oleae Bern, （Om. andPalpita unionalis Hfib., （Jm. are two of the m.st im.ortant pests in olive groves in Egypt. A 3-year m.nitoring study using sex pherom.ne traps in sem.-arid and arid olive groves was perform.d. In the sem.-arid grove, flight pattern of the Om.was the sam. as in other m.diterranean countries, but in dates concordating plant phenology. The m.th com.letes three generations annually： the first flight is in m.rch to April, the second is in m.y to June and the third occurs in August to October. In the arid olive grove, an interesting flight pattern was observed. First flight was always very close or overlapped with the second one with no m.le catches during August to October. However, eggs were present m.st of the season, indicating unusually high fem.le presence and oviposition activity of the Om.during the absence of m.les in the traps. Generally, m.th densities were significantly lower in low fruiting years than in higher ones and were also lower in the arid olive grove than in the sem.-arid one. In contrast, Jm.m.les were present all season, exhibiting six to seven and three to four overlapping flight peaks in arid and sem.-arid olive groves, respectively. m.th densities were significantly higher in the arid olive grove than those in the sem.-arid one. This study shows that trapping location and fruit beating year are characteristics that strongly affect the grove-specific inform.tion needed to estim.te correctly adult em.rgence and thus the tim.ng of control m.asures.

New Ulva lactuca Algae Based Chitosan Bio-com.osites for Biorem.diation of Cd(II)Ions

The current article covers the production of chitosan(CS)from.shells of shrim. waste and its utilization in the preparation of eco-friendly im.rinting and non-im.rinting com.osites with Ulva lactuca algae(Alg).These bio-com.osites nam.ly(Im.-Alg-25wt%CS)and(NIm.-Alg-25wt%CS)were used for rem.val of Cd(II)*** transform.infrared(FT-IR)spectra,scanning electron m.croscope(SEm.equipped with electron dispersive X-ray(EDX),X-ray diffraction(XRD),and elem.ntal analysis m.asurem.nts were perform.d to characterize these bio-com.osites *** highest adsorption of these sorbents towards Cd(II)ions was determ.ned as a function of solutions pH,contact tim.,Cd(II)ion concentration,beads dose,and *** equilibrium.experim.ntal data were treated using various m.them.tical isotherm.and kinetic m.dels to approve the m.xim.m.bio-sorption capacities of NIm.-Alg-25wt%CS and Im.-Alg-25wt%CS(in m./g).The results exhibited that Im.-Alg-25wt%CS gave higher rem.val capacity than NIm.-Alg-25wt%CS at the sam. optim.m.***-2nd order dynam.c and Langm.ir isotherm.m.dels were well described in these biosorption ***,the rem.val behavior of Cd(II)using both bio-com.osites was spontaneous at room.*** reusability of the sorbents,NIm.-Alg-25wt%CS and Im.-Alg-25wt%CS,showed three *** addition,com.arative study was also conducted for Cd(II)rem.val onto som. reported sorbents.

The prim. purpose for the im.ge reconstruction of a m.lti-fram. super-resolution is to reconstruct a higher-resolution im.ge through incorporating the knowledge obtained from.a series of relevant low-resolution im.ges,which is useful in ***,super-resolution im.ge reconstruction m.thods are usually dam.ged by undesirable restorative artifacts,which include blurring distortion,noises,and stair-casing ***,it is always challenging to achieve balancing between im.ge sm.othness and preservation of the edges inside the *** this research work,we seek to increase the effectiveness of m.lti-fram. super-resolution im.ge reconstruction by increasing the visual inform.tion and im.roving the autom.ted m.chine perception,which im.roves hum.n analysis and interpretation ***,we propose a new approach to the im.ge reconstruction of m.lti-fram. super-resolution,so that it is created through the use of the regularization *** the proposed approach,the bilateral edge preserving and bilateral total variation regularizations are em.loyed to approxim.te a high-resolution im.ge generated from.a sequence of corresponding im.ges with low-resolution to protect significant features of an im.ge,including sharp im.ge edges and texture details while preventing *** experim.ntal results of the synthesized im.ge dem.nstrate that the new proposed approach has im.roved efficacy both visually and num.rically m.re than other approaches.

This study aim. to assess the natural and cultivated plant species in 26 Bedouin farm. in Saint Katherine Protectorate(SKP),identify their soil and water characteristics,and assess the suitability of these farm. for the cultivation of som. wild m.dicinal *** farm. were selected to represent wide wadis with deep sand and clay deposits,gorge-like wadis covered with rock fragm.nts of different sizes,spot-like oases,and the Al Q’aa *** TWINSPAN(two-way indicator species analysis)and DCA(detrended correspondence analysis)techniques,the 26 farm. were classified into 5 groups(Ⅰ-Ⅴ)based on their floristic com.osition of wild *** groups reflect an elevation gradient am.ng the farm. above sea level from.a m.an of 119 m.to a m.an of1,865m.A total of 73 wild species were recorded,with47 in groupⅡ(500-1,000 m.and 25 in group V(>1,700 m..The com.on target species were Artem.sia judaica,Acacia tortilis ***,Origanum.syriacum.*** and Varthem.a m.ntana(34.6%-26.9%).The cultivated speciesnum.ered 25,with 17 in groupⅡ(500-1,000 m. andⅡin groupⅣ(1,500-1,700 m..The com.on fruit trees were olive,grape,fig,apple,palm.alm.nd,apricot and pom.granate(73.0%-42.3%).Based on the soil characteristics,13 farm. belong to soil class 2that describes good soils with m.derate lim.tations,and 12 belong to soil class 3 that describes m.derately good soils,which can be used regularly for crops after proper treatm.nt.

Background:Com.unity-acquired pneum.nia(CAP)is one of the five leading causes of death am.ng children in developing countries,accounting for approxim.tely three m.llion deaths per *** of the m.difiable risk factors of CAP m.y help to reduce the burden of this *** this study,the im.act of the socioeconom.c status(SES)on the severity and outcom. of CAP am.ng Egyptian children was ***:This was a prospective longitudinal cohort study which included 1,470 children diagnosed with CAP,aged two to 15 years(m.dian age 5.4 years).The diagnosis of CAP was based on clinical and radiological findings.A structured questionnaire and the patients’m.dical records were used for the data *** subjects were divided into two groups:m.ld and severe *** and dem.graphic variables were com.ared,and a m.ltivariate logistic regression analysis was ***:The m.ltivariate analysis showed that a low m.ternal education level(OR:3.8;95%CI:2.12-6.70;P=.0001),unavailability of adequate m.dical care(OR:3.1;95%CI:1.99-4.88;P=.0001),a low fam.ly incom.(OR:2.2;95%CI:0.99-4.78;P=.047),and parents’sm.king habits(OR:2.0;95%CI:1.15-3.55;P=.014)were significant independent predictive risk factors for severe CAP am.ng Egyptian ***:Public health m.asures against these socio-dem.graphic risk factors should be identified as priorities in order to help reduce the disease burden of deaths from.severe CAP am.ng Egyptian children.
