Bacterial cellulose (BC) is a versatile biomaterial with unique properties that make it promising for various biomedical applications, including wound healing. The extracellular matrix (ECM) plays a crucial role in wound healing, providing a structural scaffold and signaling cues for cell migration and proliferation. This study investigates the potential of BC as a scaffold for ECM production and its effect on in vivo wound healing. In this work, the bacterial cellulose fermentation process is modified by the addition of Green Propolis and Usnic acid to the culture medium and natural materials before the bacteria are inoculated. In vivo behaviour using natural membranes for regenerative medicine is presented and it is in edit. Overall, our findings demonstrate the potential of BC as a scaffold for ECM production and its beneficial effects on in vivo wound healing. BC-based dressings may offer a novel approach to promoting wound healing and tissue regeneration in clinical settings. Further studies are warranted to optimize BC-based therapies and explore their full potential in regenerative medicine.

NPBMT: A Novel and Proficient Buffer Management Technique for Internet of Vehicle-Based DTNs

Delay Tolerant Networks(DTNs)have the major problem of message delay in the network due to a lack of endto-end connectivity between the nodes,especially when the nodes are *** nodes in DTNs have limited buffer storage for storing delayed *** instantaneous sharing of data creates a low buffer/shortage ***,buffer congestion would occur and there would be no more space available in the buffer for the upcoming *** address this problem a buffer management policy is proposed named“A Novel and Proficient Buffer Management Technique(NPBMT)for the Internet of Vehicle-Based DTNs”.NPBMT combines appropriate-size messages with the lowest Time-to-Live(TTL)and then drops a combination of the appropriate messages to accommodate the newly arrived *** evaluate the performance of the proposed technique comparison is done with Drop Oldest(DOL),Size Aware Drop(SAD),and Drop Larges(DLA).The proposed technique is implemented in the Opportunistic Network Environment(ONE)*** shortest path mapbased movement model has been used as the movement path model for the nodes with the epidemic routing *** the simulation results,a significant change has been observed in the delivery probability as the proposed policy delivered 380 messages,DOL delivered 186 messages,SAD delivered 190 messages,and DLA delivered only 95 messages.A significant decrease has been observed in the overhead ratio,as the SAD overhead ratio is 324.37,DLA overhead ratio is 266.74,and DOL and NPBMT overhead ratios are 141.89 and 52.85,respectively,which reveals a significant reduction of overhead ratio in NPBMT as compared to existing *** network latency average of DOL is 7785.5,DLA is 5898.42,and SAD is 5789.43 whereas the NPBMT latency average is *** reveals that the proposed policy keeps the messages for a short time in the network,which reduces the overhead ratio.

The effects of CuCl_(2) and ZnCl_(2) on the viscosity in aqueous ethanol mixtures(10%–50%v/v)were studied in the concentration range 1.0×10^(–2)–8.0×10^(–2) mol·dm^(–3) at different *** was found that the viscosities increased with an increase in the concentration of the salts and percent composition of ethanol content,whereas it decreased with an increase in ***-ion and ion-solvent interactions are determined with the help of A-and B-coefficients of Jones-Dole *** values of A-and B-coefficients are irregular and increase with a rise in temperature and also with an increase in ethanol contents for both *** values of B-coefficients show that ion solvent interactions is comparatively small and suggest that CuCl_(2) and ZnCl_(2) behave as structure breakers in aqueous ethanol *** parameters like the energy of activation(Eη)and change in entropy of activation(ΔS*)were also evaluated which confirm the structure breaker behavior of salts in aqueous ethanol mixtures.

The flow of pseudoplastic power-law fluids with different flow indexes at a microchannel plate was studied using computational fluid dynamic *** velocity distribution along the microchannel plate and especially in the microchannel slits,flow pattern along the outlet arc and the pressure drop through the whole of microchannel plate were investigated at different power-law flow *** results showed that the velocity profile in the microchannel slits for low flow index fluids was similar to the plug flow and had uniform *** the power-law fluids with lower flow indexes had lower stagnation zones near the outlet of the microchannel *** pressure drop through the microchannel plate showed huge differences between the *** most interesting result was that the pressure drops for power-law fluids were very smaller than that of Newtonian *** addition,the heat transfer of the fluids through the microchannel with different channel numbers in a wide range of reynolds number was *** power-law fluid with flow index(n=0.4),the Nusselt number increases continuously as the number of channels *** results highlight the potential use of using pseudoplastic fluids in the microheat exchangers which can lower the pressure drop and increase the heat transfer efficiency.

In this work, a series of hierarchical flower-like magnesium oxide(MgO) adsorbents were successfully fabricated in a cetyltrimethylammonium bromide(CTAB) assisted solvothermal route using hexamethylenetetramine(HMTA) as a precipitating agent. Effects of CTAB feeding amount on the structure, morphology, pore structure, and corresponding adsorption behavior were investigated. The hierarchical gardenias flower-like MgO demonstrated a surface area of 336.54 m^(2)·g^(-1) at a minimum ratio of the CTAB/Mg^(2+)was 0.02 in the reaction system. The hierarchical MgO phosphate removal capacity was 348.32 mg·g^(-1), which followed the pseudo-second-order and Freundlich isotherm model obtained from the large surface area and appropriate pore size. The value of n also suggests the feasible nature of phosphate adsorption under the examined conditions. Indeed, this CTAB assisted solvothermal method can provide a new understanding to tune the desired properties of a material by merely adjusting the reaction parameters of MgO.

The internet,particularly online social networking platforms have revolutionized the way extremist groups are influencing and radicalizing *** research reveals that the process initiates by exposing vast audiences to extremist content and then migrating potential victims to confined platforms for intensive ***,social networks have evolved as a persuasive tool for extremism aiding as recruitment platform and psychological ***,recognizing potential radical text or material is vital to restrict the circulation of the extremist *** aim of this research work is to identify radical text in social *** contributions are as follows:(i)A new dataset to be employed in radicalization detection;(ii)In depth analysis of new and previous datasets so that the variation in extremist group narrative could be identified;(iii)An approach to train classifier employing religious features along with radical features to detect radicalization;(iv)Observing the use of violent and bad words in radical,neutral and random groups by employing violent,terrorism and bad words *** research results clearly indicate that incorporating religious text in model training improves the accuracy,precision,recall,and F1-score of the *** a variation in extremist narrative has been observed implying that usage of new dataset can have substantial effect on classifier *** addition to this,violence and bad words are creating a differentiating factor between radical and random users but for neutral(anti-ISIS)group it needs further investigation.
