Control strategies of avian influenza pandemic model with time delay

A mathematical model for avian influenza with optimal control strategies is presented as a system of discrete time delay differential equations （DDEs） and its important math-ematical features are analyzed. In alignment to manage this, we develop an optimally controlled pandemic model of avian influenza and insert a time delay with exponential factor. Then we apply two controlled functions in the form of biosecurity of poultry and the education campaign against avian influenza to control the disperse of the dis- ease. Our optimal control strategies will minimize the number of contaminated humans and contaminated birds. We also derive the basic reproduction number to examine the dynamical behavior of the model and demonstrate the existence of the controlled system. For the justification of Our work, we present numerical simulations.

The fifth generation(5G)system is the forthcoming generation of the mobile communication *** has numerous additional features and offers an extensively high data rate,more capacity,and low ***,these features and applications have many problems and issues in terms of security,which has become a great challenge in the telecommunication *** paper aimed to propose a solution to preserve the user identity privacy in the 5G system that can identify permanent identity by using Variable Mobile subscriber Identity,which randomly changes and does not use the permanent identity between the user equipment and home *** this mechanism,the user identity privacy would be secured and ***,it improves the synchronization between mobile users and home ***,its compliance with the Authentication and Key Agreement(AKA)structure was adopted in the previous *** can be deployed efficiently in the preceding generations because the current architecture imposes minimal modifications on the network parties without changes in the authentication vector’s message ***,the addition of any hardware to the AKA carries minor adjustments on the network *** this paper,the ProVerif is used to verify the proposed scheme.

Rumors regarding epidemic diseases such as COVID 19,medicines and treatments,diagnostic methods and public emergencies can have harmful impacts on health and political,social and other aspects of people’s lives,especially during emergency situations and health *** huge amounts of content being posted to social media every second during these situations,it becomes very difficult to detect fake news(rumors)that poses threats to the stability and sustainability of the healthcare sector.A rumor is defined as a statement for which truthfulness has not been *** COVID 19,people found difficulty in obtaining the most truthful news easily because of the huge amount of unverified information on social *** methods have been applied for detecting rumors and tracking their sources for COVID 19-related ***,very few studies have been conducted for this purpose for the Arabic language,which has unique ***,this paper proposes a comprehensive approach which includes two phases:detection and *** the detection phase of the study carried out,several standalone and ensemble machine learning methods were applied on the Arcov-19 dataset.A new detection model was used which combined two models:The Genetic Algorithm Based support Vector Machine(that works on users’and tweets’features)and the stacking ensemble method(that works on tweets’texts).In the tracking phase,several similarity-based techniques were used to obtain the top 1%of similar tweets to a target tweet/post,which helped to find the source of the *** experiments showed interesting results in terms of accuracy,precision,recall and F1-score for rumor detection(the accuracy reached 92.63%),and showed interesting findings in the tracking phase,in terms of ROUGE L precision,recall and F1-score for similarity techniques.

OBJECTIVE： To evaluate the effects of homoeopathic ultrahigh dilutions of Aconitum napellus in Baker＇s yeast-induced fever in rabbits. METHODs： Rabbits were divided into 4 groups and each group contained 6 rabbits. Baker＇s yeast suspension （20%） was injected subcutaneously. After fever induction, paracetamol and homoeopathic ultrahigh dilutions （A. nape//us 200c and 1 000c） were given orally. Rectal temperature was measured with digital thermometer hourly. REsULTs： Fever was induced in all the rabbits after 4 hours of Baker＇s yeast administration. A. nape//us 200c and 1000c significantly reduced the temperature （P 〈 0.05）. In positive control, temperature decrease was more significant （P 〈 0.001 ）. CONCLUsION： The above findings indicate the effectiveness of ultrahigh dilutions ofA. nape//us in Baker＇s yeast-induced fever in rabbits. However, the effects were slower and less significant than standard medicine Moreover, future research is required to know their mechanism of reducing temperature.

The application of machine learning(ML)modelling in daylight prediction has been a promising approach for reliable and effective visual comfort *** many advancements have been made,no standardized ML modelling framework exists in daylight *** this study,625 different building layouts were generated to model useful daylight illuminance(UDI).Two state-of-the-art ML algorithms,eXtreme Gradient Boosting(XGBoost)and random forest(RF),were employed to analyze UDI in four categories:UDI-f(fell short),UDI-s(supplementary),UDI-a(autonomous),and UDI-e(exceeded).A feature(internal finish)was introduced to the framework to better reflect real-world *** results show that XGBoost models predict UDI with a maximum accuracy of R^(2)=*** to RF,the XGBoost ML models can significantly reduce prediction *** research directions have been specified to advance the proposed framework by introducing new features and exploring new ML architectures to standardize ML applications in daylight prediction.

New series of benzothiazole derivatives were designed and synthesized. The newly synthesized compounds were screened for their antibacterial activity against Escherichia coli, staphylococcus aureus and Bacillus cereus. Compounds 6j and 6o showed the highest activity against E. coli and s. aureus. The antifungal activity of these compounds was also tested against Candida albicans and Aspergillus fumigatus293. Compounds 4c, 4g and 6j exhibited the highest activity against C. albicans. In addition, compounds4 a and 6j displayed promising activity against A. fumigatus 293. The same compounds were examined for their antiquorum-sensing activity against Chromobacterium violaceum ATCC 12472, whereas compounds4 a, 6j and 6p showed moderate activity. The in vitro cytotoxicity testing of the synthesized compounds was performed against cervical cancer（Hela） and kidney fibroblast cancer（COs-7） cell lines. Results indicated that all tested compounds have IC50 values 〉50 mmol/L against both cell lines. Molecular properties, toxicities, drug-likeness, and drug score profiles of compounds 4a–c, 5a, 6g,h, 6j, 6l, 6o and7 c,d were also assessed.

Aim: To investigate depression, anxiety, PTsD, and insomnia levels among sudanese citizens after a year has passed since the start of Armed Forces conflict in sudan. Methods: An online survey was distributed. It is composed of five parts, covering the following areas: 1) sociodemographic data;2) depression assessment;3) generalized anxiety disorder assessment;4) post-traumatic stress disorder assessment;and 5) insomnia assessment. statistical Package for social sciences version 27 was used for data analysis;frequency and percentage were used to describe the qualitative variables. spearman’s correlation analysis and Chi-square test were used for correlation and association analysis;a P-value equal to or less than 0.05 was considered statistically significant. Results: The study included 283 participants, primarily female (76.0%), with a mean age of 35.26 ± 6.96 years. The majority of participants were married (50.5%) and had a university level of education (50.2%). At the start of the war, 70.3% of participants were inside the war zones, and at the time of data collection, 73.5% were outside sudan. The length of stay in the war zone ranged from 1 to 300 days, with a mean of 48.59 ± 70.284 days. Additionally, 63.3% of participants stated that they did not receive any form of mental health intervention, and the remaining did not provide an answer. There was a high prevalence of moderate-severe depression (50.5%), moderate anxiety (35.3%), PTsD (56.5%), and sub-threshold insomnia (53.4%) among the participants. Correlation analyses revealed associations between demographic factors such as sex, age, marital status, and education and mental health issues. Notably, female participants showed a higher prevalence of PTsD (53.0%) compared to male participants (67.6%). Conclusions: There is a substantial impact of war-related trauma on mental health, revealing a high prevalence of moderate-severe depression, moderate anxiety, PTsD, and sub-threshold insomnia among the particip

In this paper, the response time of all-optical AND logic gate using the triangular photonic crystal lattice is investigated. The proposed logic gate consists of a photonic crystal nano-resonator formed by changing the size of the dielectric rods. The structure benefits the interference effect mechanism. The contrast ratio of the photonic crystal AND logic gate is obtained as 6 d B. In addition to simplicity, the designed nano-resonator increases the bit rate of logic gate. The delay time and footprint of logic gate are respectively 0.32 ps and 146 μm2. The proposed photonic crystal AND logic gate can operate at a bit rate of 3.12 Tbit/s。
