Background:One of the main issues with pressurized metered dose inhalers(pMDI)is that some patients find it difficult to use it ***:This study was carried out to compare the effect of traditional verbal counseling and that of adding an inhalation training device,such as Flo-Tone or Clip-Tone,along with a smartphone application on the incidence of inhalation technique mistakes and the pulmonary function of asthmatic adults and ***:The lung function of those in the advanced counseling group significantly improved on the second visit(ps for those in the verbal counseling group,their lung function only improved on the third visit(ps,the mean number of mistakes in regard to the steps in inhalation technique decreased significantly(pseling ***:The use of training devices and smartphone applications in addition to traditional verbal counseling for teaching asthmatic adults and children the correct inhalation technique steps using pMDI resulted in a significant improvement in pulmonary function and a significant reduction in the number of inhalation technique mistakes,compared to traditional verbal counseling alone.

[目的]BlaR-CTD是青霉素结合蛋白BlaR的C端区域,由于该蛋白的热不稳定性及其对某些β-内酰胺类药物亲和力低,基于BlaR-CTD的受体分析在检测多种β-内酰胺类药物方面受到限制。本研究对青霉素结合蛋白BlaR-CTD进行结构改造并利用突变体蛋白建立β-内酰胺类抗生素的受体检测方法。[方法]以地衣芽孢杆菌749/I的BlaR-CTD蛋白的晶体结构为模板,采用同源建模方法构建了地衣芽孢杆菌ATCC14580的BlaR-CTD蛋白的三维结构,通过分子对接获得了该蛋白与40种β-内酰胺类药物的结合位点。为提高蛋白质的稳定性和对药物的亲和力,基于分子对接和同源比对结果设计插入二硫键和盐桥,并利用sIFT和POLYPHEN2软件对突变体进行合理性评价,共构建了23个突变蛋白。对异源表达和纯化的突变蛋白进行活性和稳定性分析。以识别药物种类最多、亲和力最高且热稳定性最强的突变体蛋白为受体,建立13种动物组织中β-内酰胺类抗生素残留的检测方法。[结果]23种突变蛋白中,I188K/s19C/G24C、A138E/R50C/Q147C和s190Y/E183C/I188K分别对33、22和21种β-内酰胺类药物的亲和力高于野生型蛋白,而I188K/s19C/G24C表现出最佳的稳定性。以I188K/s19C/G24C为受体,建立鸡、羊、牛、猪的肌肉、肝脏和肾脏以及牛奶等13种动物组织中40种β-内酰胺类抗生素的残留的检测方法。所有药物的IC在0.13-307.62μg.L之间。组织和牛奶的检出限分别为0.01-110.2μ***和0.07-194.64μg.L,均低于欧盟规定的最大残留限量。四种动物的肌肉、肝脏和肾脏以及牛奶的平均回收率分别为68.09%-117.61%、67.58%-117.84%、64.0%-117.03%和68.08%-116.06%,变异系数均小于15%。[结论]本研究阐明了BlaR-CTD的稳定性和与β-内酰胺类药物的亲和力的结构和功能关系,并利用具有广泛亲和力和稳定性的突变蛋白I188K/s19C/G24C建立了13种动物组织中40种β-内酰胺类药物的残留检测方法,为蛋白质的合理设计和受体分析方法研究提供了新的思路。

Parkinson's disease(PD)is a common neurological disorder that is defined by a progressive loss of dopaminergic neurons in the substantia nigra pars compacta,eventually leading to striatal dopamine *** tremors,rigid muscles,bradykinesia,and in rare circumstances,postural instability are symptoms of low dopamine *** to two percent of people over 65 worldwide is affected with PD,making it the second most common neurological illness in the world[1,2].Uncertainty about the cause and course of PD persists,as do the biological pathways that drive the disease[3].Mutations in the leucine-rich repeat kinase 2(LRRK2)gene are the most common cause of familial PD[4].LRRK2 missense mutations increase the risk of developing late-onset autosomal dominant PD,which is clinically comparable to sporadic PD[5,6].LRRK2 PD neuropathology is comparable to sporadic PD neuropathology,with LRRK2 patients experiencing progressive neurodegeneration of the nigrostriatal pathway,frequently resulting in alpha-synuclein-positive Lewy bodies and brain tau pathology[5,7-9].While LRRK2 coding mutations are associated with sporadic PD,frequent non-coding variants at the LRRK2 locus are associated with an increased risk of developing PD[10-13].

strong>Background: strong>Breast lymphomas are typical extranodal types of lymphoma, also known as Extranodal-lymphoma (ENL), which occur extremely infrequently, aggregating into a very small proportion of malignant breast tumors. The rarity of breast lymphomas is attributed to the scant lymphoid tissue content of the chest wall. strong>Aims of study: strong>This case report is aimed at providing an up-to-date review of the literature on breast lymphomas for clinicians to, therefore, consider the possibility of this disease entity while treating a breast mass. strong>Case Presentation:strong> A case was reported of a 52-year man with chief mammary non-Hodgkin breast ENL when fine-needle aspiration cytology (FNAC) was not leading to a firm conclusion or result. Following an incisional biopsy, he was found to have a primary breast lymphoma. Later, the patient was diagnosed with the diffuse large B-cell type of lymphoma also known as non-Hodgkin’s Lymphoma (NHL). He had a complete reduction and disappearances of all the signs and symptoms of the disease after a course of neoadjuvant chemotherapy: Cyclophosphamide, Doxorubicin, Vincristine and Prednisolone (CHOP). strong>CONCLUsION: strong>Based on the above case presentation, it is vital for health care professionals and oncologists to recognize the disease by assessing the breast mass accurately with more entities so that proper diagnosis via core biopsy (incisional biopsy) can eliminate the PBL before further treatment is required.

目的:寻求一种最佳的钟花蒲桃次生代谢产物的萃取方法,以实现在工业上的应用。创新点:全面深入地比较传统溶剂提取法和超临界流体萃取法对钟花蒲桃的主要次生代谢产物的回收率。方法:在超临界流体萃取法中,应用Box-Behnken设计,以压力、温度和萃取粒径大小为自变量,以粗提取物、个别的和总的次生代谢产物的百分比产量为因变量。另外,还研究了调节剂乙醇对产量的影响。在传统溶剂提取中,结合十种不同的溶剂和三不同的技术(浸提、索氏和回流)产生二十种不同的提取产物。通过高效液相色谱法检测不同的提取方法对钟花蒲桃的主要次生代谢产物的回收率。结论:超临界流体萃取法优于传统溶剂提取法,省成本又省时。因此在工业使用上,超临界流体萃取法可替代传统溶剂提取法。

The Effect of Zn Concentration on the Optical Properties of Cd10–xZnxs Films for solar Cells Applications

In this paper, Cd10–xZnxs (x = 0.1, 0.3, 0.5) films were deposited by using chemical spray pyrolysis technique, the molar concentration precursor solution was 0.15 M/L. Depositions were done at 350?C on cleaned glass substrates. X-ray diffraction technique (XRD) studies for all the prepared film;all the films are crystalline with hexagonal structure .The optical properties of the prepared films were studied using measurements from VIs-UV-IR spectrophotometer at wave-length with the range 300 - 900 nm;the average transmission of the minimum doping ratio (Zn at 0.1%) was about 55% in the VIs region, it was decrease at the increasing of Zn concentration in the Cds films, The band gap of the doped Cds films was varied as 3.7, 3.8, 3.6 eV at x = 0.1, 0.3 and 0.5 respectively.

structural and Magnetic Properties of Cr3+ Doped Mg Ferrites

The polycrystalline MgCrxFe2-xO4 ferrites (0.0 ? x ? 1.0) were prepared by conventional solid state ceramic sintering technique in air at 1300?C. X-ray diffraction experiments were carried out on all the samples in order to characterize the materials at room temperature. The X-ray diffraction patterns showed sharp peaks indicating the formation of single phased cubic spinel structure. The lattice parameters of the samples were determined from the X-ray diffraction data using Nelson-Riley extrapolation method. It was found that the lattice parameter decreased with increasing Cr concen- tration obeying Vegard’s law. Magnetic properties of the samples were measured using an Impedance Analyzer. Real and imaginary parts of the complex permeability, loss factor and quality factor were measured as the function of frequency at three different sintering temperatures 1250?C, 1300?C and 1350?C for all the samples in the frequency range 1 kHz to 13 MHz. Frequency stability of the real part of permeability increases with increasing Cr concentration and also with sintering temperature. Imaginary part of permeability decreases with increasing frequency and increased with increasing both of the Cr content and sintering temperature. Loss factor decreased with increasing frequency while the quality factor (Q) increased with increasing frequency for all the samples. The temperature de- pendence of initial permeability was measured for all the samples sintered at 1300?C. The Curie temperature (Tc) was determined from the -T curves. The values of Tc were found to be 733 K, 657 K, 583 K, 468 K, 400 K and 317 K for x = 0.0, 0.2, 0.4, 0.6, 0.8 and 1.0, respectively.
