This study directs the discussion of HIV disease with a novel kind of complex dynamical generalized and piecewise operator in the sense of classical and Atangana Baleanu(AB)derivatives having arbitrary *** HIV infection model has a susceptible class,a recovered class,along with a case of infection divided into three sub-different levels or categories and the recovered *** total time interval is converted into two,which are further investigated for ordinary and fractional order operators of the AB derivative,*** proposed model is tested separately for unique solutions and existence on bi *** numerical solution of the proposed model is treated by the piece-wise numerical iterative scheme of Newtons *** proposed method is established for piece-wise derivatives under natural order and non-singular Mittag-Leffler *** cross-over or bending characteristics in the dynamical system of HIV are easily examined by the aspect of this research having a memory effect for controlling the said *** study uses the neural network(NN)technique to obtain a better set of weights with low residual errors,and the epochs number is considered *** obtained figures represent the approximate solution and absolute error which are tested with NN to train the data accurately.

Rubber band ligation for 750 cases of symptomatic hemorrhoids out of 2200 cases

AIM: To study the results for the treatment of symptomatic hemorrhoids using rubber band ligation (RBL) method. METHODS: A retrospective study for 750 patients who came to the colorectal unit from June, 1998 to September, 2006, data was retrieved from archived fi les. RBL was performed using the Mc Gown applicator on an outpatient basis. The patients were asked to return to out-patient clinic for follow up at 2 wk, 1 mo, 6 mo and through telephone call every 6 mo for 2 years). RESULTS: After RBL, 696 patients (92.8%) were cured with no difference in outcome for second or third degree hemorrhoids (P = 0.31). Symptomatic recurrence was detected in 11.04% after 2 years. A total of 52 patients (6.93%) had 77 complications from RBL which required no hospitalization. Complications were pain, rectal bleeding and vaso-vagal symptoms(4.13%, 4.13% and 1.33% of patients, respectively). At 1 mo there were a significant improvement in mean SF-36 scores over baseline in five items, while after 2 years there were improvement in all items over baseline, but not significant. No significant manometeric changes after band ligation. CONCLUSION: RBL is a simple, safe and effective method for treating symptomatic second and third degree hemorrhoids as an out patient procedure with signifi cant improvement in quality of life. RBL doesn't alter ano-rectal functions.

Utilizing lemon peel extract and its nano-emulsion to control aflatoxin toxicity in rats

The lemon peel is a flavonoid-hefty source and also has bioactive constituents,such as *** research was performed to assess the potential of lemon peel essential oil and its nano-emulsion as a fruit waste in protecting against aflatoxin B1-induced toxicity in experimental ***-six male Sprague-Dawley rats were administered a daily dosage of aflatoxin(80μg/kg b.w)treated with lemon peel essential oil and its nano-emulsion(100 mg/kg).All nutritional parameters,biochemical parameters,and histopathological examinations were *** results revealed severe toxicity and carcinogenicity of AFB1 established by elevation of TNF-αand IL-6 and pathogenic elevation in kidney and liver enzymes manifested by significant elevation of creatinine,urea,uric acid,AST,ALT,and ALP to 0.98,79.4,3.2,57.6,38,and 98.14,*** these biochemical changes were confirmed by histopathological *** these harmful changes were amended by the use of lemon peel essential oil and its nano-emulsion,which led to the conclusion that lemon peel essential oil and its nano-emulsion as a fruit waste could be a promising source for the immune-enhancing drug that could protect against aflatoxin ingestion.

Deep Learning for Image Segmentation: A Focus on Medical Imaging

Image segmentation is crucial for various research areas. Manycomputer vision applications depend on segmenting images to understandthe scene, such as autonomous driving, surveillance systems, robotics, andmedical imaging. With the recent advances in deep learning (DL) and itsconfounding results in image segmentation, more attention has been drawnto its use in medical image segmentation. This article introduces a surveyof the state-of-the-art deep convolution neural network (CNN) models andmechanisms utilized in image segmentation. First, segmentation models arecategorized based on their model architecture and primary working ***, CNN categories are described, and various models are discussed withineach category. Compared with other existing surveys, several applicationswith multiple architectural adaptations are discussed within each category.A comparative summary is included to give the reader insights into utilizedarchitectures in different applications and datasets. This study focuses onmedical image segmentation applications, where the most widely used architecturesare illustrated, and other promising models are suggested that haveproven their success in different domains. Finally, the present work discussescurrent limitations and solutions along with future trends in the field.

Clinical impact of endoscopy in severely thrombocytopenic patients with hematologic malignancy experiencing gastrointestinal bleeding

A protected semi-enclosed embayment,the Eastern Harbor(EH),is situated in the central sector of the Mediterranean coast of Alexandria,*** is a famous fishing dock and water-sport center and its importance arose after the discovery of the Ptolemaic royal quarter of ancient *** protect this national treasure and improve its environmental health,the untreated anthropogenic effluents,which continued for decades into the EH since 1992,must be totally ***,it is an important issue to continually monitor and asses the environmental status of the *** sediment texture,total organic carbon,and the accumulation,distribution,and ecological risks of Cd,Cr,Pb,As,Hg and A1 were determined with a total of 14 surficial sediments samples collected in the EH during *** contents were compared to the literature data to assess the pollution status of *** factors,Degree of contamination(mCd)and potential ecological risk were calculated as a criterion of possible *** mCd calculation produces an overall average value for a range of pollutants,in the present study the contamination factor that provides a measure of the degree of overall contamination in the surface layers in a particular sampling site may provide a better indication of the state of pollution in the EH sediments than other indicators.

Role of Ca^(2+) on Growth of Brassica campestris *** ***(L.) Czern & Coss under Na^+ Stress

Root and shoot growth of Brassica campestris L. and B. juncea increased significantly （P 〈 0.01） with enhanced Ca2＋ treatment along with 60 mM NaCl in the root medium. The maximum fresh mass of shoot and root in *** was recorded at 10 mM Ca2＋ concentration. The relative growth rate of shoot of both species reached its maximum at 8 mM of Ca2＋ concentration. Average rate of Ca2＋ intake （lCa） was higher in B. juncea than 6. campestris. In B. juncea, the average transport of Ca2＋ to shoot increased by 19%, 38%, 119%, 125% and 169% compared with the control. Furthermore specific utilization rate of Ca2＋ was higher in B. juncea than B. campestris. In B. campestris it increased by 9%, 32%, 41% and 59% at 4, 6, 8, and 10 mM of calcium in comparison to 2 mM Ca2＋ treatment. At 4, 6, 8 and 10 mM of Ca2＋ application, the increase in the leaf area ratio was 10,17, 23 and 30%, respectively. In the shoot and root portions of B. campestris and ***, Ca2＋ had a linear relationship with potassium and sulfur, whereas it was in antagonism with sodium ion.
